Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the influence of spiritual intelligence on students' learning motivation in integrated science subjects at SMP Tahfidzul Qur'an Wahdah Islamiyah Makassar. This study used an associative investigation design to determine the relationship between variables. The study population comprised 40 students at SMP Tahfidzul Qur'an Wahdah Islamiyah Makassar. A Likert-scale questionnaire was employed as the research instrument, containing indicators of spiritual intelligence and learning motivation. Data collection involved descriptive and inferential analysis. The descriptive analysis revealed that students had an average level of spiritual intelligence of 72%, equivalent to 29%. Similar to the descriptive analysis, learning motivation was moderate, accounting for 70% of the 28 individuals. Based on the significance test of the inference analysis, it had a significance value of 0.001. Since the significance value is less than the probability value of 0.05 (0.001 < 0.05), H0 is rejected, whereas H1 is accepted. Thus, the researchers can conclude that spiritual intelligence influences students' learning motivation in the Integrated Science subject at SMP Tahfidzul Qur'an Wahdah Islamiyah Makassar.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) describe the learning motivation of students with the learning model of teams games tournaments (TGT) assisted by mystery card box media (KOKAMI), (2) describe the learning motivation of students with conventional learning models, and (3) find out the influence of the TGT model assisted by the KOKAMI media on the learning motivation. With a non-equivalent control group design, this kind of research used a quasi-experimental design. The research population consisted of 240 students in class X SMA Negeri 2 Takalar. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling; the experimental class was X IPA 3, and the control class was X IPA 4, each consisting of 35 people. The research instrument used a questionnaire totaling 23 statement items and motivational observation sheets. Data analysis techniques included descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that the learning motivation of students used the learning model of team games tournaments (TGT) assisted by mystery card box media (KOKAMI) in the high category. While the learning motivation of students using conventional learning models is in the medium category, there is an influence of the learning model of team games tournaments (TGT) assisted by mystery card box media (KOKAMI) on the learning motivation of class X students at SMA Negeri 2 Takalar.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) describe the learning outcomes of students who were taught without using image puzzle (TTG) learning media, (2) describe the learning outcomes of students who were taught using TTG learning media, and (3) examine the effect of TTG learning media on student learning outcomes. This research was quasi-experimental, using a non-equivalent control group design. The population in this study was 341 students of SMA Negeri 2 Pinrang. The sample in this study consisted of 60 students, consisting of 2 classes, namely class XI.1 with 30 students as an experimental class and class XI.2 with 30 students as a control class, which were selected using a purposive sampling technique. The instrument used was a multiple-choice test of 25 items. Both inferential and descriptive statistical data calculations were used in the analysis. The control group, which did not use TTG, had an average posttest learning result of 74.13, which was less than the experimental group's average of 84.80. The significant value of the t-test results was 0.000 <0.05, so it was concluded that there was an influence of the picture puzzle learning media (TTG) on biology learning outcomes in the structure and function of plant tissue material for class XI students of SMA Negeri 2 Pinrang.

Abstract

Students need to remember the lesson material by storing it in long-term memory using mnemonic techniques. This research aims to develop handouts using mnemonic techniques on class X Plantae material at SMAN 14 Maros that are valid, practical, and effective. The present study employs the ADDIE model for development research, which comprises five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The participants were 34 students from SMAN 14 Maros of class MIA 1. The tools utilized for the research included a validation form, questionnaires, and learning achievement tests. The findings showed that the developed mnemonic handouts have a high level of validity, with an average score of 3.7. Based on feedback from educators and students, the mnemonic handouts are considered highly efficient, with an average percentage of 88.7%. Furthermore, for effectiveness, the mnemonic handouts are categorized as highly successful, with a student pass rate of 94%. Therefore, these mnemonic handouts meet the requirements for use as they possess valid, efficient, and successful qualities.

Abstract

The aims of this study are: to describe the learning outcomes of students who are taught by applying the RADEC learning model to the material on environmental change, waste and recycling for class X MA Madani Pao-pao, describe the learning outcomes of students taught by applying the direct learning model to material on environmental change, waste and recycling in class X MA Madani Pao-pao, and testing the effect of applying the RADEC learning model on student learning outcomes on environmental change, waste and recycling class X MA Madani Pao-pao. This type of quasi-experimental research with nonequivalent control group design. The sample selection used purposive sampling with 30 class X MIA 1 (experimental class) and 30 students in class X MIA 2 (control class). The research results obtained by descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. Cognitive learning outcomes (post-fest) in the experimental class with a mean of 84.53 were higher than the control class with a mean of 77.47. The psychomotor learning outcomes of the experimental class with a mean of 86.39 were higher than those of the control class, namely 73.30. Hypothesis testing of cognitive and psychomotor learning results shows tcount > ttable so that it is concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted or there is an influence of the RADEC learning model on student learning outcomes in the material on environmental change, waste and recycling in class X MA Madani Pao-pao

Abstract

This research aims: 1) to find out the learning outcomes of students on the material of the human excretory system that is taught using pop-up book media; 2) to find out the learning outcomes of students on the material of the human excretory system without using textbook media; and 3) to find out the effect of pop-up book media on students learning outcomes on the material of the human excretory system. This type of research was quasi-experimental with a non-equivalent control group design. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique. The samples in this research are class VIII C (experimental) and class VIII D (control) of class VIII MTs. Madani Alauddin Pao-pao . The data were analyzed in descriptive and inferential statistics. The average posttest learning outcome of students taught using pop-up books was 81.25 (high). The average posttest learning outcomes of students taught using textbooks were 65.54 (medium). The t-test significance value is sign α = 0.000 ˂ 0,05, so it implies a significant influence between the use of pop-up book media on students' learning outcomes in the material of the human excretory system class VIII MTs. Madani Alauddin Pao-pao.

Abstract

The aims of this study were: 1) To find out the learning outcomes of students who were taught using the Board Game the Mansion of Happiness media on the material for the reproduction system of class XI MIA Madrasah Aliyah Madani Alauddin. 2) Knowing the learning outcomes of students who were taught using the Labyrinth Board Game. 3) Knowing the significant differences in student learning outcomes between those who taught using the Board Game the Mansion of Happiness and the Labyrinth Board Game media. This study is quasi-experimental and used the Non-equivalent (Pretest-Posttest) Control Group Design. From the research, the score of student learning outcomes in the experimental class is in the high category with an average score in the first experimental class being 90 and in the second experiment is 86 In addition, the inferential analysis of the data on the one sample test showed that the significance value obtained was t-count 0.000 <0.05, in conclusion, there was a significant influence between the learning outcomes of students in experimental class 1 and experiment 2.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of Dart Board Biomedia on the learning outcomes of students in the digestive system material for class XI at SMA 13 Makassar. The objectives of this research are: 1) to determine the learning outcomes of students in classes taught using textbooks, 2) to determine the learning outcomes of students taught using the Dart Board Biomedia, and 3) to determine the significant influence of Dart Board Biomedia on the learning outcomes. This study was a quasi-experimental research that employed a pretest-posttest control group design. Based on the results of the research conducted, the average score of student learning outcomes in the control class was in a good category with an average score of 65.78, while the average score of student learning outcomes in the experimental group was in the very good category with an average score of 88.34. It implied that there is a significant influence on the learning outcomes of students in the digestive system material using the Dart Board Bio media because the results of inferential data analysis in the one-sample test indicate that the achieved significance value is t-count 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik, kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan mediapembelajaran Redubi (Rubik Edukasi Biologi) berbantuan E-Modul pada materi invertebrata kelas X diSMAN 2 Gowa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode research and development (R & D) yang merujukpada model ADDIE yang memiliki lima tahapan yaitu tahap analisis (analyze), desain (design),pengembangan (develop), implementasi (implement), dan evaluasi (evaluate). Subjek dalam penelitianini yakni peserta didik kelas X IPA 5 SMAN 2 Gowa. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yakni lembarkarakteristik, RPP, angket respon peserta didik dan pendidik, lembar observasi serta soal tes hasilbelajar. Analisis data berupa analisis kevalidan, kepraktisan dan keefektifan. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa karakteristik media Redubi berbantuan E-Modul yaitu memiliki 8 kotak kubus yangsama besar dan memiliki beberapa variasi warna, kevalidan media yang dikembangkan berada padakategori sangat valid (3,6) dan E-Modul berada pada kategori sangat valid (3,7), media sangat praktis(87,5%) dan efektif digunakan karena 100% peserta didik memperoleh nilai tuntas.

Abstract

This research and development (R & D) aims to develop media in the form of website-based interactive multimedia on learning the biology of the respiratory system and to determine the level of validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the media. This research used the ADDIE model with five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The instruments used were validation sheets, student questionnaires, educator questionnaires, and learning outcomes tests. The data was analyzed for validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The results show that website-based interactive multimedia met the very valid category with an average validator rating of 3.5. The practicality of web-based interactive multimedia meets the very practical category with an average of 3.6. Interactive multimedia on websites is highly effective in improving student learning outcomes, with a completion rate of 85.5%. In summary, Website-based interactive multimedia is suitable for learning because the media is valid, practical, and effective.
