Abstract

Clothing is a significant influence on the development of fashion trends today which most people follow with the desire to look trendy and fashionable. Crop top is one type of clothing that is most widely used as an outfit, especially for young people. Today's women are individuals who are very fond of making fashion changes to keep up with increasingly advanced developments, and crop top make most of them confident users, even like clothing in general nowadays. The aim of this research is to find out how clothing styles are influenced by increasingly rapid developments and how crop top clothing is used as a front stage for women and a back stage in the real lives of women who wear crop top clothing today. The method used is a qualitative method, data collection through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research uses Erving Goffman's Dramaturgical theory. The results of the research show that Jember University students who are fans of the crop top style of clothing have reasons to get an impression from the general public in order to gain an image as a representative of today's trendy kids. So that makes them acceptable in society, but what is surprising is that the reality they have behind the public is not like what is seen on the surface. The risks that arise from this way of dressing are very diverse because the style of clothing creates an increased risk of crime.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and test the Influence of Self-Efficacy and Peer Influence on the Academic Achievement of Students at the State University of Jakarta. This study employs a quantitative research method with descriptive analysis, using a data collection method in the form of questionnaires. The subjects in this research were students from the Jakarta State University, totaling 121 students. This study uses data analysis techniques of the Outer Model with calculations for Convergent Reliability, Discriminant Validity, Composite Reliability, Cronbach's Alpha, and the Inner Model with calculations for T-statistics, R-Square, F-Square, and VIF using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of this research indicate that there is a positive and significant influence of self-efficacy on academic achievement with a t-statistic value of 4.124 > 1.96 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. There is also a positive and significant influence of peer influence on academic achievement with a t-statistic value of 5.104 > 1.96 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The calculated F-Square for the self-efficacy variable on academic achievement is 0.365, and the F-Square for the peer influence variable on academic achievement is 0.173. This indicates that both Self-Efficacy and Peer Group have a positive and significant influence on the Academic Achievement of Students at the State University of Jakarta.

Abstract

Learning facilities refer to the physical and technological resources that students use to support learning, while learning motivation refers to the internal drive and passion that students have to learn. The purpose of this study is to determine how the influence of learning ability on the development of motivation and learning achievement of Jakarta State University students. In this study, we conducted ex post facto research and used quantitative research methods. In data collection, a sample of 110 active students of Universitas Negeri Jakarta can be obtained using the Likert scale (1-5). Data analysis techniques are generated by calculating multiple linear regression models and External Models with Convergent Reliability, Discriminant Validity, Composite Reliability, Alpha and Inner Cronbach models with statistical calculations of T, R-Square, f-Square, and VIF. The data obtained and combined from respondents' research will then be transformed with the help of SmartPLS statistical application version 4.0.9.2. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that learning facilities (Xl) and learning motivation (X2) have a significant effect on learning outcomes (Y) in Jakarta State University students.

White collar crime is a crime committed by people who have a high socio-economic status and have a respected position in society. This white collar crime is very different from conventional crime in general, where the perpetrators are people from a low socio-economic class. Perpetrators of white collar crime include businesspeople, officials and professionals.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the positive impact of using a systems approach on students' learning motivation at the Pesantren Amal Bakti School, with an emphasis on qualitative data. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation and analysis of related documents. Data analysis was carried out by detailing qualitative findings that illustrate how the application of a systems approach contributes to increasing student learning motivation. The results of the research state that the systems approach significantly influences the increase in student learning motivation in the Unity Amal Bakti School environment. The implications of these findings can provide deeper guidance for increasing student learning motivation through systems approach strategies in the school context.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the development of the Islamic religious spirit in grade 5 MIN 3 elementary school students in Medan City in terms of theory, the factors that influence it, and efforts to develop it. The author uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The author describes the development of the Islamic religious spirit in grade 5 MIN 3 elementary school students in Medan City based on three domains, namely: the cognitive domain, the affective domain, and the psychomotor domain. The author also presents several learning methods that can be used by Islamic religious education teachers to develop these three domains. The results of the research show that the development of the Islamic spirit in students at SD 5 MIN 3 in Medan City is influenced by various factors, including: nature, environment, education and experience. The development of the Islamic spirit in grade 5 MIN 3 elementary school students in Medan City can be improved by using effective, interesting and fun learning methods.

Abstract

In the world of education, especially in the learning process, the use of facilities and infrastructure has an important role in creating conducive learning and attracting student interest. This research aims to determine and describe the use of facilities and infrastructure to support student activity in learning in elementary schools. The type of research used is qualitative research to explore situations and conditions in the field. The main instrument of this research refers to field notes. Data collection was carried out using several techniques, namely; (a) observation, (b) interview. All data is collected and studied descriptively to obtain reliable and reliable findings. The results of the research show that the use of facilities and infrastructure at SDN Cipare is carried out well with the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure and supports the learning process which provides great benefits for students' active learning and enthusiasm in learning.

Abstract

In implementing student discipline at MAN 2 Bukittinggi, it is related to the condition of disciplinary attitudes among MAN 2 Bukittinggi students, knowing the process and character of student discipline, which focuses on organizing activities and models of daily routine habits obtained through the guidance process carried out. out so that it can describe the discipline of MAN students. 2 Bukittinggi, good at discipline, discipline in obeying the rules that apply at school. Although there are still many who do not obey the existing regulations that apply at school. Through the application of student discipline, it is useful in establishing school regulations and familiarizing students with school regulations. Evaluations that can be carried out by schools look at the extent of success in implementing statutory regulations and the obstacles experienced, including the lack of awareness of students in implementing the discipline that applies at school. From this, student awareness greatly influences the rules and regulations of the MAN 2 Bukittinggi school.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to find out about learning planning using the Hannafi&Peck model. This model uses product-oriented learning media design development. This research is also used to produce a product that wants to be developed through a trisuis teaching aid in special angle trigonometry material in Class X of SMK Yadika 8 Jatimuliya. These teaching aids can make it easier for students to remember the special angles of trigonometry more easily. Because in general children understand material more quickly if they use learning videos or teaching aids. Thus, this teaching aid aims to see whether it is easier for students to understand special angle trigonometry material.
