Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out what obstacles teachers face in learning social studies at the State Elementary School 105292 Bandar Klippa. The type of research used is qualitative research. The researchers obtained the information by conducting interviews with one of the teachers at the elementary school. 105292 Bandar Klippa. After the researchers obtained some information, the researchers also conducted a literature study to obtain more information. The methods used were interviews and also literature studies, where literature studies are the process of reviewing several sources such as books, journals and reports. reports related to the topics discussed. As for the obstacles encountered in social studies learning at SDN 105292 Bandar Klippa, researchers found several problems related to curriculum implementation and learning planning, including inadequate facilities and infrastructure, teaching staff who have not yet mastered preparing a lesson plan. , too much material is given to students. In fact, many people think that some learning materials are too heavy for that age. Thus, the student's learning burden becomes increasingly large and heavy. Abstract

This research aims to find out how efforts to improve the social emotional development of early childhood, the research approach uses Literature Review study is one type of qualitative research method in which research is carried out in the library through the collection of books, documents, archives, and other types. The results of this study show that efforts to improve early childhood social emotional development have a significant positive impact on their lives. Through such intervention programs, children can develop the skills necessary for success in school, daily life and society as a whole. Collaboration between schools, communities and parents plays an important role in improving early childhood social-emotional development.

Abstract

This research was conducted to answer how to analyze procedures for managing electronic records in correspondence management. The type of research used is library research or literature study, where researchers rely on various literature to obtain research data and use a qualitative approach because the data produced is in the form of words or descriptions. Electronic archives are a collection of information recorded using computer technology as electronic documents so that they can be viewed and reused, while electronic dynamic archives are dynamic archives that have an electronic or digital format, and require certain media according to the form of the archive to read them. Management of electronic records can be carried out in four cycles, namely: creation and storage, distribution and use, maintenance and disposition. Electronic archives can be archives created directly using electronic media or printed archives that are converted into digital archives.

Abstract

Manajemen persuratan merupakan aspek penting dalam menjaga keamanan informasi di dalam organisasi. Dokumen-dokumen yang dikirim dan diterima melalui surat menyurat mengandung informasi yang sensitif dan rahasia, sehingga perlu dikelola dengan baik untuk mencegah kebocoran atau penyalahgunaan informasi. Peran manajemen persuratan mencakup pengaturan alur surat, penyimpanan dokumen, pembatasan akses, serta prosedur pengiriman dan penerimaan surat. Dengan manajemen persuratan yang efektif, organisasi dapat melindungi informasi penting dari ancaman internal maupun eksternal, sehingga menjaga kerahasiaan, integritas, dan ketersediaan informasi. Selain itu, manajemen persuratan yang baik juga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi proses administrasi dan komunikasi dalam organisasi. Oleh karena itu, penerapan manajemen persuratan yang komprehensif merupakan strategi penting dalam menjaga keamanan informasi persuratan di dalam organisasi.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations, the children of TK Al-Madani still encounter obstacles in their fine motor skills, including children preferring to play outside rather than taking part in activities that involve the coordination of their fingers so that children often do not complete activities, lack activities that stimulate the teacher's fine motor skills and the media used is less varied. From the teacher's observations, there were 2 children who could, 6 children who could not and 4 children who could not do activities that involved fine motor skills. The aim of this research is to determine the increase in fine motor skills through shaping activities with various media in children at TK Al-Madani. This research was conducted using the classroom action research method. Classroom action research is research carried out in social situations carried out by researchers in the form of reflective and collective research in order to improve their social practice reasoning. Experts explain that this classroom action research has four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results of the research show that fine motor skills in TK Al-Madani children can be improved through montage activities. From data on shaping activities using various media in Cycle I, it was found that 6 children or 30% of the total children in the class received BSB criteria, while 14 other children received BSH criteria. The average score obtained by children was 74.1. Meanwhile, from the Cycle II data, it was found that 17 children or 85% of the total children in the class received BSB criteria, while 3 other children received BSH criteria. Abstract

Students' self-confidence plays a very important role in encouraging students to develop their potential. However, many students still feel less confident or insecure, which hinders their development. Seeing this problem, efforts need to be made to help students so that their self-confidence can grow and increase so that they can develop their potential to achieve a future according to what they want. This study aims to raise awareness regarding the need for group counseling services so that students can increase their self-confidence. Group counseling services can be carried out with BK teachers at school. This is an effort to form quality students with high self-confidence. The research method used is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. Systematic Literature Review (SLR) using the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items For Systematic Reviews And MetaAnalyses) guidelines as a tool for selecting data sources used. Based on the research conducted, it was found that group counseling services carried out by BK teachers for students at school were able to increase self-confidence, especially for students. The results of the research conducted found that there was a difference in the level of students' self-confidence before and after conducting group counseling. The results of this study indicate that students' self-confidence gradually developed to be better when compared to the level of students' self-confidence before conducting group counseling services.

Abstract

Education is an important foundation in shaping individual character and abilities from an early age. At the elementary school (SD) level, education focuses not only on the transfer of knowledge, but also on developing students' social, emotional and cognitive skills. One approach that is increasingly being applied to achieve this goal is interactive learning methods. Interactive learning is an increasingly popular approach in education, especially at the elementary school (SD) level. The aim of the research is to analyze the interactive learning methods implemented at SD Negeri 162 Aek Marian and evaluate their impact on the student learning process. Qualitative research methods, research results, Implementation of interactive learning methods at SD Negeri 162 Aek Marian shows positive results, although there are several obstacles that need to be overcome. Among them, limited facilities, not all teachers have the skills and knowledge needed to implement interactive learning methods effectively. Students have different abilities and learning styles. Adapting interactive learning methods to suit all students can be a challenge.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between work-family conflict and fear of success in teachers at SMK Negeri 3 Padang City. The independent variable in this research is work-family conflict and the dependent variable is fear of success. The measuring instrument used in this research is the work-family conflict and fear of success scale. The sampling technique in this research used purposive sampling, the sample in this research was 49 teachers at SMK Negeri 3 Padang. Validity and reliability testing in this research used the Cronbach Alpha technique. The results of the validity coefficient on the work-family conflict scale with the corrected item total correlation value range from 0.378 to 0.809 while the reliability coefficient is 0.927. The results of the validity coefficient on the fear of success scale with the corrected item total correlation value range from 0.317 to 0.828 while the reliability coefficient is 0.924. Based on data analysis, a correlation value of 0.774 with a significance level of 0.000 was obtained, which means the hypothesis was accepted. This shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between work-family conflict and fear of success in teachers at SMK Negeri 3 Padang. The effective contribution of the work-family conflict variable to fear of success is 60%.

Abstract

Curriculum management plays an important role in improving the quality of graduates in educational institutions. This article discusses strategies and approaches that can be applied in curriculum management to achieve these goals. Through in-depth research and analysis, the author identifies key factors that influence the quality of graduates, such as the relevance of the curriculum to industry needs, improving the quality of teaching and learning, and adapting to technological developments and job market demands. Apart from that, this article also illustrates the important role of managing evaluation and regular curriculum updates in order to maintain accuracy and relevance in facing the dynamics of the ever-evolving educational environment. By implementing effective curriculum management practices, educational institutions can improve the quality of their graduates so that they are better prepared to face challenges in the competitive world of work. The emphasis on curriculum management involves not only appropriate design, but also effective implementation. Good management involves coordination between lecturers, academic administration and other related parties to ensure that the curriculum is well integrated in the learning process.

Abstract

This research is entitled "parental parenting strategies: a case study of parents with many children in Taman Baru Banyuwangi hamlet". This research aims to find out how parenting patterns are applied by parents who have many children and researchers chose four parents in this study. This research uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach, using interview and observation instruments in data collection. The results of the research revealed the parenting style provided by each parent, each parent has their own choice in conveying this parenting style to their children and of course they have a purpose for using this parenting style and with the parents' consideration and vigilance. They will definitely be faced with several obstacles because it is not easy to take care of children. And when parents have many children, they certainly have their own way of guiding and paying attention to their children's personalities and daily lives. Because parents definitely want the best for their children both in their educational environment, their relationships and their daily activities. Each parent has their own strategy in determining their parenting style towards their children. Descriptive parenting, authoritarian parenting, and permissive parenting are various parenting patterns, but it is attention and affection that determines a child's personality. Parenting is just a tool to educate children from an early age until they grow up so that they don't lose their personality and identity when they socialize in society.
