Abstract

Street vending is a business carried out by someone with the aim of earning additional income or indeed becoming the main source of income in a family. Around the UIN KHAS Jember campus there are many street sellers, where apart from men there are also female street sellers, if If a married woman runs a business, the woman will also carry out two tasks, namely as a housewife and also a business person, so the aim of this research is to find out what strategies are used by female street vendors in maintaining family resilience, the impact of being busy business and relationships with family and how they share their time with family. The type of research method used is qualitative research methods. Based on the results of research that has been conducted, it is clear that: (1) The majority of female street vendors work because of relatively low family economic factors. (2) The role of women as street vendors contributes a lot to improving the family's economy, the income they earn is quite higher than their husband's income. This makes women have a dual role in the family, namely they are housewives and also the backbone of the family.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to produce truth or dare snakes and ladders media for local culture in social studies learning for grade IV elementary schools that is valid, practical and effective. The research method used is RnD with a 4D development model. To obtain data, researchers used several data collection techniques, namely interviews, expert assessments, questionnaires and tests. The data that has been collected using the instruments above is then used to describe the assessment of the quality of the snakes and ladders learning media on the material on ethnic and religious diversity in my country in class VI elementary school based on valid, practical and effective criteria. The data is analyzed using questions from the problem formulation. Based on the trial, it showed that the truth or dare snakes and ladders media received a positive response from students. In the one to one trial, the student response showed a percentage of 87.5%, while in the small group trial, the student response showed a percentage of 83.7%. Based on the validation results from the 4 validators, material experts, media experts and media linguists, Snake and Ladder, Truth or Dare was declared "valid" from the percentage obtained at 88.32% and from the results of the trial and field test gain using pretest and posttest, it was obtained at 0. 75% were declared effective for use, thus the development of snakes and ladders media, truth or dare, local culture in class IV social studies learning at SD Negeri 8 Banyuasin II, is suitable for students to use in the learning process.

Abstract

Education is a very important need, because education will give birth to intelligent generations to advance the nation. In the 2013 curriculum at the elementary school level, there is thematic learning, which is interpreted as learning designed based on certain themes which are viewed from various subjects. Students often have difficulty relating one subject to another. This research method is a qualitative method, the object of this research is analyzing students' learning difficulties in addition and subtraction material. The informants were the class teacher and class II students at SD Negeri 143 Palembang. This research uses data collection techniques, namely observation, questionnaires and math ability tests. Then, from the results obtained, data analysis was carried out by reducing the data and presenting the data and verifying the data. Based on the results obtained, the forms of student learning difficulties in adding and subtracting numbers, namely the lack of concept of addition or subtraction operations involving tens and hundreds, have not been fully mastered. Students' learning difficulties in addition and subtraction material are an important focus for teachers in providing effective learning and of course students can understand more easily.

Abstract

His research aims to analyze what factors are obstacles to effective communication and what factors are obstacles to effective communication in the Al Ihsan private kindergarten educational environment. This research uses a qualitative research method which is a type of research methodology which in its application uses data originating from research results which are then analyzed. In this study, the research results came from interviews and also direct observation. The population and sample in this research were students and teachers at the Al Ihsan private kindergarten on Jalan Mangkara. The results of this study show that there are several factors that hinder effective communication in the educational environment, including lack of self-confidence arising from students' health problems, speech or messages that are difficult to understand, and language differences

Abstract

This research is a systematic literature review focusing on the importance of using instructional media to enhance elementary school students' interest in learning. The method used is an analysis of nine accredited national journal articles relevant to the topic. The results show that the use of instructional media plays a crucial role in increasing elementary school student’s interest in learning. Instructional media can make abstract concepts more concrete, reduce verbalism, direct intuition, and motivate students to learn. Additionally, instructional media can increase active student engagement, create a pleasant learning atmosphere, and facilitate an easier understanding of the material. A combination of conventional methods and innovative instructional media has proven effective in enhancing elementary school students' cognitive interest in learning

Abstract

Communication is a fundamental skill that must be developed from an early age. These skills influence children's ability to interact socially and academically in the future. Teachers, as the main facilitators in the early childhood education environment, have a crucial role in developing these skills. This article aims to identify how the teacher's role influences communication skills in early childhood. This research uses a qualitative approach with surveys as the main method. This qualitative research involves data through in-depth interviews, observation and document analysis. The results of data analysis show that teachers who create a language-rich classroom environment use interactive learning methods, such as storytelling, role playing, providing picture books and other printed materials which are effective in improving children's communication skills. Children who are in a supportive environment are more likely to actively talk and listen. Teachers who model good communication by using clear and precise language help children improve their speaking skills

Abstract

This research identifies problems regarding low activity, critical thinking, and student learning outcomes in the learning process. To overcome this problem, the effort made is to apply the PENA model in classroom learning activities. This research aims to describe teacher activities, analyze student activities, analyze critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes. This research used Classroom Action Research (PTK), carried out in 4 meetings in class IV of SDN Belitung Selatan 9 with a total of 9 students consisting of 5 male students and 4 female students in semester 2 of the 2023/2024 academic year. Research findings show that teacher activity has increased, as evidenced by a score of 36 which has a very good criteria value. Student activity with very active criteria reaches 100%. Critical thinking ability increased by up to 89%. And, with the criteria achieved, student learning outcomes increase by 100%. Thus it can be concluded that the use of the PENA learning model can increase teacher activity, student activity, critical thinking skills and learning outcomes. The results of this research can be used as an alternative for choosing and using learning models, especially Pancasila education content.

Abstract

This article aims to determine the importance of educational organizational communication by using a descriptive qualitative research method, a literature approach and literature related to the theme of this research. The results of the author's analysis show that organizational communication is very necessary in running the organization of educational institutions, so there is good educational organizational communication at the MIS Madinatussalam school. The success of educational institutions is largely determined by management and organizational factors as well as the interpersonal communication skills possessed by each stakeholder in carrying out their duties. Effective communication can be seen from the best service and school management, the quality and excellence of graduates as expected by stakeholders, so communication skills for school personnel are indeed the task of school managers and leaders to always improve so that the benefits or contribution of communication skills and effectiveness in realizing achievements are clearer. educational goals in educational institutions.

Abstract

The moral crises that develops in schools makes character education more crucial.The literature study method with systematic review (SR) is a systematic strategy used in this study to gather, evaluate critically, integrate, and compile the findings of multiple research papers on research issues or subjects that require additional investigation. The research findings from the eight aforementioned publications demonstrate the importance of implementing character education in elementary schools and its potential to significantly impact students' daily lives and educational processes. Character education strives to raise students' overall, integrated, and balanced moral development in compliance with each educational institution's competency standards.

Abstract

Manajemen pembiayaan salah satu komponen dasar dalam membangun kemandirian sekolah. Karena manajemen pembiayaan sangat berpengaruh peningkatan mutu dan kualitas sekolah, dengan manajemen pembiayaan yang baik dan tersusun maka segala bektuk kegatan dan pengembangan sekolah akan tercapai. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menjawab permasalahan: 1)bagaimana perencanaan manajemen pembiayaan yang diterapkan SDN Jebung Kidul 2? 2) bagaimana perealisasian anggaran di SDN Jebung Kidul 2? 3) bagaimana evaluasi manajemen pembiayaan SDN Jebung Kidul 2? Permasalahan tersebut dibahas melalui penelitian yang dilaksanakan di SDN Jebung Kidul 2 Kecamatan Tlogosari Kabupaten bondowoso yang mana Sekolah ini dijadikan sebagai sumber informasi data untuk mendapatkan potret, gambaran, jawaban dan hasil dari manajemen pembiayaan dalam rangka membangun Sekolah yang mandiri. Dalam hal ini data diperoleh dengan cara, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Semua data nanti akan dianalisis deskriptif yaitu dengan menuangkan hasil ke dalam kalimat- kalimat yang disusun sedemikian rupa sehingga dapat menjadi kalimat yang tersusun dengan rapi
