Abstract

Abstract : In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers Article 2 paragraph (1) confirms that teachers have a position as professionals at the level of basic education, secondary education, and early childhood education in the formal education pathway appointed in accordance with regulations legislation. Article 10 paragraph (1) states that "the competence of teachers as referred to in Article 8 includes pedagogic competence, personality competence, social competence, and professional competence obtained through professional education". Thus, it cannot be denied that teachers must have extensive knowledge, and have teacher competencies, namely; 1) Pedagogic competence, namely the ability to understand students, design and implement learning, assess learning outcomes, and develop students to realize their diverse potential. 2) Personality Competence, namely the individual's ability to reflect a stable, mature, wise and authoritative personality, be a role model for students and have noble character. 3) Social Competence, namely the ability of teachers to communicate and interact effectively with students, teaching staff, parents/guardians of students and the surrounding community. 4) Professional Competence, namely Mastery of the subject matter as a whole. This includes mastery of scientific content that covers the material and syllabus of school subjects, as well as mastery of scientific structure and methodology. Teacher competence is one of the factors that influence the achievement of learning and educational goals at Sekolah Sejahtera, but teacher competence does not stand alone, but is accompanied by 4 teacher competencies. Departing from this paradigm, this study aims to determine the pedagogic competence of teachers to improve the quality of education in the Prosperous School. This study uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and documentation methods. The results showed that: (1) Pedagogical competence of teachers is one of the most important factors in improving the quality of education (2) Quality of learning for Sekolah Sejahtera Education is realized by the application of active, creative, and fun learning (3) Efforts by Principals in improving pedagogic competence teachers at Sekolah Sejahtera is to improve teacher competence through courses, webinars and learning media as well as managing the learning environment. (4) The efforts of the Prosperous School teachers in improving their pedagogic competence by participating in webinars and Teacher Working Groups. Abstract

The aim of this research is how to apply learning concepts to create a fun learning model. The method used in this research is qualitative-descriptive, this approach focuses on the researcher's understanding, thoughts and perceptions. The results of the researchers' perceptions of various materials regarding fun interest-based learning models are that students have different interests in certain subject matter at school. This cannot be separated from a fun learning model, so that students have an interest in continuing to study the material at the next level of education

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of tolerance in the subject of Civics education of students at SD Negeri 009 Dumai, Riau. The subjects in this study were 31 students of class IVA, this type of research uses quantitative descriptive with correlation methods. Data collection techniques using interview techniques via WhatsApp/online. In the Framework of Strengthening the Value of Tolerance in Civics Learning in MI/ Religious Elementary Schools Between Students Through Civics Learning. The implementation of character education in Civics learning is a manifestation of the attitudes shown by students during the process of learning Civics at school, at home, and in the community. The author aims to explain the Role of Teachers in implementing reinforcement, instilling the value of tolerance character to students using descriptive methods through reading books and journals which get results that there is an implementation of increasing the value of tolerance character through Civics learning in Elementary Schools for teachers and learning outcomes.

Abstract

School management is a school management in accordance with the vision and mission that has been determined. School management has a very important role in improving the quality and achievement of schools, so this study aims to: 1) find out the implementation of school management carried out; 2) knowing the role of school management in improving school quality and achievement; 3) knowing the problems faced by school management in improving school quality and achievement. Success in education can be measured from various aspects. Starting from the quality of students, the quality of educators, the atmosphere of the school environment, to the school administration system. However, the main factor that most influences the dynamics of education in schools is the leader who is responsible for the running of the education sector, in this case the principal. The principal is a manager who manages all educational activities in the school. Starting from academic activities, non-academic activities, even to professional guidance for educators. The professionalism of a teacher in teaching does not only depend on the principal, but the role of the principal in guiding teacher professionalism cannot be underestimated. The principal as the leader must be responsible for the professionalism of teachers so that teaching and learning activities in schools can run smoothly. This paper is the result of a research conducted by the author to observe the role of principal management in improving teacher professionalism at MTS Ali Imran.

Abstract

Nowadays there are still teachers who have not graduated from the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, even though educational background is important for a teacher. These weaknesses lead to the low quality of education. An academic educational background that does not meet the requirements can have a negative influence on the teacher's teaching style, attitudes and behavior in teaching, and educational abilities. A teacher must have competence in teaching so that the expected goals can be achieved optimally so that student learning outcomes are affected. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using interviews, documentary observation and closed questionnaires using Likert scale measuring instruments. The research results reveal that there is a high influence of teacher professional competence on the learning outcomes of class VIII students at MTs. S. Nurul Iman Padang Reba

Abstract

This research aims to obtain valid knowledge regarding the influence of organizational culture and work environment on job satisfaction through work ethic at PT. X. The research method used is quantitative. The data analysis technique was carried out using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) approach using Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) software. The population is employees of PT. X. Based on the outside measurement of the model used as a measure of validity and reliability of indicators, which includes measurement of convergent validity, discriminant validity, extracted variance (AVE), composite reliability, and cronbach's alpha, it can be concluded that all indicators in this case research are valid . Based on the inner model measurements used in this research to measure the relationship between variables, organizational culture and work environment variables on job satisfaction have a strong influence of 91% and the influence of organizational culture and work environment variables on work ethic has a large influence. strong influence of 89%. It can be concluded that work ethic is able to mediate the influence between organizational culture and work environment on job satisfaction
