Abstract

Online learning has become one of the innovations in modern education, enabling students to access learning materials and participate in instructional interactions flexibly without being limited by space and time, as reflected in the learning characteristics of Universitas Terbuka (UT). Tutorial Tatap Maya (TUWEB) is designed as a communication medium between students and tutors to support the learning process, broaden knowledge, deepen subject matter, and clarify students’ understanding of the courses they study. Based on this background, this study aims to analyze the effect of learning readiness, technological ability, and achievement motivation on UT students’ learning activity by involving self-efficacy as a moderating variable. This study employed a quantitative approach. The sample size was determined using probability sampling with Harry King’s Nomogram formula at a 5% error level and a 95% multiple factor of 1.195, resulting in a total sample of 200 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a 1–4 Likert scale and analyzed with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The results showed that technological ability influenced learning activity, with an f-square value of 0.124, categorized as a small to moderate effect. Learning readiness also had a significant effect on learning activity, with an f-square value of 0.058, indicating a small effect. Achievement motivation did not significantly affect learning activity, as shown by an f-square value of 0.000. Self-efficacy had a significant effect on learning activity, with an f-square value of 0.154, categorized as a moderate effect. However, self-efficacy did not moderate the relationship between technological ability, learning readiness, or achievement motivation and students’ learning activity.

Abstract

This study examines the digital institutional communication strategy of the State/Government Institution Relations Sub-division of the Supreme Audit Institution (BPK RI) using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis to understand the implementation of digital transformation in inter-organizational communication practices. The findings show that BPK RI’s digital transformation has developed incrementally and is guided by the BPK RI Strategic Plan 2025–2029. This transformation is implemented through several official digital platforms, including JASMIN, SIMoU, the Bakohumas Forum, and the Hublem Forum, which operate within a structured and hierarchical coordination system across institutions. Supporting factors for this transformation include adequate technological infrastructure, strong leadership commitment, and increasingly competent human resources in digital skills. However, the study also identifies key barriers, such as network instability in certain regional areas and disparities in digital literacy among institutions. These challenges are addressed through adaptive strategies that highlight the role of boundary spanners in bridging communication gaps between organizational actors and digital systems. Overall, the integration of digital communication within BPK RI has significantly improved coordination efficiency, organizational responsiveness, and transparency of information to stakeholders. This progress supports the broader agenda of digital-by-default governance in public sector administration.

Abstract

This article aims to explain how the Indonesian government under the Prabowo–Gibran administration implements the Free Nutritious Meals (MBG) policy to promote community economic welfare from the perspective of Jeremy Bentham's utilitarianism. This study employs a qualitative method with a literature study analytical approach, seeking an in-depth understanding of the MBG program through comprehensive analysis of relevant academic sources and Jeremy Bentham's theory of utilitarianism. The findings indicate that the MBG program is consistent with Bentham's principle of "the greatest happiness for the greatest number," as it seeks to improve public welfare by providing nutritious meals for school children, pregnant women, and other vulnerable groups while simultaneously creating employment opportunities throughout the food production and distribution chain. These economic activities have the potential to reduce unemployment, stimulate local economies, and alleviate poverty in Indonesia. Furthermore, the program contributes to improving human capital through better nutrition, which may enhance educational outcomes and long-term productivity. From a utilitarian perspective, the MBG policy reflects a public policy that prioritizes the collective interests and welfare of the majority of society, in line with Indonesia's democratic principle of governance from, by, and for the people.

Abstract

The need for software is increasing. Software is one way for industries to improve service and brand promotion to customers. E-commerce is one way to utilize technology. The habit of users who have already used many e-commerce applications makes it difficult for them to understand the functional requirements that will be created for the desired software. The challenge that arises is that the standards for an e-commerce application will refer to frequently used applications. This makes it difficult for developers to build their software. The functional requirements obtained will be very numerous, but it is difficult to choose which ones are prioritized. The MoSCoW approach is one solution that can group functional software requirements. The interview data obtained will be grouped into four sections consisting of must-have, should-have, could-have, and won't-have sections. Based on the results of this approach, the priority requirements were obtained at 60%, indicating that, of all software requirements, more than half of the requirements will be prioritized. These results help developers in building software according to top priorities.

Abstract

Technological developments such as the disruption of artificial intelligence (AI), global economic conditions, and employment uncertainty have triggered high levels of future career anxiety among the younger generation, including university graduates and prospective graduates, including Islamic boarding school students. Ideally, Islamic boarding school students are expected to be more resilient in facing these challenges because pesantren provide them with religious knowledge that teaches acceptance of destiny as well as academic provisions to adapt to the world of work. Responding to this gap, this study aims to examine the role of self-efficacy as a mediator in the relationship between social support and future career anxiety among Islamic boarding school students. This study employed a quantitative correlational design involving 106 Islamic boarding school students in Situbondo. Data were collected using psychological scale instruments, while data analysis was conducted using path analysis through PROCESS Macro Hayes Model 4 with bootstrapping techniques. The results showed that social support had a significant negative effect on future career anxiety (β = -0.612; p < 0.05). Furthermore, self-efficacy was empirically proven to partially mediate this relationship with a significant indirect effect (indirect effect = -0.238; 95% CI [-0.415, -0.102]). Communal support within Islamic boarding schools effectively reduces anxiety because this social protection is internalized into individuals’ confidence in their own capabilities. These findings emphasize the strategic role of Islamic boarding schools not only as emotional safety nets but also as catalysts for strengthening self-efficacy. Strengthening self-efficacy is essential to enable students to transform passive resignation into proactive agency in facing the challenges of the modern labor market.

Abstract

The background of this study lies in students’ insufficient grasp of Pancasila values alongside their limited learning motivation, both stemming from an overreliance on conventional instructional methods. This research aims to examine the effect of the Quizizz educational game application on Pancasila Education learning outcomes, particularly in the Understanding Pancasila Values topic among Grade IV students at SD Negeri 1 Gesikan. A quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design was employed. The research population comprised all Grade IV students, with Class IV A serving as the experimental group (21 students) and Class IV B as the control group (18 students). Data were gathered through pre-test and post-test instruments and subsequently analyzed using non-parametric statistical procedures, namely the Mann-Whitney U Test and the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test, given that the data did not follow a normal distribution. Findings revealed that the experimental class’ mean post-test score rose markedly to 88.19, with a mastery rate of 85.71%, substantially surpassing the pre-test average of 62.29. Hypothesis testing produced a p-value of 0.043 < 0.05, leading to the acceptance of Ha, with an effect size of 0.318 classified as medium. These results indicate that Quizizz use exerts a significant positive effect on students’ Pancasila Education learning outcomes, as this interactive platform demonstrably fosters an engaging learning environment while strengthening students’ active participation and conceptual understanding.

Abstract

Sustainable organizational transformation has become a strategic priority in the Industry 5.0 era due to increasing pressures related to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Although Digital Readiness, Green Human Resource Management (GHRM), and Eco-Innovation have been widely examined individually, studies integrating these concepts within a Sustainable Organizational Transformation (SOT) framework remain limited. This study aims to synthesize global literature and develop a conceptual model explaining the interrelationships among digital readiness, green HR practices, and ecological innovation in fostering sustainable transformation. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) following the PRISMA 2020 guidelines was conducted. Literature was collected from Scopus, Web of Science (WoS), and ScienceDirect databases covering publications from 2020 to 2026. Of the 624 articles initially identified, 82 met the inclusion and quality assessment criteria and were analyzed using descriptive and thematic approaches. The findings reveal five major themes: Digital Readiness, GHRM, Eco-Innovation, Sustainable Organizational Transformation, and integration mechanisms among these constructs. The results indicate that Digital Readiness acts as a structural enabler that strengthens GHRM implementation and accelerates Eco-Innovation, while GHRM serves as a behavioral driver supporting sustainability-oriented transformation. This study contributes by integrating the Resource-Based View, Dynamic Capability Theory, and Natural Resource-Based View perspectives and proposes future research agendas to advance sustainability theory and organizational practice.

Abstract

The digital transformation of public services in Indonesia has become a critical catalyst for accelerating technology adoption among businesses, enhancing MSME competitiveness, and supporting national economic growth through data integration, bureaucratic simplification, and the development of an inclusive digital ecosystem. This study examines how digital public service reforms particularly the implementation of SPBE, OSS‑RBA, e‑tax, online halal certification, and MSME digital platforms drive MSME digitalization and strengthen economic competitiveness at the regional and national levels. Employing a descriptive‑analytical approach, the research analyzes policy frameworks, MSME digitalization trends, and interregional disparities in digital adoption and competitiveness. The findings demonstrate that digital public services significantly streamline administrative processes, reduce transaction costs, improve MSME productivity, and reinforce competitiveness, especially in regions with advanced digital infrastructure. The study concludes that the digital transformation of public services functions as a strategic enabler for MSME empowerment and national economic competitiveness by fostering bureaucratic efficiency, expanding access to essential services, and strengthening an integrated and inclusive digital ecosystem.

Abstract

Digital transformation in government administration (e-government) aims to achieve public transparency and accountability. In Indonesia, the General Procurement Plan Information System (SiRUP) serves as the main instrument for ensuring transparency in the procurement of goods and services. However, digitalization often poses challenges in message management. This study examines the phenomenon of trial data (dummy data) exposure on the public portal of SiRUP for the 2025-2026 Fiscal Year. Using a qualitative approach with a descriptive case study, this research analyzes the raw documents of the General Procurement Plan (RUP) through the analytical lens of Erving Goffman’s Dramaturgical Theory and the Source Credibility Theory. The findings reveal an anomaly in the form of backstage leakage, where system trial activities that should be confined to the developers’ private space (backstage) are displayed alongside real, multi-billion-rupiah procurement packages on the public portal (front stage). This dysfunction in information management is not merely a technical error but has sociological consequences that provoke an illusion of transparency and erode the credibility of government institutional governance in the eyes of civil society.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the communication skills of 5–6-year-old children through the use of wayang cards at RA Hj. Siti Syarifah. Unlike previous studies that primarily used pictures or storybooks, this study utilizes wayang cards as a means to encourage children's communication through storytelling, question-and-answer activities, and role-playing. The method used was Classroom Action Research (CAR) using the Kemmis and McTaggart model, which consists of four stages: planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The study subjects were 15 children, consisting of 6 boys and 9 girls. The communication skill indicators observed included the ability to follow simple instructions, ask questions, and use language in role-playing activities. The results showed an increase in children's communication skills in each action cycle. In the pre-action phase, the average percentage of children's communication skills was 38%, categorized as Not Developing (BB). In the first cycle, this increased to 63%, categorized as Starting to Develop (MB), and in the second cycle, it reached 89%, categorized as Developing Very Well (BSB). These results indicate that the use of puppet cards is effective in improving communication skills in early childhood. This research contributes to the development of innovative and engaging learning media to enhance children's communication skills in early childhood education.
