Abstract

We intend to gain further insight into the impact of staff performance training at PT. Inti Graphics Surabaya through this investigation. The sample count consisted of 52 employees. Data were gathered through the use of questionnaires, interviews, and observation techniques. To analyze the data, SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) is used, which is the fundamental analysis of linear regression. The results of the testing include measures to improve and develop employees' attitudes, behaviors, abilities, and knowledge in accordance with the objectives of the relevant agency. The study's conclusions indicate a substantial correlation between employee performance and training.

Abstract

The complexity and importance of the role of the religious tourism business in a global context, where spiritual and religious destinations not only attract tourists, but also become centers of economic and cultural activities. The success of a religious tourism business destination depends not only on its spiritual appeal, but also on the manager's ability to understand and manage financial aspects wisely. The importance of increasing financial literacy in the context of the religious tourism business is increasingly visible due to the various challenges faced by the tourism industry, including climate change, changes in consumer behavior and global market dynamics. Recognizing the financial literacy gap in the religious tourism business can be integrated into education and training programs for industry players. The method used in this research is a qualitative research approach with a descriptive research type, to observe the extent to which MSME business actors in the Wali Sembilan religious tourism area understand and can apply financial literacy to increase their business success. This research took place in the Wali Sembilan religious tourism area. Based on results reduction observations, interviews and documentation that have been done interpret it can stated that enhancement literacy finance become factor key in realize development sustainable destination business tour Wali Sembilan religion. Abstract

The impact of several changes in the tax law also requires the socialization of taxation to the community so that tax awareness and taxpayer compliance can also increase. Taxpayers will underreport their taxes when their tax obligations are uncertain but this possibility can be reduced if the tax office or agency can provide low-cost information to taxpayers. One of the efforts to provide tax information to the public and taxpayers is through tax socialization activities. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of taxation socialization, taxation knowledge, and service quality on taxpayer compliance directly or mediated by taxpayer awareness of the nature of testing the relationship between variables. The research population was 14,483 corporate taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Batam Selatan with sampling techniques using the Slovin formula with a leeway of 9% obtained a sample of 123 people. The data analysis technique uses path analysis techniques with the help of statistical tools PLS Ver. 3. The results of data analysis obtained socialization of taxation, taxation knowledge, and service quality have a direct effect with a significance value below 0.05 on taxpayer awareness. the socialization of taxation, taxation knowledge, service quality, and taxpayer awareness have a direct effect with a significance value below 0.05 on taxpayer compliance. The results of the indirect effect obtained by tax socialization, tax knowledge, and service quality have an indirect effect with a significance value below 0.05 on taxpayer compliance through taxpayer awareness.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship plays a crucial role in advancing the Indonesian economy with the potential to reduce unemployment and support economic growth. Although the government intensively encourages the spirit of entrepreneurship, there are still obstacles, especially related to not daring to face business risks. Amid the pandemic, unemployment is rising, prompting some individuals to turn to self-employment as a way of surviving. However, the number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia is still below international standards, reflecting obstacles to stimulating entrepreneurial interest. Phenomenological research on the role of ambition for freedom as an entrepreneurial motivation among students and alumni of Commerce Education at State University of Malang is still limited. Further understanding of ambition for freedom in the context of entrepreneurial learning at universities is needed to inform effective educational strategies, encourage interest in entrepreneurship at the local level, and support national economic growth. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach. The subject of the study involves Students. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis involves the reduction, display, and inference of data, with tringulation used to ensure validity. The results showed that comprehensively, the findings of the three data collection methods consistently supported the central role of Ambition for Freedom in motivating Commerce Education students to choose and succeed in entrepreneurial careers. These overall findings provide a deep understanding of the dynamics of intrinsic motivation in the context of entrepreneurial learning. This research provides a strong foundation for advanced research related to the development of entrepreneurial learning strategies that focus more on aspects of intrinsic motivation. In addition, longitudinal research can provide a clearer picture of the long-term impact of entrepreneurial learning on the careers of students and alumni.

Abstract

Education plays a central role in shaping children's values, norms, and character. For deaf children in Mojokerto Regency, double challenges such as job uncertainty and limited access to entrepreneurship education stand out. This descriptive qualitative research aims to explore the role of parents in instilling entrepreneurial spirit in deaf children, filling knowledge gaps, and providing practical guidance. Involving learners with disabilities, data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation in several inclusion schools. Data analysis uses data reduction, display, and inference, with triangulation for validity. Results show parents create an inclusive environment, encouraging children's independence and creativity. The documentation describes the implementation of entrepreneurial parenting. These findings support the effectiveness of parents in shaping the entrepreneurial spirit of deaf children, contributing to the understanding of inclusive education practices and fostering the talents of children with special needs. The implication is to support holistic and inclusive education policies..

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the extent to which community participation influences the public policy process in Indonesia. The public policy process is a series of actions and decisions that lead to developing and adopting specific public policies. Community participation is critical in this process as it helps shape, define, and implement policies that directly affect them. This study uses qualitative research methodology with data collected through in-depth interviews, document review, and participant observation of stakeholders directly involved in public policy development. The results of this study show that although community participation has a vital role in the policy formulation process, there are still several barriers, such as Lack of information, limited community technical capacity, and other structural issues that affect the level and quality of participation. This study highlights the need to increase transparency and openness of information, educate and build community capacity, and increase community participation in policy formulation. This study contributes to the literature on the role and impact of community participation in the public policy formulation process, especially in the Indonesian context.

Abstract

Human resources can also be referred to as personnel, labor, workers, employees, human potential as the driving force of the organization in realizing its existence. Society 5.0 is considered a concept built on the basis of humans and technology. In this era, people will be faced with a life accompanied by technological sophistication. This study aims to analyze the role of human resource development in the 5.0 era. The role of human resources as one of the elements in the organization can be interpreted as humans who work in an organization. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a literature approach or literature review. The research data was obtained through literature study and data analysis from various scientific sources. The results show that the role of human resource development in the 5.0 era is to digitilize the work environment based on technology, collaboration with cyber systems, flexible work processes that can be adjusted to customer needs, mental tasks and work teams.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the challenges of sharia accounting in the millennial generation and the digital era 4.0. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a systematic review approach. The results of this research conclusion are the main challenges faced in implementing sharia accounting in the millennial generation and the digital era 4.0 including technology adaptation, data security, education and awareness, product innovation, and compliance with sharia principles in financial transactions. The millennial generation, which is increasingly dominant in the market, plays a role in changing consumer patterns, while digital technology 4.0 influences the way business and financial transactions are carried out.
