Abstract

Pergaulan bebas menjadi salah satu ancaman serius yang dihadapi oleh remaja di era digital. Fenomena ini tidak hanya merusak moralitas, tetapi juga menurunkan kualitas hidup dan spiritualitas remaja. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran Pendidikan Agama Kristen di sekolah dalam membentengi remaja dari pengaruh pergaulan bebas, dengan menekankan pentingnya desain pengajaran PAK yang relevan dan kontekstual. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber literatus seperti buku, jurnal akademik, dan dokumen pendidikan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa PAK yang efektif harus bersifat holistik, integratif, dan kolaboratif, mencakup pengajaran nilai-nilai iman, pembentukan karakter Kristiani, dan pemberdayaan spiritualitas remaja. Selain, itu, kolaborasi antara sekolah, gereja, dan keluarga menjadi factor penentu keberhasilan dalam membentengi remaja dari godaan pergaulan bebas. Kesadaran spiritualitas yang ditanamkan melalui pendidikan agama menjadi benteng diri yang kuat bagi remaja untuk hidup kudus, bijak dan bertanggung jawab di tengah pengaruh dunia. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa urgensi revitalisasi desain pengajaran PAK sebagai strategi preventif dan spiritual remaja.

Abstract

The digital era has brought significant changes to how organizations operate, interact, and innovate. Organizations face various challenges, including rapid technological advancements, the need for fast and adaptive digital transformation, swift market shifts, evolving consumer behavior, and increasingly intense competition. However, behind these challenges lie substantial opportunities such as leveraging data, automating processes, and expanding market reach through online platforms. Organizations can also use data to make more accurate decisions, collaborate with digital partners, and build closer relationships with customers through personalized services. Using literature review and a qualitative descriptive approach, this study explores how organizations can design responsive and sustainable strategies in the midst of digital dynamics. The findings indicate that organizations capable of integrating digital technologies with a clear business vision have a greater potential to survive and grow in the digital era. Therefore, organizations need flexible and innovative strategies that focus on developing digital capabilities and managing change effectively.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan fondasi utama dalam pembangunan bangsa, di mana guru memegang peranan sentral tidak hanya sebagai penyampai ilmu, tetapi juga sebagai pembentuk karakter peserta didik. Dalam konteks ini, etika profesi menjadi komponen vital yang menjamin integritas dan kualitas layanan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji urgensi etika profesi dalam menjaga martabat pendidikan, dengan fokus pada penerapan Kode Etik Guru Indonesia (KEGI). Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang menelaah literatur relevan mengenai prinsip-prinsip, tujuan, dan fungsi kode etik guru. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kode etik berperan penting dalam membimbing perilaku profesional guru, mencegah penyimpangan, serta membangun kepercayaan publik terhadap institusi pendidikan. Namun, berbagai tantangan seperti pelanggaran etika, tekanan birokratis, dan perubahan sosial masih menjadi hambatan dalam penerapannya. Oleh karena itu, penguatan pemahaman etika profesi, pelatihan berkelanjutan, serta penegakan kode etik secara konsisten diperlukan guna mewujudkan sistem pendidikan yang berintegritas dan bermartabat.

Abstract

Community empowerment in Koto Tangah District, Padang City, is carried out through collaborative methods involving various components of society, educational institutions, security forces, and local government. In order to form a young generation with morals, this initiative seeks to provide a place for constructive activities for them to participate, such as planning extracurricular activities centered on local sports and culture and strengthening customary and religious values. Supervision, counseling, and character building of students together both inside and outside of school is one way that educational institutions and the police can work together to help prevent and overcome juvenile delinquency. One example is the cooperation agreement signed by the Madrasah and the Koto Tangah Police. The main objective of Community Empowerment in Koto Tangah District is to foster a young generation that is independent, disciplined, and has character in accordance with local and religious values. To achieve this goal, stakeholders must work together, community capacity must be strengthened, and positive spaces and activities must be provided for teenagers. Especially in Koto Tangah District, Padang City, juvenile delinquency is a major social problem that threatens public security and order. Through participatory and collaborative strategies involving the government, community leaders, educational institutions, and families, this study seeks to evaluate community empowerment in overcoming juvenile delinquency.

Abstract

This study aims to enhance students' understanding and skills in traditional dance through Jaipongan creative dance training as an effort to preserve local culture within the school environment. Based on initial observations, the majority of students had never received direct training in traditional dance and had limited understanding of the characteristics of Jaipongan dance. This research employs a Participatory Action Research approach a collaborative method that actively involves researchers, supervising teachers, and students in the processes of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The training process was participatively adapted to the students’ needs and responses over a four-week implementation period. The training materials included the introduction of basic Jaipongan movements, rhythm and floor pattern exercises, expression, and group choreography development. Evaluation results showed that out of 25 participating students, 13 students (52%) achieved the “excellent” category, 4 students (16%) were in the “good” category, while the rest still required further guidance. The training not only improved technical skills but also fostered appreciative attitudes, cooperation, and self-confidence. Through the PAR approach, students were not merely objects of learning but also active subjects, encouraging the process of cultural arts education to become more contextual, reflective, and transformative.

Abstract

The implementation of good governance in Indonesia's public administration system is a crucial element in realizing an effective, transparent, accountable and responsive government. This research aims to analyze the extent to which the principles of good governance have been applied in the implementation of public administration in Indonesia, as well as the challenges and obstacles faced in the implementation process. The method used is a qualitative approach with literature study and policy analysis. The results of the study show that although some principles such as public participation, transparency, and accountability have begun to be applied, their implementation is still partial and uneven in all government institutions. Factors such as a bureaucratic culture that has not fully changed, weak supervision, and low governance literacy among the apparatus are the main obstacles. Therefore, more consistent bureaucratic reforms, strengthening institutional capacity, and high political commitment are needed to realize a state administration system that is in line with the principles of good governance.

Abstract

The drastic development of digital technology has shifted conventional media consumption to social media, creating intense business competition, including in the ice cream industry. This situation challenges new brands like Momoyo to effectively build brand awareness especially among Gen Z. This research aims to analyze the Cyber PR strategies implemented by Momoyo to build its brand and reach the Gen Z audience. This study uses a qualitative approach through literature review and observation of Momoyo's digital marketing activities. The results show that Momoyo employs a comprehensive Cyber PR strategy, including creating a relevant brand identity, targeted use of social media like TikTok, digital partnerships through TikTok Local Service, co-branding with other brands, and collaborations with macro-influencers. These integrated strategies have successfully positioned Momoyo as a top-tier player in the competitive ice cream market, proving the effectiveness of creative and participatory Cyber PR in penetrating saturated markets. Keywords: Cyber PR, Tik-Tok Platform, Brand Awareness, Gen Z, Momoyo   Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi digital yang drastis menggeser konsumsi media konvensional ke media sosial dan menciptakan persaingan bisnis yang ketat, tak terkecuali di industri es krim. Kondisi ini menantang merek baru seperti Momoyo untuk secara efektif membangun brand awareness di kalangan Gen Z. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi Cyber PR yang diterapkan oleh Momoyo untuk membangun merek dan menjangkau audiens Gen Z. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi literatur dan observasi terhadap aktivitas pemasaran digital Momoyo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Momoyo menggunakan strategi Cyber PR yang komprehensif, meliputi penciptaan identitas merek yang relevan, penggunaan media sosial terarah seperti TikTok, kemitraan digital melalui TikTok Local Service, co-branding dengan merek lain, dan kolaborasi dengan influencer makro. Strategi terpadu ini berhasil memposisikan Momoyo sebagai pemain papan atas di pasar es krim yang kompetitif, membuktikan efektivitas Cyber PR yang kreatif dan partisipatif dalam menembus pasar yang jenuh.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi yang digunakan oleh da’i dalam menyampaikan nilai-nilai keislaman pada ibu-ibu Majelis Taklim Al-Hijrah di Desa Sedompo, Kecamatan Betung, Kabupaten Banyuasin. Dalam konteks ini, strategi penyampaian pesan-pesan agama sangat penting untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengamalan ajaran Islam di kalangan jamaah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan observasi langsung, wawancara, serta studi dokumentasi terhadap kegiatan di majelis taklim. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa da’i menggunakan berbagai strategi, seperti pendekatan personal, penggunaan bahasa yang mudah dipahami, serta mengaitkan materi dakwah dengan kehidupan sehari-hari ibu-ibu. Selain itu, da’i juga memanfaatkan media visual dan metode tanya jawab untuk meningkatkan interaksi antara pengajaran dan pemahaman jamaah. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan tentang efektivitas metode dakwah yang diterapkan, serta kontribusi majelis taklim dalam memperkuat keimanan dan pengetahuan agama Islam di kalangan ibu-ibu di desa tersebut.

Abstract

Education has a fundamental role in shaping the character of students, not just the transfer of knowledge. Strong and positive character is an important foundation for individuals to face life's challenges and contribute constructively to society. One crucial character that needs to be instilled early on is discipline. Discipline is the key to success in various aspects of life, from academic achievement to the formation of a responsible and independent person.. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation studies, with informants consisting of students in grades IV–VI, teachers, and parents. The results showed that the application of these seven habits contributed positively to fostering student discipline, both in terms of time management, personal responsibility, and academic and social discipline. However, significant challenges have been found from the influence of the digital era, such as excessive use of gadgets and distractions from social media, which have the potential to weaken the effectiveness of discipline character building. Teacher support and active parental involvement are important factors in overcoming these obstacles. This study concludes that the 7 Habits of Great Indonesian Children are a relevant and strategic character-building instrument to answer the challenges of character education in the digital era, especially in building student discipline from an early age.

Abstract

This study explores the political marketing strategy of Dedi Mulyadi through YouTube as a platform to promote his candidacy for Governor of West Java. It uses a qualitative descriptive method by analyzing the content of Dedi Mulyadi's official YouTube channel and how he communicates values, identities, and political narratives to build emotional ties with viewers. The findings show that Dedi Mulyadi successfully utilizes YouTube to build a populist, close-to-the-people image, emphasizing Sundanese cultural values and direct public engagement.
