Nowadays so many palm oil companies sell the product to potential buyer to maximize their revenue, so they need to understand the customer's data better in all aspects. Segmenting the customers according to their data became extrem important in this context. This study aims to explore customer segmentation using RFM (Recency, Frequency, and Monetary) analysis as a basis for developing an effective marketing strategy for Crude Palm Oil (CPO) products in the palm oil industry. In this paper, i used data of crude palm oil sales database that obtained from digital platform named Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System and Auction by E-commerce involving 56 buyers by 2.499 transactions. After the scoring and data processing, the number of customers for each RFM Score is obtained, then the Monetary group is segmented which is divided into 27 Labels and grouping to 11 (eleven) Labels of Buyer’s Company, Engaged (8), Loyal (9), Potential (9), Affair (14), Broke Up (3), No Hurt Feeling (1), Disappointed (2), Agony (1), Broken Heart (3), Hurt Feeling (3) and Lost Feeling (3). Abstract

The cognitive development of children, as well as the academic performance of students, can be influenced by various factors. One of these factors is students' active involvement in extracurricular activities outside the classroom. These activities are supplementary programs designed to facilitate students' interests and talents in specific fields. It is crucial to maintain a high level of student participation because active participation significantly impacts cognitive and academic improvement. The objective of this study is to assess the level of active student participation by categorizing students based on their engagement using the RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) method. The second objective is that, once the student engagement mapping is established, it will allow for targeted programs and policies tailored to each group, thereby enhancing overall student participation in extracurricular activities. In this RFM method, recency represents the date of the student’s most recent attendance at an activity. Frequency represents the total number of student attendances, and monetary represents the total nominal amount spent. The data was collected from January to September 2024, involving 250 students participating in extracurricular activities. Generally, the RFM output reveals student segmentation based on activity can be categorized into seven groups, which are Ashamed, Nice Tried, Bored, Initiative, Committed, Excited, and Passionate. Based on these results, several policies can be formulated according to the conditions of each student.

Abstract

Writing is often perceived as a challenging task, particularly for EFL (English as a Foreign Language) students who frequently struggle with confidence in their writing abilities. Although teacher feedback can be beneficial, it can sometimes exacerbate feelings of inadequacy. This study aims to explore several key areas: students' preferences for written corrective feedback (WCF), the impact of gender on these preferences, effective types of WCF to enhance learning, and how feedback can facilitate students' mastery of academic writing. The research highlights various complex skills involved in writing, such as planning, organization, coherence, and grammatical accuracy, which students often find problematic. Negative experiences with inadequate types of WCF have led to dissatisfaction among students, indicating a need for more effective feedback mechanisms. The study examines six WCF types: direct, indirect, focused, unfocused, metalinguistic, and reformulation feedback. Utilizing an explanatory mixed-method design, it combined quantitative data from a questionnaire completed by 211 English majors at two public universities in Yogyakarta, with qualitative data gathered from semi-structured interviews with four students. Analysis revealed a clear preference for direct WCF, which helps reduce confusion. A combination of direct and indirect feedback can enhance students' awareness of their writing errors. Interestingly, gender did not significantly influence WCF preferences. Ultimately, feedback tailored to students' needs, particularly through reformulation, proved to be the most effective for improving their writing skills.

Abstract

This study investigates the effects of moist dressing techniques using 0.9% NaCl and Garamycin on bacterial colony counts in diabetic gangrene wounds. Diabetic ulcers represent a significant challenge in wound management, as improper treatment can lead to severe complications, including infection and amputation. A controlled experimental approach was employed, utilizing diabetic rats induced with alloxan to establish hyperglycemia. The treatment group received moist dressings with 0.9% NaCl and Garamycin over seven days, while bacterial colony counts were assessed before and after treatment. Results indicated a significant reduction in bacterial colonies from an average of 291.625 to 69.75 post-treatment, demonstrating the effectiveness of the combined treatment in preventing bacterial growth. This reduction underscores the importance of maintaining a moist environment for wound healing and the role of antibacterial agents in managing diabetic wounds. The findings contribute valuable insights into optimal wound care practices, emphasizing the need for appropriate dressing selection to enhance healing outcomes and minimize infection risks.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to identify an effective model for integrating spending reviews into the budget decision-making process. Using a qualitative approach, the study collects data through interviews and documentation. The findings suggest that the budget decision-making process would benefit from implementing an integration model known as the Comprehensive Monitoring and Evaluation Model of Budget Management. This model facilitates a more thorough review and oversight of budget allocations, ensuring better-informed decision making. The study recommends further research to assess the impact of this model on the quality of budget decision making, particularly focusing on how it enhances the decision-making process and improves budget management outcomes.

Abstract

The Paris Agreement in 2015 is an international agreement to reduce the rise in global temperature and reduce its impact. As a developing country with the effects of greenhouse emissions that have a significant impact, Indonesia participates in reducing greenhouse gas emissions with a net zero emission target by 2060. This study aims to analyze the disclosure by banks based on the minimum requirements set out in the International Financial Reporting Standards Sustainability (IFRS S). The method used is a qualitative descriptive of the aspects of governance, strategy, risk management as well as the matrix and targets disclosed in the 2023 sustainability report of seven banks that are committed to the OJK to achieve Indonesia's net zero emission target. The result of this study is that in the aspect of governance, all banks have a unit that is responsible for implementing and supervising sustainability aspects related to governance, environmental and social. However, there are still banks that are inadequate in disclosing aspects of strategy, risk management, as well as matrices and targets.

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the challenges of implementing the E1 concept and identify opportunities in the mission of the church in the GKI Port Numbay Jayapura Classis. The literature review approach is the method used in this study, because it provides the theoretical foundation and context needed to understand the application of the concept of Ralph Winter (E1) missionaries in the church mission in the GKI Port Numbay Classis. The literature review also includes an analysis of the challenges faced in the application of the E1 concept. The E1 concept, emphasizing mission in a cultural context, demonstrates the urgent need to understand and appreciate local cultures. This requires the church to innovate in the way the gospel message is delivered to be relevant to the local context. There is a great opportunity to build close relationships with local communities. Programs that involve the active participation of congregations showing increased attendance and their involvement in services are expected to serve as agents of change that not only spread the gospel but also empower local communities (congregations). It is hoped that the church will continue to innovate in mission methods that are in accordance with the cultural and social context of the community, so that it can reach more individuals and communities

Rewards, gifts and bonus payments to employees who can meet the target or even exceed the set target must be appropriate, fair and transparent and also paid on time. Punishment, it is hoped that this punishment will be given fairly to all employees. Workload, it is hoped that companies can also evaluate the provision of work achievement targets that must be met by employees, especially in the marketing department.
