Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of training using an integrated learning model during the Covivirus-19 pandemic. This study consists of both qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods. The three stages of Kirkpatrick's evaluation model, reaction, learning, and behavior, are used to measure participant responses, learning outcomes, and behavioral changes following multimedia-based learning media training in Karanganyar's workplace. Participants numbered forty in the research based on the saturated sample technique. Positive sentiments (mean score of 4.4 /extremely high) dominated the responses of the participants to the training, which included widyaiswara, the committee, participation, and the facilities. The consistency of respondents' responses and the grade of items are both satisfactory. There is an effect of multimedia-based learning media training activities on participants' knowledge. Medium N Gain attained by 0.4285. The complexity aspect is the most difficult skill evaluation item, while the suitability of the material content is the easiest. Aspects that arise involve confidence, responsibility, activity, cooperation, neatness, discipline, originality, gratitude, honesty, courtesy, and initiative emerge. The level of behavior modification is determined by the effect of media on the learning process,  the use of learning media intensity during the covid pandemic, and the relevance to competency development needs. Keywords: Kirkpatrick evaluation model; learning media; multimedia; blended learning

Abstract

This research is motivated by concerns regarding the impact of the Fourth Industrial Revolution on students' spiritual behavior. It aims to examine the implementation of the current curriculum in maintaining the spiritual behavior of religious students, particularly in the context of technological advancements. The study employs a STEM learning model as a means to sustain students' attitudes during the biology learning process. Reproductive system topic is known to have a vulnerability level on students' spiritual attitudes if not appropriately addressed. To gather data, a qualitative approach using a case study method was employed. The research instruments used align with the standards set by various experts. The findings indicate that the STEM learning model successfully maintains students' spiritual attitudes when teaching the reproductive system material. Keywords: students' spiritual attitude; reproductive system; STEM

Abstract

The goal of this research was to find out if students were more enthusiastic about learning about mechanical wave material using the flipped-classroom paradigm of blended learning. The methodology of this investigation is quantitative. This study used a quasi-experimental strategy based on a pre- and post-test control group design. This study was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Bireuen. Students from SMA Negeri 1 Bireuen's IPA class of the 2021–2022 school year made up the study's population. This research employed a "purposive sampling" technique. Thirty students from IPA XI class B served as the study's experimental group, while the same number from IPA XI class C was control group. The researchers used a student interest survey that asked about four factors: pleasure, attention, interest, and involvement. Percentage interest surveys administered both before and after implementing the flipped-classroom into both experimental class and controlled class. Research and data analysis have led to the conclusion that students who adopt a blended learning model of the flipped-classroom variety show a marked improvement in their learning interest when compared to students who adopt conventional model of instruction (direct interaction). Keywords: Interest; Flipped Classroom; Blended Learning

Abstract

The mechanism for paying BPJS contributions using a virtual account system is considered inflexible; although administratively collective payments are deemed more efficient, the potential for reducing the collectability of contributions is remarkably high. For this reason, this study aims to analyze the implementation of e-government using BPJS Kesehatan Mandiri virtual account system in Harjamukti Sub-district, Cirebon City. The research was conducted using qualitative methods. Data collection techniques were carried out through literature studies, observations, and interviews. The selection of informants in the study employed purposive sampling against 3 employees and 10 families. The results concluded that e-government using BPJS Health Mandiri virtual account system in Harjamukti Sub-district, Cirebon City, had taken into account Van Horn and Van Meter policy implementation variables: policy standards and objectives, resources, inter-organizational communication, characteristics of implementing agents, and the disposition of the implementer. In the present context, the social, economic, and political circumstances continue to be limited by the unpredictable nature of communal revenue. Keywords: E-Government; The BPJS Kesehatan; Virtual Account System; Contribution

Abstract

The objective of this study is to conduct an evaluative analysis of the Religious Harmony Distance Training Batch III using the Kirkpatrick evaluation methodology. The training was conducted by the Bandung Religious Training Center, and the assessment will focus on the reaction and learning levels. The employed research methodology entails a descriptive approach that incorporates quantitative techniques. The study's sample consisted of all individuals who had participated in the third batch of the training program. Data for the study was obtained via questionnaires. The findings of this study indicate that the Kirkpatrick level 1 reaction model demonstrated trainees' satisfaction and positive response towards the training implementation. Additionally, at level 2, the learning outcomes effectively met the training objectives. Consequently, the application of the Kirkpatrick model at the reaction and learning levels successfully addressed issues in the third batch, yielding positive outcomes. Keywords: Evaluation; Religious Harmony Training; Kirkpatrick Model

Abstract

DANA is one of the electronic-based financial applications that supports non-cash transactions. It has the second-largest total users in Indonesia. However, users have complained about this application's quality of service and recovery. This research aims to determine the mediating effect of perceived value on e-service quality and e-recovery service towards loyalty intention. This research uses a quantitative method with a purposive sampling technique. The sample in this research is 164 respondents. PLS-SEM is used to analyze the model. The results of this research indicate that e-service quality has a direct and significant effect on perceived value. E-recovery service does not have a direct positive and significant effect on perceived value. Furthermore, there is no mediating effect of perceived value on e-service quality and e-recovery service towards loyalty intention. Keywords: e-service quality; e-recovery service; loyalty intention; perceived value
