Abstract

Personal potential that goes through a significant process and is one of the needs that must be met is education. As educators, teachers must be smart in utilizing existing technology to develop learning media in an effort to increase effective learning. One of the problems encountered in creating learning media is practical learning on physics material. One example is creating media using Google products and the "PhET (Physics Education Technology)" website. PhET is interactive and designed like animation to make it easier to carry out practicums, where PhET has more than 100 simulations of material used in learning. Research was carried out to find out how much skill and reasoning the students were taught using PhET media and whether there were differences between before and after being given treatment. The method used in this research is literature study, literature review with the data sources obtained. PhET is designed to help students learn independently.

Abstract

Jigsaw is a multifunctional cooperative learning structure. Jigsaw can be used in a number of ways to achieve a variety of objectives but is primarily used for presentation and acquiring new material, this structure creates interdependence. Jigsaw-type cooperative learning is a learning method based on a form of multifunctional structure of learning groups that can be used on all subjects and all levels to develop each group's expertise and skills that they have learned previously at expert team meetings. In the jigsaw type cooperative learning model, there are groups of origin and expert groups. The home group is the parent group of students with diverse abilities, genders and family backgrounds. Expert group, which is a group of students consisting of members of different origin groups, is assigned to study the topic and then explain it to members of the origin group. The expert group is a combination of several experts from the origin group. The key to the success of jigsaw is interdependence, i.e. each student depends on his/her team members to be able to provide the necessary information in order to perform well during the assessment.

Abstract

This research was carried out with the aim of finding out the effect of the Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) learning model on student learning outcomes in the fourth grade flat shape mathematics subject at SDN 101774 Sampali. The research population was 60 students, consisting of 30 students in class V-A and 30 students in class V-B. The research sample uses the Total Sampling technique so that the entire population doubles as the research sample. This type of research is Quasi Experimental where this research looks for the effect of certain treatments on 2 homogeneous conditions. The research procedure consists of preparation, implementation and final stages. Before carrying out the research, research instruments were tested, namely testing validity, reliability, level of difficulty and distinguishing power. Next, a pretest was given to both classes, then the experimental class was given treatment with the Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) learning model, while the control class did not use the RME (Realistic Mathematics Education) learning model and finally both classes were given a posttest. The data was analyzed and prerequisite tests were carried out, namely normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis test.Based on the pretest in the experimental class, the average student learning outcome was 45.67 and after applying the Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) learning model, the average student learning outcome in the posttest was 81.03. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) learning model on student learning outcomes in mathematics subjects for fourth grade students at SD 101774 Sampali.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. This research was conducted at PGSD FKIP UNRI which involved 118 active students of PGSD FKIP UNRI class of 2018. This study aims to find out the relationship between the interest in becoming an elementary school teacher and the teaching readiness of PGSD FKIP UNRI students. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire with a sampling technique, namely total sampling. Total sampling is a sampling technique in which all members of the population are sampled in order to obtain representative research results. The validity test of the questionnaire used the product moment correlation technique, while the reliability test used the Alpha Cronbach formula. As for the prerequisite analysis test, the normality test and linearity test were carried out. Then do the hypothesis testing with the product moment correlation test. The level of significance of the analysis results was set at 5%. This data analysis technique was carried out with the helpof the SPSS version 21 program. The results in this study can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between interest in being an elementary school teacher and Teaching Readiness of PGSD FKIP UNRI studentsclass of 2018 which is shown by the results of the correlation coefficient r count (0,506) > r table (0,180).

Abstract

Canva is a medium that can help teachers convey material so that it is easily understood by students. Canva is an application that can be developed in the process of creating learning media. The aim of this research is to improve the quality of teachers by developing learning media that is in accordance with the independent learning curriculum program. In this independent learning curriculum teachers are required to be able to adapt to technology, however there are still many teachers who have not mastered various technological features. One of them is the Canva application because not all of its features are free, offline access is not available, the hyper-contect learning module can only be done with two applications and of course the Canva application's internet signal can be affected. The results of this research are that educators or teachers are expected to be able to develop more interesting learning media, because this really helps clarify the material that will be conveyed to students in implementing the independent learning curriculum. It is hoped that this research can make a contribution to education activists, especially teachers and students, by utilizing Canva as a media solution to facilitate the implementation of the independent curriculum.
