Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of accountability and transparency in the financial governance of political parties in Indonesia, which is an important foundation for a healthy democracy, but there is still a significant gap between existing regulations and financial reporting practices. The purpose of this study is to identify and review various accounting standards and financial reporting guidelines that have been implemented or proposed for political parties in Indonesia, analyze the conformity between political party financial reporting practices and the principles of accountability and transparency in public financial governance, and identify challenges and gaps in the implementation of political party financial reporting standards based on findings from academic and policy literature. The research method involves in-depth analysis with a literature review scoping approach. The results of the study indicate that in political party financial reporting, there are SAK and SAP that are applied, transparency and accountability are needed in their management, and understanding the challenges and gaps in the implementation of political party financial reporting standards. In conclusion, to improve accountability and transparency, this study recommends the development of special accounting standards for political parties, strengthening transparent regulations and audit mechanisms, increasing independent supervision, and increasing awareness of accountability. By systematically addressing these challenges, political parties can improve their effectiveness as democratic entities and contribute to the progress of society as a whole

Abstract

Tradisi Palang Pintu masyarakat Betawi tidak sekadar prosesi seremonial dalam konteks pernikahan adat, tetapi merupakan sarana pewarisan nilai-nilai Islam dan budaya lokal yang menyatu dalam berbagai bentuk ekspresi, seperti pantun, silat, dan doa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji fungsi tradisi Palang Pintu dalam masyarakat Betawi sebagai praktik budaya yang merepresentasikan nilai-nilai agama, sosial, dan kebudayaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode emic, menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam terhadap 24 narasumber etnis Betawi berusia di atas 35 tahun yang aktif dalam kegiatan sosial-keagamaan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga memanfaatkan teori fungsionalisme untuk menganalisis fungsi sosial dan spiritual dari tradisi tersebut dalam menjaga kohesi dan integrasi masyarakat Betawi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tradisi Palang Pintu tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai prosesi penyambutan pernikahan, tetapi juga sebagai sarana penguatan identitas kolektif, pelestarian nilai-nilai Islam, serta mekanisme sosial untuk menjalin solidaritas komunitas.

Abstract

Rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada materi sudut menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran matematika di sekolah dasar masih memerlukan pendekatan yang lebih konkret dan kontekstual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan model demonstrasi konkret dengan media jam dinding (MEKOJADI) dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan hasil belajar siswa kelas V pada materi sudut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) kolaboratif yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, dengan menerapkan metode demonstrasi serta media konkret yang dekat dengan kehidupan sehari-hari siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan nilai rata-rata kelas dari 65,93 pada siklus I menjadi 77,78 pada siklus II, dan ketuntasan belajar siswa meningkat dari 40,74% menjadi 88,89%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa MEKOJADI tidak hanya efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar, tetapi juga mampu meningkatkan motivasi, keterlibatan, serta menjadi alternatif pembelajaran inovatif bagi guru dan sekolah dalam pengajaran matematika. Namun demikian, keterbatasan penelitian ini terletak pada durasi pelaksanaan yang singkat dan ruang lingkup peserta yang terbatas hanya pada satu kelas, sehingga hasilnya belum dapat digeneralisasikan secara luas. Penelitian lanjutan disarankan untuk menguji efektivitas MEKOJADI dalam jangka panjang dan pada konteks yang lebih bervariasi.

Abstract

Praktik Kesekretarisan menunjukkan kurang integrasi penggunaan teknologi karena proses praktik yang dilaksanakan secara manual seperti pencatatan pada buku agenda surat keluar dan surat masuk. Proses pembelajaran seperti ini tidak lagi relevan dengan kondisi riil diperkantoran yang telah memanfaatkan ICT untuk pengelolaan dokumen dan persuratan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas model pembelajaran bermain peran berbasis digital unutk keterampilan digital abad 21 pada mata kuliah kesekretarisan. Urgensi penelitian ini berasal dari penilaian kebutuhan yang dilakukan dalam konteks pendidikan tinggi. Analisis data mengikuti kerangka kerja tiga tahap yang mapan yang diusulkan oleh Miles dan Huberman, yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Para peneliti melakukan wawancara mendalam dengan 2 instruktur dan 8 siswa, dan juga mendistribusikan kuesioner untuk mendapatkan wawasan lebih lanjut. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara diketahui bahwa praktik perkantoran pada mata kuliah kesekretarisan masih dilaksanakan secara manual tidak relevan dengan perkembangan zaman, perlu ada penerapan model pembelajaran bermain peran berbasis digital untuk mendukung keterampilan digital abad ke-21. Model ini dapat diadopsi kurikulum berbasis digital, untuk menghasilkan lulusan dengan kapasitas digital yang diperlukan untuk masa depan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of gamification-based technology in English language learning for students with Special Education Needs (SEN), particularly those with hearing impairments or deaf disabilities. A systematic literature review (SLR) was conducted using the PRISMA framework, which includes three main stages: identification, screening, and inclusion. A total of 183 articles were retrieved from Google Scholar, Scopus, and Web of Science, using keywords related to gamification, EFL learning, and deaf disabilities from publications between 2020 and 2024. After filtering for relevance and methodological rigor, 10 studies were selected for analysis. The findings indicate that gamification enhances engagement, motivation, and learning outcomes for students with hearing impairments by integrating interactive storytelling, visual cues, sign language-based content, and adaptive feedback mechanisms. Several studies highlight the positive impact of mobile gamification applications, digital storytelling, and reward-based learning on vocabulary acquisition, reading comprehension, and speaking skills. Moreover, gamification fosters self-directed learning and provides real-time feedback, allowing students to learn at their own pace. Despite its benefits, challenges such as limited access to high-quality gamified platforms, the need for teacher training, and concerns about excessive screen time remain. However, with ongoing advancements in educational technology, gamification has significant potential to be further optimized for inclusive education. Future research should explore long-term impacts and the integration of emerging technologies such as virtual and augmented reality in gamified EFL learning for students with hearing impairments.

Abstract

This study aims to theoretically examine the concepts, principles, and approaches to educational cost supervision within the framework of Islamic education management, using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The focus of the review addresses two main research questions: (1) How are the concepts, principles, and approaches to educational cost supervision described in the literature on Islamic education management? and (2) How are Islamic values such as amanah (trust), justice, shura (consultation), and accountability integrated into cost supervision strategies according to previous studies? The review of 15 scholarly articles reveals that supervision of educational expenses involves not only technical and administrative dimensions but also must be grounded in Islamic ethical and spiritual values. Although the application of these principles has begun in several Islamic educational institutions, it has not yet been fully systematic or participatory. This study highlights the importance of developing a cost supervision model that integrates Islamic ethical values, stakeholder involvement, and value-based audit systems. It recommends that future research adopt an empirical approach to test the practical effectiveness of implementing Islamic values in financial supervision within educational institutions.

Abstract

Development in the Mandalika Special Economic Zone (KEK) has several work packages, one of which is Package 1 which during the implementation process there were several obstacles that had a major impact on the postponement of the planned construction schedule for the project running from June 15, 2024 to June 10, 2023, postponed to September 30, 2023. The PERT method itself is to find out the time needed for the construction of package 1. The result is that there is a difference in the time needed to complete the MUTIP Package 1 project. For the Baseline for the completion time of the MUTIP package 1 work, it is known that the planned completion time is 831 days or starting from June 15, 2021 to June 10, 2023 (accuracy 86.62%). Meanwhile, the completion time of the work after being calculated using the PERT method requires a completion time of 831 days starting from June 15, 2021 to September 24, 2023 (accuracy 99.28%). and the acceleration carried out using the Fast Track method is known to require 724 days. So it can be concluded that the calculation of time using the PERT method and acceleration using the Fast Track method is more effective when used for the conditions that occur in the MUTIP Package 1 development project at the Mandalika Special Economic Zone.

Abstract

Trains are one of the most popular modes of land transportation because they can accommodate many passengers in one trip, and the travel time is short because of their high speed. In Indonesia, train operations are managed by PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) based on Law Number 23 of 2007 concerning Railways, including in terms of regulating the implementation of reduced tickets for certain groups, who are also entitled to legal protection when an accident occurs during the journey they are taking. The aim is to find out whether there is a difference in legal protection facilities between passengers with reduced tickets and normal tickets in the event of an accident during the journey. The research method is normative juridical, which means using railway laws and consumer protection laws as a means of review. The results of the study show that legal protection is provided equally even to passengers with reduced tickets, according to Article 132 paragraph (2) of the Railway Law, namely "Every passenger who has a ticket/ticket has the right to be transported by train". If during the transportation period an accident occurs due to train operations, PT KAI is responsible for replacing the losses suffered by passengers with a sum of money as compensation, the claim submission mechanism and amount of which are regulated according to the agreement between PT Asuransi Jasa Raharja and PT Jasaharja Putera with PT KAI and the Regulation of the Minister of Finance Number 37/PMK.010/008. Thus, it means that PT KAI has provided legal protection to its consumers without any discrimination.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the application of the values ​​of the profit sharing system of mukhabarah on increasing profitability in the perspective of sharia finance of seaweed farmers in Pallette Village, East Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency. Based on the problems above, the approach used in this study is a qualitative approach using a phenomenological strategy. By describing in the form of words that are in accordance with the experiences experienced by the informants. Supported by theory as the basis for research development, also supported by observation, interviews, and documentation in collecting the necessary data. From the data collected, it was analyzed descriptively. Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara melalui metode presentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V SD Khadijah 3 Surabaya dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 30 orang pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Metode pelaksanaan penelitian dilakukan selama dua siklus dengan tahap perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, refleksi pada setiap siklusnya. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, pengamatan, tes unjuk kerja kemampuan berbicara melalui penilaian presentasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan berbicara siswa, sebagaimana dapat dibuktikan dari perolehan data pada prasiklus yang menunjukkan rata-rata 72,83, siklus 1 sebesar 74,83, dan siklus 2 sebesar 78,07. Berdasarkan hasil analisis sumber data, diperoleh hasil bahwa penggunaan metode presentasi dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara pada siswa di Sekolah Dasar.
