Abstract

In handling waste management, the Serang City Environmental Service facing several problems, especially in communication between governments and society. This can be seen from the low level of participation and understanding community about the importance of their role in waste management and protecting the environment, as well as ongoing complaints from related communities waste management. This research aims to find out and analyze the function of local government in strengthening management policy communication waste at the Environmental Service, policy communication carried out by Serang City Environmental Service, problems and obstacles faced by the Department Environment in strengthening policy communication. The theory that used in this research is the theory of Government Relations and Communication Policy. This research uses a qualitative approach with types descriptive research. Data collection methods were collected through interviews in depth and documentation. The research results show that 1. Giving information to the public, DLH Serang City conveyed about waste management through education and campaigns. 2. Do persuasion for changing people's attitudes and behavior, through campaigns and involving community leaders, to encourage awareness and participation public. 3. Align the attitudes and actions of the institution with the community or vice versa, carried out through discussion forums and surveys. 4. Transmission, DLH The city of Serang succeeded in transmitting information using various communication channels, such as social media, official websites, and socialization direct. 5. Clarity, Serang City DLH uses simple language and Illustrations help in conveying information to create understanding better for society. 6. Consistency, Serang City DLH maintains consistency between policies and messages through dedicated teams.

Abstract

In the current digital era, visual communication is crucial as users rely on interfaces to interact with various platforms. User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design are key components in creating effective visual communication. UI focuses on appearance and aesthetics, while UX pertains to the overall user experience. This study employs a qualitative method through literature review, analyzing relevant written sources such as books and journals to identify findings and principles related to UI and UX. The process involves selecting credible sources and conducting critical analysis of the obtained information. The conclusion of this research indicates that the integration between UI and UX is essential for enhancing effectiveness and user satisfaction in visual communication. By applying user-centered design principles, designers can create digital experiences that are both appealing and functional, thereby increasing user engagement and loyalty.

Abstract

Fanaticism towards football clubs has become a phenomenon with significant impacts on their supporters' social and psychological aspects. This study aims to identify how fanaticism towards FC Barcelona influences the emotions of its fans, particularly followers of the Instagram account @fansbarcaid_. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, the study explores the emotional experiences of fans through in-depth interviews with the account's followers. The findings reveal that fanaticism contributes to various emotional responses, including long-lasting loyalty to the team, emotional attachment during victories and defeats, and emotional and material support for the team. This research provides deeper insights into the relationship between sports fanaticism and the emotional dynamics of fans, particularly the dynamics of fanaticism within the football context. The fanaticism of @fansbarcaid_ followers towards FC Barcelona fosters profound loyalty and significant emotional attachment.

Abstract

Digital media has a role in establishing two-way communication. Two-way communication itself consists of several factors, one of which is the influence of digital media on interpersonal communication, highlighting the challenges and opportunities that arise. Technological transformations, especially social media, have changed the way individuals interact, creating global connectivity but also reducing emotional engagement and depth of relationships. This research found that although digital media facilitates greater interaction, there are risks to the quality of communication and social skills. Therefore, it is important to manage the use of digital media in order to maintain the quality of effective interpersonal communication. This study focuses on the realm of interpersonal communication, specifically examining the effects of social media on the interpersonal communication of adolescents. The objective is to assess how social media impacts these interactions. The methodology employed is qualitative, with data gathered through literature review and comprehensive interviews with a select group of teenagers. The analysis of qualitative data is an interactive process that begins at the early stages of research and continues until results are obtained. Findings indicate that social media usage does influence the interpersonal communication of teenagers, potentially leading to a decrease in direct interactions and a possible desensitization to real-world situations. It is imperative, therefore, that teenagers are provided with exemplary models of communication.

Abstract

Technological advances have created new forms of interaction and socialization, one of which is the innovation of communication technology in the form of social media. One of the social media that is very popular among the younger generation is YouTube. YouTube content has a variety of content according to needs, such as game content, entertainment content, beauty content and many more. The rapid development of social media, one of which is YouTube, Indonesia itself has several famous Vloggers, one of which is Jess No Limit. Tobias Justin or now better known as Jess No Limit started his career as a Youtuber in 2020 with the content of the Mobile Legend Esport Game: Bang Bang and for the first time in Indonesia Jess No Limit managed to have 10 million subscribers, YouTube content itself has had an impact on attitudes. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze whether or not there is an influence of Youtube vloggers Jess No Limit's content on the formation of Gen Z attitudes. The theory used in this study is content and attitude. The method used in this study is quantitative with descriptive analysis, to analyze data by describing or depicting the data that has been collected. Statistical analysis and data processing using SPSS. Data collection includes questionnaires, online questionnaires, data analysis, data interpretation, and conclusions. Primary data in the form of a questionnaire on a Likert scale model with the number of respondents using the Slovin sample formula being 66 respondents. The results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the influence of Jess No Limit YouTube content on the formation of attitudes with a moderate level of influence.

Abstract

Pancasila is the foundation and guideline of life for the Indonesian people, which contains five important values as state goals. The history of the formation of Pancasila reflects the processes and dynamics that occurred in Indonesian society, both in the pre-independence, independence and Old Order eras. In this context, Pancasila is not only considered as the basis of the state, but also as a moral and ethical guideline in the behavior of the nation. This research examines how the values of Pancasila play a role in shaping national identity and facing the challenges of globalization, as well as the importance of youth in living and implementing these values to maintain the spirit of nationhood.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of entrepreneurship in maximizing sales of best-selling items at Begi Shop. In an era of increasingly tight business competition, business owners need to implement effective entrepreneurial strategies to increase sales and competitiveness. This study identifies various entrepreneurial factors that influence sales, including marketing strategies, inventory management, product innovation, and customer service. In addition, this study also evaluates how technology, such as inventory management systems and data analytics, can support more informed decision-making in managing best-selling items. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study at Begi Shop, which involves interviews with business owners, managers, and customers. The results of the study indicate that entrepreneurship has a significant role in increasing sales of best-selling items through innovation in marketing, inventory management efficiency, and improved customer service. This study is expected to provide insight for other retail business owners to implement more effective entrepreneurial strategies in maximizing sales in a competitive market.

Abstract

There are two problems in this research, namely the first, how is the existence of RRI Takengon in the digitalization era, the second is what is the background for RRI to make radio streaming. The type of data in this study is qualitative data, namely data that describes, explains, and describes the problems with the problems studied. There are two data sources in this study, namely primary data sources, namely data sources obtained from the leadership and staff of LPP RRI Takengon and also some RRI Takengon listeners by asking directly to informants. And secondary data, namely data taken from literature related to the problem to be researched such as books on existence, radio, and online media as well as documents related to what will be researched. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of interpersonal relationships (relationships) on leadership style in a company at PT DISTRIBUSI SUKSES MANDIRI. An effective leadership style is considered crucial in creating a productive and harmonious work environment, while good relationships between individuals within a company can influence the quality of leadership. This research uses a quantitative approach by interviewing the operational director at the company. Data was collected through interviews that measured interpersonal relationships, leadership style, and team performance. The results of the analysis show that good relationships between employees and superiors significantly influence the leadership style applied, with more inclusive and participative leadership appearing in companies with stronger interpersonal relationships. These findings indicate the importance of effective relationship management in improving leadership quality and organizational performance. This research provides practical implications for companies to strengthen interpersonal relationships in the workplace as a strategy for building more adaptive and collaborative leadership.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of woven fabrics in Radamata Village, Kota Tambolaka District, Southwest Sumba Regency, and to identify the factors that influence the marketing of these products. Woven fabrics are local products that have great potential as superior commodities in this area, but limited marketing and challenges in distribution often hinder the development of these businesses. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative and quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews with weaving business actors, direct observation in the field, and distributing questionnaires to consumers and woven fabric traders. The results of the study indicate that quality, price, and consumer knowledge of local products are the main determinants in purchasing decisions for woven fabrics. However, there are obstacles in terms of limited distribution and lack of adequate promotion. This study recommends the development of distribution channels, increased promotion through social media, and training for woven fabric craftsmen to increase product competitiveness in a wider market.
