Abstract

Liposomal vesicle formulations can be classified into two categories, namely rigid hard vesicles such as liposomes and elastic vesicles such as transferosome. One of the shortcomings of conventional liposomes is their permeation strength in the stratum corneum, so that in later generations liposomes are designed to be able to better overcome these obstacles. Deformable liposomes, also known as transfersomes, are liposomes that contain edge activators/surfactants. The combination of phospolipids with membrane softening agents allow the transfersome to penetrate pores that are five times smaller than their own diameter, even after it passes through small pores. Ethosomes are liposomes with modified ethanol that act as reservoir systems and offer the continuous delivery of drugs to the desired site. The high concentration of ethanol content in the manufacture of ethosome systems makes this system different from other vesicle systems, because the ethanol content will interfere with the double layer of skin lipids and thus increase the ability of vesicles to penetrate into the stratum corneum. Phospholipids in ethosomes serve as vesicular-forming components. Phospholipids are also reported to act synergistically with ethanol to improve drug permeation in ethosome formulations. Transethosomes are ethanol-based lipid vesicular systems resulting from modifications of ethosome and transfersome systems that can increase penetration in the skin. It is a new generation of the ethosome system which developed by increasing the flexibility of vesicles by redistributing edge activators and lipids on the skin. The mechanism of action of transethosomes is a combination of advantages of both transferosome systems and ethosomes.

Abstract

Self-injury expectancy are a type of violent behavior as a way to vent emotions, where the goal of the self-injury actions is only to injure himself in order to channel his emotions, not to end his life. Butterfly Hug relaxation therapy and Progressive Muscle Relaxation are the therapies used for intervention in this research which have the benefit of stabilizing emotions, reducing tension in the body's muscles and relaxing the body more. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Butterfly Hug and Progressive Muscle Relaxation relaxation therapy on self-injury expectancy in SMK HKTI 1 Purwareja Klampok students. The method used in this study used a quantitative pre-experimental one grup research method using a pretest-posttest design with a total sampling of 65 respondents with several predetermined criteria. The results showed that there was a difference before and after the intervention was given with an average score, before the intervention was 70.20 and after the intervention increased to 53.40 using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test (respondents 65) and the p-value was 0.80 so it can be concluded that the data is normally distributed. In addition, a paired t-test has been conducted showing the effect of butterfly hug and progressive muscle relaxation therapy on nonsuicidal self-injurybehavior with a p-value of 0.001 where this value is less than <0.05. In this study, butterfly hug and progressive muscle relaxation therapy have an effect on overcoming self-injuryin vocational high school students who experience self-injurybehavior. Through this technique, students can channel pent-up emotions that result in self-injurybehavior, so that they can stabilize their emotions again.

Abstract

Murai Batu is a bird species that has a high selling value and is popular in Indonesia. Because the demand for magpie chicks is quite high, many breeders harvest magpie chicks when they are still babies so that the parents can produce again. However, many magpie magpie birds are still cultivated manually, both in the process of controlling environmental conditions around the cage and in the process of breeding baby birds. One of the problems that often occurs is unstable temperature and humidity in baby birds, where baby rock magpie birds aged 0-5 days can survive at an ideal temperature in the range of 25℃-35℃ and ideal humidity between 60% - 80% . Therefore, to maintain temperature and humidity conditions, a system was designed that can control the temperature and humidity in the baby magpie batu bird's cage. This system applies a fuzzy logic method which is used to control the lights and fans to turn on automatically when the cage temperature is outside the ideal temperature for magpie chicks. Components used include Arduino Uno, DHT11 sensor, relays, fans and lights. The results of this research have resulted in the realization of a temperature and humidity control system in the Murai Batu baby bird cage using fuzzy logic with a set setpoint. Output testing (fan and lights) was carried out on the tool to obtain results that were in accordance with what was expected. With the presence of a temperature control device for baby magpie batu birds, it is hoped that it can increase the success rate in rearing baby magpie batu.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a web-based decision support system (DSS) using the Fuzzy Mamdani method for handling the nutritional status of toddlers at Citra Arafiq Sawangan Hospital. The main problem faced by this hospital is that the management of nutritional data for toddlers is still manual, so the process of assessing nutritional status takes a long time and is less effective. The Fuzzy Mamdani method was chosen because of its ability to handle data uncertainty and provide precise results through fuzzification and defuzzification processes. This system groups toddlers based on variables such as age, weight and body length to produce nutritional status such as malnourished, undernourished, normal, tall or obese. The implementation of this SPK has shown a significant increase in efficiency and is quite helpful for medical personnel in accessing data and analyzing the condition of toddlers in real-time, so that health care can be carried out more quickly and precisely. With this website-based system, Citra Arafiq Hospital has succeeded in speeding up the decision-making process and providing recommendations for appropriate treatment related to toddlers' health and improving service quality. The evaluation results prove that this system makes data management easier and effectively supports decision making.

Abstract

The development of the internet in the healthcare sector, particularly in the implementation of electronic medical records (EMR), aims to enhance the effectiveness of inpatient services at Hospital X in Bandung. The study employed a qualitative descriptive method, with data collected through field observations, literature reviews, and interviews with the head of the medical records department and six medical record staff members. The research findings indicate that the implementation of EMR at the hospital has been progressing well. However, some challenges were identified, such as the inefficiency of three registration staff members due to frequent computer or network (LAN) issues. Additionally, the transition to EMR has taken longer because the staff are still adjusting to the new system. As a solution, the study recommends regular maintenance of the infrastructure supporting EMR and continuous socialization and training programs for staff. These suggestions are expected to improve the effectiveness of EMR utilization at the hospital.
