Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the cooperative learning model of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) type on the cognitive learning outcomes of class V UPTD SDN 2 Telang. This research is a quantitative research with experimental research type, the design used is Pre-Experimental Design with One-group Pre-test-Posttest Design. Sampling using a population sample technique. The sample used amounted to 18 students. Data collected using pre-test and post-test questions. The results of the research show a matter of pre-test and post-test. The results showed: 1) The STAD Learning Model has a significant effect with the result tcount 20.151 greater than ttable 1.739, based on the testing criteria if the value of tcount > ttable, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted which means that there is an influence of the student team learning model on achievement division on learning outcomes student cognitive. 2) the implementation of learning themes 9 sub-themes 4 with the learning model of student group distribution of achievements carried out with very good criteria with an average score of 95.37%

Abstract

The purpose of this development research was to determine the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of STAD type cooperative-based worksheets to train collaboration skills on theme 7 sub-theme 1 class III elementary schools. The research model used is 4D. Based on expert validation, the following percentages were obtained: 97% learning design experts with very valid criteria, 90.6% content/material experts with very valid criteria, and 98% teaching materials experts with very valid criteria. The practicality of LKPD was obtained from the results of teacher observations in using the product by 93.3% with very practical criteria and the results of student observations in using the product by 96.2% with very practical criteria. The effectiveness of LKPD was obtained from the results of observations of collaboration skills of 97.1% with very collaborative criteria and the results of the teacher and student response questionnaires after using the product were 95.8% with very good criteria. Based on the results of the research conducted, the STAD-type cooperative-based LKPD for training collaboration skills on theme 7 sub-theme 1 class III elementary schools can be said to be valid, practical, and effective so that it is feasible to use..

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) type of cooperative learning model on the learning activity of Class II students at SDN Morkoneng1. This research is an experimental research using the research design Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Sampling by Sampling Porporsive sampling type. The research sample was 40 students, namely 20 students in class IIA and 20 students in class IIB. Data was collected using observation sheets. The results showed that the cooperative learning model of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) type had an effect on student learning activity. The magnitude of the effect is evident from the comparative t-test of two independent samples. The results of the comparative t-test calculation of two independent samples obtained a significance value of 0.000. Based on the test criteria if the value of Sig. (2-tailed) < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an influence on the application of the cooperative learning model type Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) on the learning activity of Class II students at SDN Morkoneng1. Abstract

This school action research started with the problems faced by teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Padang Bolak Julu in carrying out learning evaluations. In conducting evaluations, teachers rarely use portfolio assessment. In fact, in learning that requires mastery of the material as well as the possession of good skills and attitudes, it would be better if an assessment instrument was used which provides opportunities for students to demonstrate their ability to solve problems, reason, communicate, conduct investigations, and be creative. The author as a school coach tries to provide assistance to teachers in using portfolio assessment instruments. The purpose of this research is to improve the teacher's ability to use portfolio assessment instruments. This type of research is action research using a qualitative approach. The research data is in the form of information about the process and action data obtained from observations, assessment results, discussions and documentation. The data source is the process of carrying out supervision activities at SMA Negeri 1 Padang Bolak Julu. Data analysis was performed using a qualitative data analysis model. Based on the results of the research, the supervision activities carried out were able to improve and contribute to improving the teacher's ability to use portfolio assessment instruments. This result can be seen from the assessment of the teacher's ability which has increased, namely in the first cycle the percentage of the average score obtained by the teacher was 72.5%, meaning that the teacher's pedagogical competence in this cycle was still in the sufficient category, while in cycle II, the percentage of the average score was the average obtained by the teacher increased to 87.5%, meaning that the teacher's ability to use portfolio assessment instruments in cycle II was in the good category. Thus it can be interpreted that supervision activities can improve teachers' abilities in using portfolio assessment instruments at SMA Negeri 1 Padang Bolak Julu.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of English Subtitle Movie on the vocabulary mastery achievement of Junior High School students. The resecher used a quasi-experimental design with nonrandomized experiment and control group design. To conduct the research, the researcher used Junior High School students and divided into two groups, experimental and control class, at SMPN 2 Gudo. Data were collected using two instruments: pre/post tests, both of which were made by researchers. The data obtained from the test were analyzed using an independent sample t-test. The results were analyzed by testing the effect of English Subtitle Movie on students' vocabulary mastery. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of English Subtitle Movie used in this study has a significant influence on students' language achievement in vocabulary mastery.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the significant effect of applying the project based learning model on the learning outcomes of grade IV Elementari School of Klampis Timur. This research is a quantitative research with the method used is quasi-experimental and the design used is the nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group design. The population consisted of 30 students from class IV SDN Klampis Timur. Sampling used non-probability sampling, namely the sample used was 15 control groups and 15 experimental groups. This study used an experimental group and a control group. Based on the results of data analysis using the Mann-Whitney test with a significance level of 0.05, the Asymp sig.(2-tailed) result is 0.000 <0.05 and the Z score is -3.734, so Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is an influence between the experimental group and the control group, the treatment given had a significant effect on the project based learning method on the learning outcomes of class IV Elementary School Theme 2 students.

Abstract

Abstract. Speaking ability is the most frequently used language skill. This study aims to describe the use of diction by students of the Accounting Department of Unika Soegijapranata in speaking video assignments. The problem in this study is the use of diction by students of the Soegijapranata University Accounting Department in speaking video assignments which are divided into the use of Indonesian spelling, the clarity and density of language presentation, as well as the attractiveness and suitability of the choice of diction with the topic of conversation. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method. The results of the study showed that the use of diction by class A students of the Soegijapranata Catholic University's Accounting Department in speaking video assignments was classified as good with details of seventeen students getting good scores and three students getting very good scores. Keywords: Speaking Skills, Speaking Video, Use of Diction. Abstrak. Kemampuan berbicara adalah kemampuan berbahasa yang paling sering digunakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan diksi mahasiswa Jurusan Akuntansi Unika Soegijapranata dalam tugas video berbicara. Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah penggunaan diksi mahasiswa Jurusan Akuntansi Unika Soegijapranata dalam tugas video berbicara yang terbagi dalam penggunaan ejaan bahasa Indonesia, kejelasan dan kepadatan penyajian bahasa, serta kemenarikan dan kesesuaian pemilihan diksi dengan topik pembicaraan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan diksi mahasiswa kelas A Jurusan Akuntansi Unika Soegijapranata dalam tugas video berbicara sudah tergolong baik dengan rincian tujuh belas mahasiswa mendapatkan skor baik dan tiga mahasiswa mendapatkan skor sangat baik. Kata kunci: Keterampilan Berbicara, Penggunaan Diksi, Video Berbicara.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to see how sustainable teacher academic development is. This type of research is a type of qualitative research. There are various ways to improve teacher competency, one of which is through the PKB program. In this regard, it is hoped that the four teacher competencies which include pedagogical, professional, social and personality competencies can be improved so that teachers' desires and demands can be achieved optimally in accordance with their profession. If the teacher's performance assessment is still low according to competency standard criteria, then the teacher is obliged to carry out PKB that focuses on achieving teacher competency standards. A strategic step in sustainable professional development is through the Teacher Working Group forum. This KKG Forum is a forum for formulating Sustainable Professional Development programs. The preparation of the PKB program is carried out through regular meetings of teachers, supervisors and school principals to discuss the programs needed by teachers, especially PKB.

Abstract

This research was conducted to understand how students' ability to write good and quality research proposals and activity proposals. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique. The data collection method used for this research is the distribution of questionnaires to students at various universities in Indonesia with a population of 23 respondents and by conducting scientific searches with literature studies. The UKBI test is an objective means of evaluating the level of language mastery, including aspects of spelling and grammar. Participation in the UKBI Test can provide valuable feedback to students on the extent to which their abilities are in accordance with the prevailing Indonesian language standards.

Abstract

The aim of this research, which is to determine teachers' perceptions of changes to the independent curriculum in the context of how to learn regarding changes to the independent curriculum at Sd it Miftahul Jannah. In this research, the method used is a qualitative research method and the data obtained is from interviews, observations and documentation at the SD It Miftahul Jannah school. Teachers' perceptions of changes to the independent curriculum itself aims at teachers' perceptions of changes to the independent curriculum, namely how teachers understand the concept of the independent curriculum, analyze the impact of the independent curriculum on teaching and learning as well as obstacles and challenges in implementing the independent curriculum, where the curriculum is a component that very important and determining in the implementation of education. As well as functioning as a tool for achieving educational goals, if the educational goals change then the curriculum automatically must also be changed.
