Abstract

The development of hardware and software technology has developed rapidly in recent years. Currently, companies are still experiencing difficulties in processing data and information. Spare parts that are not available when needed can hinder maintenance and repair plans. For this reason, controlling spare parts inventory in the Asia Jaya Motor workshop company is very necessary to maintain the quality of goods. Asia Jaya Motor Workshop is a business operating in the automotive sector, where this place cannot be separated from an accurate information system. However, data management still uses manual methods, seeing the problems that occur at the Asia Jaya Motor Karawang Workshop, very high accuracy, convenience and speed are needed. The aim of this research is to obtain an effective and efficient spare parts inventory analysis so that spare parts procurement and control plans can be accurate in supporting maintenance and repair programs. The data collection techniques for this research are library research and field research. So, the total cost of spare parts inventory in the 2011-2014 period according to the Economic Order Quantity method for each spare part has increased. The total cost (total cost) of spare parts inventory according to the Economic Order Quantity method is lowest in the 2021 period and the total cost (total cost) of spare parts inventory is the highest in the 2023 period.

Abstract

The Human Resources (HR) is a key element in carrying out organizational operational activities. Quality HR can provide the best service to customers. The quality and competence of employees can be influenced by effective industrial relations management. This study aims to analyze the needs of human resources and industrial relations management at RSUD Bandung Kiwari. The research method used is qualitative analysis with a descriptive approach. The results of the study show that the analysis of human resource needs and industrial relations management are interrelated. The analysis of human resource needs aims to determine the quantity, qualifications, and competencies needed by the organization, while industrial relations management aims to create a conducive and harmonious work environment. The administrative human resource needs are measured by workload analysis. Industrial relations management for administrative employees at RSUD Bandung Kiwari is already conducive and harmonious, in accordance with the provisions in the employment agreement.

Abstract

The increasingly rapid economic development has given rise to intense competition in the business world, a type of culinary business that offers food products that use goat meat as the main ingredient. This research was carried out with the aim of finding out how much influence product quality and price have on purchasing decisions. Researchers use quantitative research, survey research methods, descriptive analysis. The results of testing the validity of variable data using SPSS are as follows. The Sig0 value of the KMO and Bartlet's numbers is 224,576 with a significance value of 0.000. N100 based on the output it is known that the significance value of Asymp. Product quality and price simultaneously influence purchasing decisions for Sate Kambing Muda Mba Ita in Sukoharjo.

Abstract

This research is useful for examining the impact of price and promotion on purchasing decisions for the Lazada e-commerce platform in the city of Surakarta. This type of research is associative with a sample of 100 individuals who have made purchases on Lazada. This research used purposive sampling techniques and primary data types, and collected data through questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using a qualitative approach and used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis techniques, F Hypothesis Testing and t Hypothesis Testing, as well as the Coefficient of Determination. The research results show that: 1) There is an impact of price and promotions on purchasing decisions at Lazada for the city of Surakarta 2) There is an influence of price on purchasing decisions at Lazada for the city of Surakarta 3) There is an impact of promotions on purchasing decisions at Lazada for the city of Surakarta

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the significant influence of marketing content, especially Instagram social media, brand image and product reviews on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening. This research uses quantitative research methods conducted online by distributing questionnaires to 92 respondents who use Scarlett Ehitening products in the city of Surakarta. The results of this research show that marketing marketing has a positive influence on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whiteing, brand image influences purchasing decisions, but the product review variable has no direct influence on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening products.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of the Klampid New Generation Application System on improving public services in Sawahan Subdistrict, Surabaya City. In the era of digitalization and technological transformation, application systems are one of the tools used to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of public services. Klampid New Generation is one of the application systems introduced to facilitate interaction between local governments and communities in order to improve services. The research method used used a quantitative questionnaire distributed to respondents regarding the use of the Klampid New Generation Application System and their perceptions of public services.

Abstract

Instant noodles, categorized as part of ready-to-eat cuisine, represent a form of food that is conveniently packaged, easily served, practical, and prepared in a straightforward manner. Despite their convenience, instant noodles fall short of being considered a comprehensive food option due to their inability to fulfill the body's well-rounded nutritional requirements. A typical serving of instant noodles primarily consists of elevated levels of carbohydrates and protein, yet lacks sufficient energy, fiber, vitamins, and minerals. The consumption of instant noodles is driven by the time constraints faced by a majority of consumers, preventing them from indulging in a complete meal and preparing it from scratch. Regularly consuming instant noodles may pose health risks and hazards, given their inclusion of preservatives and low nutritional content. This study employs quantitative research methods, adhering to scientific principles by being concrete, empirical, objective, measurable, rational, and systematic. Quantitative approaches prioritize the analysis of numerical data, subsequently processed through suitable statistical methods. In conclusion, the statistical analysis conducted reveals that both preference (X1) and suitability (X2) jointly exert a significant impact on packaging quality (Y) within the scope of this research. However, it is crucial to note that 51.1% of the variation in Y remains unexplained by these two independent variables, suggesting that other factors may also contribute to determining the quality of packaging.

Abstract

Competition among product brands is crucial since a strong brand would discourage customers from considering making a purchase. Consumer perception of a brand is shaped by their thoughts and emotions upon hearing or seeing its name. The process of identification will enable the brand to stand out from the competition and serve as the primary factor when consumers are making judgments about what to buy. Businesses must determine which aspects of brand equity affect consumers' confidence while making purchases.This study employed a quantitative descriptive research design. The purpose of this study was to ascertain the independent variable's value, whether it be one or multiple variables, without doing comparisons or drawing connections between them. Quantitative descriptive research uses data in the form of numerical results from measurements to characterize variables as they actually exist. One of the things that might persuade people to buy instant noodle products is brand recognition. The majority of consumers who claim that they opt to purchase instant noodles due to their well-known brand demonstrate this beneficial impact. Customers think that their assessment of a product's quality will assist them decide which one to purchase.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether or not Coffe's Instinct business is feasible to run based on its business feasibility study. Descriptive qualitative research method is the method used in this study. The object of this study is the Instinct Coffee business located on Jl. Bojong No.98, Soreang, Bandung Regency. The result of this research is that the Coffee Instinct business is feasible to run with several points of improvement for business development.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the model of achieving customer satisfaction through service quality and influenced by customer trust. Data collected from 100 inpatients of Amarilis 2 room of RSUD Tugurejo Semarang. processed using Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) modeling technique. The results showed that service quality positively and significantly affects customer trust of inpatients of Amarilis 2 room of RSUD Tugurejo Semarang. Customer trust and service quality variables have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction of inpatients of Amarilis 2 room at Tugurejo Semarang Hospital. This research contributes to the management of Amarilis 2 room of Tugurejo Hospital Semarang by providing appropriate strategies to understand customer satisfaction of inpatients of Amarilis 2 room of Tugurejo Hospital Semarang. This strategy is then expected to boost the increase of customer satisfaction of inpatients of Amarilis 2 room of RSUD Tugurejo Semarang. The novelty of this study lies in the fact that it is the first to empirically use the service quality model through excellent service by integrating customer trust to analyze customer satisfaction of inpatients of Amarilis 2 room of RSUD Tugurejo Semarang.
