Abstract

This research is aimed at maximizing public trust in nazhir, through efforts to optimize waqf management. This research takes a qualitative approach, with data obtained through literature studies collected from various scientific articles, journals and other publications that discuss relevant topics. Data analysis was carried out by utilizing SWOT analysis, to find strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the implementation of waqf management in Indonesia. The research results show that its strength is because the majority of Indonesia's population is Muslim, so its application can be more realistic. Meanwhile, the weaknesses are due to the low level of nazhir transparency, unprofessional waqf management, as well as promotional and development activities of waqf that is not yet optimal. This waqf management has the opportunity to launch a cash waqf type. However, what needs to be paid attention to are threats in the form of a lack of public understanding of the implementation of waqf, the emergence of the danger of waqf nazhir, and various social investments. The researchers formulated several strategies that were considered effective for overcoming waqf management problems, such as through implementing improvements to waqf management, maximizing marketing and promotional activities, and improving nazhir certification.

Abstract

Previous research states that job satisfaction is one of the most complex areas that managers face today in terms of managing their employees (Komariyah, 2023). Some factors affecting employee satisfaction are workloads and compensation (Komariyah, 2022). Workload has a negative impact on job satisfaction, and compensation has a positive impact on work satisfaction and has a strong relationship. The research was conducted using descriptive and verification methods, and calculations were performed using the SPSS 20.0 program. Data collection was obtained through observations and questionnaires. Sampling is purposive random sampling. The respondents in this study were employees of a textile company in Subang City. The results of this study conclude that: 1) Compensation in the category is excellent. 2) The workload in the category is sufficient. 3) Job satisfaction in the good category has a significant impact on job satisfaction. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an influence of compensation and workload on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Currently, many organizations are implementing the PDCA model to improve performance, one of which is As Sakinah TK in the city of Tanjungpinang. Even though the PDCA model has been implemented, there are still several obstacles in implementing the performance plan at As Sakinah TK. The aim of this research is to find out and describe the obstacles and how to apply the PDCA model to As Sakinah TK. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method where the data collection technique is carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation directly with the teacher and principal of As Sakinah Kindergarten. The results of this research are that As Sakinah TK has implemented the Deming/PDCA model, such as planning daily/weekly/monthly and even annual activities. Even though there are obstacles in its implementation, As Sakinah TK continues to implement daily and annual evaluations and take corrective actions to improve and improve performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out about the implementation of existing performance at ISANA DELIMART supermarket using the Deming model in terms of planning, implementation, evaluation, and corrective action. The research method used to complete this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, which involves interviews conducted with the ISANA DELIMART supermarket, observations made on performance management at the ISANA DELIMART supermarket, and documentation as a data collection method. The population in the study was the manager and all employees of ISANA DELIMART supermarket, while the sample used was the manager and 1 employee of ISANA DELIMART supermarket. The results of this study indicate that ISANA DELIMART supermarket has not implemented performance management properly, all because there are still problems that occur in implementing management which can affect performance management at ISANA DELIMART supermarket. So the final result of the research can be done by ISANA DELIMART supermarket by improving the way of working in the implementation of its planning.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the efforts needed to enhance the performance of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Tanjungpinang. Teachers' performance significantly impacts students' academic achievements and character formation. In the evolving dynamics of education, improving teachers' performance is not just a task but a necessity. The research focuses on aspects such as understanding performance management, performance planning, implementation, monitoring, assessment, and evaluation. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with data collection through interviews. The population of this study is 100 teachers with a sample of 2 informants.

Abstract

In a company, the application of maximum performance management must be applied for the sustainability of the company itself, because a company must have effective performance management to achieve predetermined goals, in this study the performance management applied by Lava Cheese to improve employee performance based on 4 stages, namely the planning, implementation, assessment and follow-up stages. The application of performance management implemented by Lava Cheese includes assessing employees, actions taken when problems occur, what matters are taken into consideration. Lava cheese is an F&B restaurant engaged in fast food, this restaurant is located at Jalan Kuantan KM 5 Tanjungpinang, Riau Islands. The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation of performance management in the Lava Cheese restaurant, this research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods and with the results of interviews and surveys, the resource persons in this study were lava cheese managers who played an important role in the implementation of performance management at Lava Cheese.

Abstract

Performance appraisal is a formal system used to evaluate employee performance so that it is in accordance with predetermined work standards. Evaluation of employee performance must be carried out openly, honestly and objectively. The aim of this research is to find out how the concept and research of employee performance in the BINTAN DISTRICT Regional Hospital section. This research is also expected to be able to provide benefits for the company to be used by managers or management departments to improve the concept of performance assessment. The data collection method in this research was collected by means of interviews with the person in charge and field coordinator. As well as using qualitative methods, the results of this research know the concept of performance assessment of employees in the Transporter section at the BINTAN DISTRICT Regional Hospital.

Abstract

The implementation of performance management is a key factor that affects the level of success, so it is important to identify performance management indicators at SMP Negeri 4 Tanjungpinang. This study aims to identify various factors related to the performance of SMP Negeri 4 Tanjungpinang staff from the principal to the teachers, such as curriculum, competencies, strategies, constraints faced, assessment systems, and performance measurement. This research methodology uses a qualitative approach with interviews as a data collection tool. The data collected from these interviews were analyzed using content analysis techniques. The analysis results of this study provide valuable information for SMP Negeri 4 Tanjungpinang to improve the quality of performance. The population of this study were 58 organizational structures with a sample of 1 principal of SMP Negeri 4 Tanjungpinang.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and understand the impact of motivation, communication and work stress on employee job satisfaction. This study was conducted through a comprehensive literature review of previous research on the topic. The literature review is analyzed and summarized to produce conclusions that can. that a positive work environment, effective communication, and high levels of motivation are key factors in increasing employee job satisfaction. This study provides practical implications for organizations to increase employee job satisfaction by focusing on these factors. This research has a significant contribution to the development of theory and practical understanding in human resource management
