Abstract

This study investigates these linkages to deepen understanding of the topic and to outline potential directions for future research. Using bibliometric and content analysis drawn from the Web of Science and Scopus databases, covering the period from 1998 to 13 May 2021, the study reveals key insights. The findings show a reciprocal relationship between organizational sustainability capabilities and organizational resilience capabilities; however, evidence connecting both to business continuity management is still insufficient. The results also highlight four clusters of relationships: (1) the progression from Risk Management toward Business Continuity Management and Organizational Resilience; (2) the interaction between Resilience and Business Continuity practices; (3) the role of Business Continuity in fostering Innovation and Sustainability; and (4) Dynamic Capabilities that support Organizational Sustainability and Organizational Resilience to strengthen Business Continuity Management. Furthermore, several phases were identified to explain how sustainability and resilience capabilities influence business continuity management in the face of disruptive events

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing leverage in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020–2024 period. Using a quantitative approach, this study involved a purposive sampling technique on three companies: PT Sariguna Primatirta Tbk, PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, and PT Mulia Boga Raya Tbk. Variables included liquidity, profitability, business risk, asset structure, and company size, using descriptive financial analysis. The results show that liquidity and profitability have a negative effect on leverage, which is in line with the pecking order theory, which states that companies prefer internal financing over debt. Furthermore, companies with high business risk tend to reduce the use of debt. Meanwhile, asset structure and company size do not show a consistent effect on leverage. These findings suggest that corporate leverage policies are more influenced by internal factors, such as the financial strategy implemented by the company, rather than external or market factors. This provides further insight into leverage management in the Indonesian food and beverage sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze cost and time optimization in project management through a case study of developing a QR Code–based Digital Warehouse Management System. The project was carried out by a team of students from the Logistics Management Study Program as a practical implementation of modern project management concepts in an academic environment. The research employed a descriptive qualitative case study approach, including observation, documentation, and literature analysis. The results indicate that the use of QR Code technology significantly improves time efficiency in stock recording by up to 80% and reduces the risk of human error. In terms of cost, the project successfully optimized resources by utilizing personal devices and open-source software, eliminating the need for additional infrastructure investment. The project also demonstrated effective implementation of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), risk management, and evaluation based on the Triple Constraint principle. These findings highlight that simple digital innovations can greatly enhance operational efficiency and project management performance, making them a strategic solution for SMEs in the digitalization of warehouse operations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product knowledge, corporate image, relationship marketing, and trust on customers’ savings decisions at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Jakarta Duri Kosambi, as well as examine the moderating effect of word of mouth in the relationship between these variables. The background of this research is based on the relatively low number of customers at BSI KCP Jakarta Duri Kosambi, which only reached 515 customers by the end of 2023, despite the large Muslim population in Cengkareng District, which represents a significant potential market for Islamic banking services. This study employs a quantitative research method using a questionnaire distributed to 100 customers selected through accidental sampling techniques. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results indicate that product knowledge, corporate image, relationship marketing, and trust each have a significant positive effect on savings decisions, as reflected in their respective path coefficients and t-statistics. Furthermore, word of mouth is found to significantly moderate only the relationship between relationship marketing and savings decisions, while its moderating effect on product knowledge, corporate image, and trust is not significant. These findings suggest that BSI KCP Jakarta Duri Kosambi should strengthen marketing strategies focusing on customer knowledge, institutional image, relationship quality, and trust to enhance customers’ savings decisions.

Abstract

This study focuses on Generation Z in Tasikmalaya Regency and investigates how self-efficacy and emotional intelligence influence career decision-making processes. The research was motivated by increasing youth unemployment and the growing number of NEET individuals, namely those not in education, employment, or training, which indicates a lack of readiness among young people in planning their professional future. This study employed a quantitative survey design, with data collected from 100 Generation Z respondents selected through purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 31. The results show that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on career decision-making, with a t value of 5.291 and a significance value of 0.000. Self-efficacy also has a positive and significant effect, with a t value of 4.153 and a significance value of 0.000. Simultaneously, emotional intelligence and self-efficacy significantly predict career decision-making, with an F value of 131.890 and a significance value below 0.001. The two variables explain 73.1 percent of the variance in career decision-making, while the remaining 26.9 percent is influenced by other variables not included in this study. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening self-efficacy and emotional intelligence to help Generation Z make more mature and well-directed career decisions.

Abstract

Resilience and business sustainability in the era of global competition are no longer determined solely by product excellence or cost efficiency, but highly depend on the quality of relationships built by companies with all stakeholders. Many business organizations grow rapidly yet experience sudden collapse due to failure to maintain integrity and comply with ethical norms in their operations. This study aims to formulate business ethics implementation strategies as a fundamental foundation in strengthening long-term business sustainability. Through a descriptive qualitative approach based on literature study, the results show that applying moral values such as honesty, fairness, and social responsibility functions as an instrument to create trust, stability, and superior reputation. Ethical strategies integrated into management systems are proven effective in minimizing conflict risks, expanding cooperation access, and building competitive advantages that are difficult to replicate. It is concluded that business ethics is not merely a normative obligation, but a strategic investment that determines business survival and sustainable growth.
