Abstract

The aim of this research is to provide an in-depth analysis of the impact of SPSS software on the efficiency and accuracy of data analysis, particularly among students enrolled in statistics courses. As a leading statistical analysis tool, SPSS offers a range of features to integrate data management processes, statistical processing, and result visualization into one intuitive platform. This study is based on an experimental design with a population of statistics students, and data collection was conducted through direct observation and structured surveys. The analysis was performed using both descriptive and inferential statistical approaches to assess significant differences between the use of SPSS and manual methods in terms of speed, accuracy, and data presentation effectiveness. The study demonstrates that SPSS consistently provides faster and more accurate analysis results, while minimizing the risk of human error by automating calculation processes. Additionally, SPSS has proven to be superior in generating comprehensive data visualizations, making it easier to interpret and create reports. These findings highlight the important role of SPSS as a tool that not only enhances the quality of statistical learning but also prepares students to face data analysis challenges in the professional world.

Abstract

To date, the Langkat Regency Government still has to go to the PRPU office to complain from the public. This method of complaint will certainly take a little time and take a little time. Public complaint data is not stored as evaluation or preparation material for BAPPEDA. Information conveyed by the district government also takes a long time to reach the community. Even though basically now there is WhatsApp, people can also use WhatsApp messages to send evidence of incidents and so on. However, the complaint message will not be stored in its entirety, even several days after the message is received, it will easily be overwritten by other messages, making it difficult to find again. In connection with this problem, the researchers tried to design an application entitled Langkat Regency Community Complaints. Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze various obstacles faced by teachers participating in the Non-S1 Elementary School Teacher Education Program (PGSD) in mastering the pedagogical competencies required to meet the demands of the Merdeka Curriculum in elementary schools. Using a descriptive quantitative approach with a case study and questionnaire as data collection instruments, this research explores the challenges encountered in teaching practices. The findings reveal four main areas of difficulty for Non-S1 PGSD PPG participants. First, issues in developing lesson plans that align with the principles of the Merdeka Curriculum. Second, difficulties in managing differentiated instruction that accommodates the diverse needs of students. Third, challenges in the effective use of educational technology to support the teaching and learning process. Fourth, barriers in classroom management to create a conducive learning environment. Overall, the results of this study provide a broader perspective on the challenges teachers face in fulfilling their roles according to the evolving curriculum. It also highlights the need for more intensive training and support for Non-S1 PGSD PPG teachers to overcome these obstacles and improve the quality of education in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the essence of humanity and its connection to education in shaping character and civilization. The focus of the research is to understand how education can develop cognitive, emotional, social, and moral dimensions that contribute to building strong character and advancing civilization. The methodology used is a qualitative descriptive approach with a literature review, analyzing educational theories and literature from various experts, such as Hattie (2022), Dweck (2022), and Freire (2020). The findings indicate that holistic education, which encompasses both cognitive and moral aspects, is crucial in shaping individuals who are not only intelligent but also responsible and ethical. The concepts of growth mindset, character education, as well as social awareness and inclusivity play key roles in forming individuals who are ready to face the challenges of the era. Integrative education, which includes digital literacy and respect for diversity, has also proven to prepare individuals to contribute to social improvement and the development of civilization. This study concludes that education that emphasizes the development of character and moral values will shape individuals who are more adaptable and capable of building a better society.

Abstract

Research on tantrum behavior in early childhood has been conducted to determine the influence of communication patterns and physiological conditions on the occurrence of temper tantrum behavior in children aged 4-6 years in Timbangan Village, Ogan Ilir Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational design. Data analysis was performed through t-test, f-test, coefficient of determination, and multiple linear regression calculations. Data were collected through questionnaires and observation activities. The results of this study show a t-value of -2.056 with a significance of 0.043, indicating a significant influence of communication patterns on the occurrence of temper tantrum behavior in children aged 4-6 years in Timbangan Village, with an influence percentage of 5.42%. Furthermore, the t-value of 7.678 with a significance of 0.000 means that there is a significant influence of physiological conditions on the occurrence of temper tantrum behavior in children aged 4-6 years in Timbangan Village, with an influence percentage of 44.86%. The findings suggest that if the communication pattern between parents and children is better or more functional, the likelihood of temper tantrum behavior occurring in children will decrease, and vice versa. On the other hand, if physiological conditions such as fatigue, hunger, and illness in children increase, the likelihood of temper tantrum behavior also increases, and vice versa. The influence of communication patterns and physiological conditions on temper tantrum behavior in early childhood (4-6 years) in this study is expected to provide the best education in addressing tantrums in children in society for various parties, such as parents, educators, teachers, relevant institutions (early childhood education institutions, women's organizations, counseling and socialization agencies, health institutions), and others.
