Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of the implementation of School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds in improving the quality of learning facilities at SMP Al-Quran Cilengkrang, a religious-based school. This study aims to find the planning, implementation, and supervision processes of BOS fund use and identify supporting and inhibiting factors. The researcher used a case study approach. Data collection through observation methods, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that BOS funds have made a positive contribution to the procurement and improvement of learning facilities such as classrooms, libraries, and technological devices. However , effectiveness is still limited due to the mismatch between fund allocation and actual school needs, especially due to the use of old student data and increases in the price of goods. Although the involvement of implementing actors such as principals, BOS treasurers, teachers, and school committees has been carried out in a participatory and transparent manner, budget flexibility is still an obstacle due to rigid regulations. Internal and external supervision has been running well, but several aspects of implementation still need improvement. The conclusion of this study is the importance of contextualizing BOS policies to be more responsive to the needs of Islamic-based schools.

Abstract

Inclusive education at the senior high school level presents complex challenges that require active collaboration between parents and teachers to ensure the academic success and social development of students with special educational needs (SEN). However, in the Indonesian context, such collaboration is often limited due to socio-cultural barriers, lack of parental understanding, and insufficient institutional support. This study aims to explore how parent-teacher collaboration is implemented, the obstacles encountered, and its impact on inclusive education practices in senior high schools. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the research was conducted over three months in two inclusive senior high schools in Indonesia through semi-structured interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that while both parents and teachers recognize the importance of collaboration, its realization remains inconsistent, influenced by socio-economic disparities, lack of structured communication platforms, and varying levels of awareness about inclusive education. The study also highlights the role of school leadership and emotional connections in fostering effective partnerships. It concludes that improving collaboration requires institutional commitment, parental empowerment, and teacher capacity-building.

Talking about civilization, there was a civilization that existed for 1300 years: Islamic civilization. This article aims to find out the history of Dracula and the distortion of Dracula's history. The method used in this study is the historical method. The historical method is used to describe the story of the past based on traces left in the past, with the following steps in writing history: (1) heuristics, (2) criticism, (3) interpretation, and (4) historiography. The study's results indicate that based on the analysis of the discussion, it can be concluded that the history of Dracula comes from Europe, namely Romania. Vlad Dracula was the second son of the ruler of the Wallachian War, Prince Dracul. History also records that Vlad Dracula was one of the most brutal mass murderers. In less than a year of his reign, he had killed thousands of people. The landlords and relatives of Vlad II were killed in a way that had never existed before, namely by impalement. The victims were stabbed from the anus with a stake as big as an adult's arm. Dracula is depicted as a hero in Europe, even though Dracula or Vlad Tepes was a cruel ruler who slaughtered Muslims.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools as Islamic educational institutions face major challenges in maintaining financial operational sustainability amidst dynamic social and economic changes. This study aims to analyze the management of financial independence at Al Basyariyah Islamic Boarding School with a focus on the role of charitable efforts in supporting the operational activities of the Islamic boarding school. The approach used in this study is a case study. Data collection was carried out through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the management of financial independence at Al Basyariyah Islamic Boarding School is carried out through six main stages: planning, organizing, implementing, controlling, identifying constraints, and compiling solutions. Each stage shows a structured process based on Islamic values and modern management principles. Important findings include the existence of a diversification system of business units that generate stable income, such as the production of bottled water, confectionery, bakery, and cooperatives. However, Islamic boarding schools also face challenges such as a lack of professional staff in the managerial field, limited market access, and challenges in human resource regeneration. This study concludes that institutional strengthening, sharia-based entrepreneurship training, and collaboration with alumni and the surrounding community are effective strategies in overcoming these obstacles.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of time management on academic procrastination among students at STIA Lancang Kuning Dumai. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through open-ended questionnaires distributed to active students from various semesters and study programs. The findings indicate that although most students are aware of the importance of time management, its practical implementation remains inconsistent. Poor time management is closely associated with academic procrastination behaviors such as delaying the start and completion of tasks, failing to follow through on plans, and opting for non-academic distractions. Factors contributing to procrastination include lack of motivation, involvement in extracurricular activities, digital distractions, and high academic pressure. Students with structured time management practices, such as planning, prioritizing, and maintaining schedule discipline, tend to procrastinate less. The study suggests that educational institutions should provide structured training and academic counseling to improve students' time management skills and reduce procrastination, thereby enhancing academic performance sustainably.

Abstract

One of the important transformations is the digitalization of payment systems through cashless platforms. This study aims to examine the influence of QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) on consumer satisfaction within the framework of Sharia principles in Sanana District, North Maluku. In the digital transaction era, QRIS has emerged as a national standard for cashless payments, offering convenience, speed, and security. However, the extent to which QRIS affects consumer satisfaction, especially in semi-rural areas with limited digital literacy, remains underexplored. Using a quantitative method with a descriptive-associative approach, the study surveyed 30 consumers who had used QRIS in daily transactions. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) via LISREL 8.80. The results show that QRIS has a positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction (coefficient = 0.41; t-value = 9.66; p < 0.001). In addition, ease of use (0.35; t = 9.41) and transaction speed (0.38; t = 8.36) also significantly influence satisfaction. These findings suggest that QRIS is not only an effective digital payment solution but also aligns with Islamic financial ethics, promoting transparency, fairness, and efficiency.
