Abstract

Diabetic neuropathy that affects peripheral nervous system as a complication of Diabetes Mellitus (DM). A total of 1785 DM patients in Indonesia, 63.5% experienced neuropathy. Choosing the right analgetics for diabetic neuropathy patients will improve therapy, so the costs of using the drugs will also be affordable. This study aims to cost effectiveness analysis of analgetics in diabetic neuropathy patients at Kaliwungu Kudus Health Center and Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital in Semarang. This study was hold in September - November 2020. The research method was cohort retrospective and collected data with purposive sampling involving all populations who had complete medical record and include inclusion criteria. The instruments used were data report, medical record and details of the patient's payment. The cost data used was based on a payer perspective from direct medical costs related to drug prices based on perspective of the hospital and e-catalogue or BPJS. Then CEA to determine which therapy was more cost-effective therapy from the use of analgeticss by calculating the ACER (Average Cost Effectiveness Ratio) and ICER (Incremental Cost Effectiveness Ratio). The results show that the cost effectiveness of analgetics at the Kaliwungu Kudus Health Center is diclofenac sodium 50 mg and a combination of 500 mg paracetamol and 200 mg ibuprofen with ICER values of Rp. 2765.02 and Rp.-8,837.94. Meanwhile, at the Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital in Semarang, are single amitriptyline and a combination of amitriptyline and tramadol, with the ICER value on single amitriptyline which is Rp. -7,690.08.

Abstract

This ex post facto quantitative study aims to determine whether delivering prizes affects the learning motivation of class II students at SDN 3 Karanganom, North Klaten. This study's variables are reward provision (independent variable) and student learning motivation (dependent variable). This study included 18 students. In this study, questionnaires and documentation were used to collect data. The data analysis technique used in this study is simple linear regression analysis. According to the study findings, there is an effect of reinforcing the learning motivation North Klaten, which is demonstrated. by the computation findings of t count > t table of 12.349 > 2.228 and a significant value of 0.000 0.05. The theory is accepted, and providing rewards can influence learning motivation by 97.4%. Keywords: Rewards, Learning Motivation, SDN 3 Karanganom

Abstract

The 21st century is an era of technological advancement in this century technology plays an important role in human life from various aspects including in the world of education. Teachers are required to integrate technology in learning activities. TPACK, which stands for Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge, is a new understanding that has become a framework that can be used to analyze educators' knowledge about the use of technology in learning. The problems in this study are (1) how to implement TPACK in learning at MI Muhammadiyah Sentono Klaten (2) teacher obstacles in implementing TPACK. The purpose of this study was to determine the learning outcomes of grade IV students of MI Muhammadiyah Sentono Klaten before and after implementing the TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge) approach, and to determine how much influence it has on the learning outcomes of grade IV students of MI Muhammadiyah Sentono Klaten. This study is a quantitative study with descriptive and comparative methods. The descriptive method is a research method to create a picture of a situation or event, while comparative is a study that uses the technique of comparing one object with another object with interview, observation and documentation techniques.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas penggunaan media buku magic box dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS) di SD Negeri 1 Towangsan. Media pembelajaran magic box dipilih karena kemampuannya merangsang imajinasi anak, meningkatkan pemahaman konsep, dan memperkuat minat belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik observasi dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media magic box tentang Kebutuhan Manusia dapat membantu siswa memahami konsep materi dengan lebih mudah. Daftar pustaka mencakup referensi mengenai penggunaan media magic box dalam pembelajaran IPAS untuk siswa kelas IV SD, termasuk pengaruhnya terhadap hasil belajar siswa dan pengembangan media pembelajaran magic box.

Abstract

Learning models are important in teaching and learning activities. Implementing the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model or problem-solving learning model is one way for educators to attract enthusiastic students to have more fun learning and understand the material. Including science and technology material using the PBL model is an effort by educators at SDN 2 Brangkal to be able to convey material that follows the Merdeka curriculum well. We conducted this research to improve the learning outcomes of grade 4 students at SDN 2 Brangkal using the PBL learning model in the science material Chapter 6 "Indonesia is Rich in Culture". The method we use in this research is descriptive qualitative through observation or class observations and documentation. So we can conclude that teaching and learning activities using the PBL model can attract students' enthusiasm for learning. And get maximum learning results. As an educator, choosing learning models and strategies is very necessary to support students' success in achieving a goal.

Abstract

The role of technology today has a big influence on education. Technology can be utilized by teachers and students in the teaching and learning process. One technology that can be used is learning media, one of which is the Wordwall game. This research aims to provide a description and study regarding the use of the Wordwall game application in learning to foster students' interest in learning in elementary schools. In this research, researchers used qualitative research and used descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this research show that the use of wordwall as an evaluation tool at SDN 2 Jabung in class IV science subjects is able to attract students' interest and attention.

Abstract

This research is based on the background that learning activities at SDIT Permata Bangsa still use the lecture method, causing learning to become monotonous and the learning process in the classroom to be less interesting. This research aims to determine the effect of using learning videos on the learning outcomes of class IV students at SDIT Permata Bangsa. This research design uses a Quasi Experimental Design (Quasi Experimental) type Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The subjects of this research were class IV students at SDIT Permata Bangsa consisting of 28 students from class IV A totaling 14 students as the Experimental group and IV B totaling 14 students as the Control group. The data in this research were obtained through learning outcomes tests, namely pretest questions to test student learning outcomes before being given treatment and posttests, namely questions to test learning outcomes after being given treatment and documentation. The data analysis techniques used include normality, homogeneity and final analysis tests. Testing the final analysis or research hypothesis uses the paired sample t-test. The results of this research prove that the use of learning video media has a positive effect on improving the learning outcomes of class VI students at SDIT Permata Bangsa for the 2023/2024 academic year. This is shown from the results of the calculation of the paired sample t-test hypothesis test. The results obtained are tcount of 16,101 and ttable with df 20 is 2,086, meaning 16,101 > 2,086 (tcount is greater than ttable) so H1 is accepted and Ho is rejected. So it can be concluded that the use of learning video media influences the learning outcomes of class IV students at SDIT Permata Bangsa.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the feasibility of the Pancasila Education teaching module, determine students' responses to the implementation of the Pancasila Education teaching module, determine students' interest in learning after implementing the Pancasila Education teaching module, and determine the development of the Pancasila Education teaching module in the material of Chapter 3 Cultural Diversity. My Indonesia Topic B Let's Preserve Indonesian Culture. This type of research is Development Research (Research and Development) using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model. The sample in this research was 18 class V students at SD Negeri 1 Kujon. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, questionnaires, tests and documentation. The results of this research show that the development of the Pancasila Education teaching module can increase the learning interest of class V students at SD Negeri 1 Kujon with a percentage increase of 52%.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the learning outcomes of grade 1 students at SD Negeri 2 Brangkal using the Discovery Learning learning model in the Pancasila Education subject. This research is divided into two images, where each cycle consists of four research stages, namely: 1) Planning, 2) Implementation, 3) Observation, and 4) Reflection. This research was conducted over a period of 3 months starting from February to April 2024. In this research the researcher acted as an observer by involving the class I Pancasila Education maple teacher as a colleague/collaborator. This Classroom Action Research (PTK) uses the Kemmis & Mc Taggart model. This research was carried out in two cycles where each cycle was held in one meeting. The subjects of this research were 18 grade 1 students at SD Negeri 2 Brangkal. Data collection techniques through evaluation tests, observation and documentation. The research results show that: (1) students become more active in learning activities. (2) there was an increase in Pancasila Education learning outcomes for grade 1 students at SD Negeri 2 Brangkal. This increase was proven by the results of the pre-cycle test, the average class score was 66.22, then it increased in cycle I to 82.5 and increased again in cycle II to 90.5. The percentage of completeness of learning outcomes in the pre-cycle was 40%, in cycle I was 75%, and in cycle II was 94% which achieved a KKTP ≥ 75. From the results of the above research it can be concluded that by implementing the Discovery Learning learning model it can improve learning outcomes in students. Abstract

This research aims to find out: (1) The role of Pancasila Education teachers in improving the character of grade I students at SDIT Persada (2) How teachers apply religious, disciplined, and responsible character values. This research is qualitative research through descriptive analysis methods. The primary data sources in the research are Pancasila Education teachers in class I and students of grade I SDIT Persada Bayat. Research instruments use observation, interviews, and documentation. This research uses data validity and credibility testing using triangulation. The data analysis techniques used in this study use Miles and Huberman analysis models consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and inference. The results of research conducted at SDIT Persada Bayat can show that: (1) Teachers act as educators, teachers, learning resources, supervisors, demonstrators, motivators and evaluators in improving the character of students. Where the role of the teacher is very influential on improving the character of students in the learning process and outside the learning process. (2) Religious values, discipline and responsibility are strongly emphasized in the school environment. This value must also be formed in the family environment, and in school continue what is already formed from home.
