Abstract

This study aims to describe the literacy skills of teachers in mathematics learning at SD Negeri 2 Gondosuli. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive research type. The location of the study was at SD Negeri 2 Gondosuli, Gondang District, Tulungagung Regency. The subjects of this study were 12 teachers at SD Negeri 2 Gondosuli. The data collection techniques for this study were observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that teachers who have digital literacy skills can be identified through their ability to use digital devices, search for information and digital learning resources, knowledge and skills in applying digital products, and attitudes and perspectives in digital literacy. In general, teacher competence in mathematics learning is good, especially in understanding digital technology and its implementation in learning. Teachers also have a positive perception of the influence of digital literacy on student learning outcomes, are able to facilitate digital collaborative learning, and identify obstacles and solutions in the use of digital technology. This study provides an important contribution as a reference for elementary school teachers to develop their digital literacy skills in order to improve the quality of learning in the digital era.

Abstract

Conflict in Islamic educational institutions is a complex issue and needs to be managed well to create a harmonious learning environment. In this context, education serves not only as a process of knowledge transfer, but also as a means of individual character building in society. Conflict can arise from a variety of sources, including disagreements over curriculum, leadership, and cultural and ideological differences among students and teachers This research aims to explore the definition of conflict and how it is managed in Islamic educational institutions. Several definitions of conflict have been put forward by management and psychology experts, suggesting that conflict can be positive or negative depending on how it is managed. The objectives of conflict management in Islamic education institutions include creating a harmonious environment, improving communication and maintaining focus on educational goals The types of conflicts that often occur in Islamic education institutions include conflicts over curriculum, leadership, between teachers and students, and financial issues. Conflict resolution can be done through the principles of deliberation, mediation, strengthening character education, and improving communication and fair leadership. With the right approach, educational institutions can manage conflicts constructively and improve the quality of education The importance of parental involvement and policy evaluation is also emphasized as a preventive measure. So In conclusion, effective conflict management not only prevents disputes but also supports better achievement of educational goals.

Abstract

Religious plurality anywhere in the world, except in certain places, is a reality that cannot be denied. Contacts between communities of different cultures are increasing. Indonesia is known as a pluralistic society, this can be seen from the existing social reality. Evidence of its diversity can also be proven through the motto of Bhineka Tunggal Ika, multicultural education is a solution to calm and a solution in education in Indonesia. This work is compiled based on data in the form of a 'library research' literature study with a philological-phenomenological approach. From this study it was found that the values ​​of multicultural education can be found in the Qur'an and Hadith and can be implemented by implementing several things such as building an inclusive religious paradigm in the school environment, respecting language diversity in schools, building a sensitive attitude gender in schools, building a critical understanding of social differences, building an attitude of anti-ethnic discrimination, respecting differences in abilities and respect age differences.

Abstract

This article discusses the concept of punishment and reward in an Islamic perspective and its relevance to today's living conditions. This study aims to review the related literature to understand the implementation of punishment and reward in education and its impact on students' moral behavior in the modern era. This type of research is included in library research which examines theoretically and in-depth a discussion so that conclusions will be obtained. The method used in this writing is a literature review, which is a collection of books or other sources related to punishment and reward in an Islamic perspective: Its Relevance to Education and Morality in the Modern Era. In this writing, various literacy sources are also used, namely journal articles and other reading materials. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display and conclusion drawn. The results of this research can be concluded that punishment and reward in the perspective of the Qur'an are part of the divine justice system that aims to uphold truth and balance. In the Qur'an, it is explained that punishment is given as a reward for wrongdoing or violating Allah's commands. This punishment can be in the form of this world, such as the punishment handed down to the previous ummah or in the hereafter, which includes torture in hell. On the other hand, the Qur'an also promises rewards for those who believe and do righteous deeds. Rewards can be in the form of favors in this world or in the hereafter, with the culmination being a paradise full of pleasure. Thus, there is relevance to Education and Morality in the Modern Era It is known that the application of these concepts can help create a conducive learning environment and support character building.

Abstract

This research discusses the importance of the role of Islamic education in the modern era. According to Quraish Shihab, achieving the perfect quality of education does not only require the role of educators and students, but more than that, it must pay attention to all things, both personnel and other roles that allow potential in developing Islamic education. Quraish Shihab wants the concept of Islamic education to be based on the Quran, therefore the concept of Islamic education must be taken from Islamic sources, one of which is the Quran, Quraish Shihab calls it Quranic education. This research can be said to be a character study, which is one type of qualitative research. The nature of a character study is an in-depth, systematic, critical study of a character's history, original ideas or ideas, and the socio-historical context surrounding the character being studied. This type of research is included in qualitative research (library research) which examines a theoretical and in-depth study so that conclusions will be obtained. Based on the analysis of the results of research conducted on the concept of Islamic education in the perspective of Quraish Shihab, there are several things that are concluded as follows: First, Quraish Shihab says that in the Qur'an there are aspects that include Islamic education, namely: the purpose of Islamic education, the method of Islamic education, the nature of Islamic education, and the material of Islamic education. Second, in the context of education according to Quraish Shihab there are roles and responsibilities given to Muslim intellectuals. Third, in the elaboration of the concept of curriculum, several characteristics are needed that must be met so that the curriculum is in harmony with the values contained in the book of Allāh Swt (Al-Qur'an).

Abstract

This research seeks to examine the relationship between students’ views on the integrity of educators and the development of their personal virtues at MTsN 2 located in Sungai Banyak City. By administering a survey with like-dislike questions to 25 random students, we gathered numerical information.” The evaluation results show an important correlation between students’ views of educator integrity, particularly in honesty, equality, self-control, and compassion, and the development of these traits. Student traits such as accountability, teamwork, and independence. Pearson analysis shows a relationship index (r = 0.65) with statistical significance (p < 0.01), which indicates that the teacher’s disposition is very influential remaining data (p = 0.08) works, which supports the accuracy of our analysis. Rewrite the above phrase more concisely, using only synonyms while keeping the original meaning intact with ‘ ‘ important function of pedagogical integrity in fostering students’ moral development, supporting educators

Abstract

Madrasahs play a strategic role in Indonesia's Islamic education system, particularly in aligning religious and general education. This study aims to explore policy issues and management practices affecting the development of Islamic education in madrasahs. The research employs a qualitative method with a library research approach. Data were gathered from various literatures, scientific journals, and official documents related to madrasah policy and management. The findings reveal that madrasahs face numerous challenges, including limited funding, inadequate facilities, and gaps in teacher quality. Islamic education policies integrating religious and general curricula require greater government support, particularly in terms of regulations and funding. Effective madrasah management is also crucial to achieving Islamic education goals, such as character building, academic excellence, and preserving Islamic values. This study underscores the importance of collaboration among the government, community, and madrasahs in addressing these challenges. With proper management and supportive policies, madrasahs can play a strategic role in shaping academically competent and spiritually faithful generations.

Abstract

This research aims to look at the physical, psychomotor, cognitive, social, emotional, moral and spiritual development of 6th grade elementary school children. This research uses a qualitative research approach with descriptive methods. The object of the research is a 6th grade elementary school child named Zahwa Asyifa. Zahwa's development has been quite good in various aspects. First, his physical and psychomotor development has shown good progress. Second, in terms of emotions, Zahwa can control her emotions well, although sometimes she can get angry if she continues to be disturbed. Third, in terms of social development, Zahwa tends to prefer being alone at home and socializing less with her friends. Fourth, Zahwa's cognitive development is very good, as evidenced by the high scores she obtained, especially in mathematics. Lastly, in spiritual development, Zahwa has shown progress, even though sometimes his prayers are missed, especially at midday prayer time which coincides with coming home from school and at evening time which is often late after doing his homework.

Abstract

Helping learn The most frequently encountered elementary school students are difficulties in learning to read. In class II students at SD Negeri 42 Lubuklinggau, this problem was also found, so this research aims to describe students' initial reading difficulties. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The subjects of this research included 8 students who had difficulty reading, the class teacher, and 8 students' parents. Observations, interviews, and document analysis were used to collect data. Test the validity of the data using data triangulation and techniques. Data analysis techniques use data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. helping class II students at SD Negeri 42 Lubuklinggau experienced by 8 students. The first support is difficulty in recognizing letters, there are 2 students who don't know letters from A to Z. The second support is difficulty in reading diphthong letters, there are 2 students who don't want to pronounce any letters or get stuck when reading diphthong letters. The third is difficulty in reading words, there are 4 students who are not yet fluent in reading words or are still spelling them. students who are still not fluent in reading sentences. As a class teacher, it is hoped that they can understand the characteristics of students well so that they are able to solve problems well and appropriately. It can be concluded that the difficulties experienced by these 8 students varied.

Abstract

This research aims to determine "ANALYSIS OF INTEREST IN LEARNING MATHEMATICS OF CLASS II STUDENTS OF STATE PRINCIPAL 59 LUBUKLINGGAU USING PUZZLE LEARNING MEDIA ON SPACE BUILDING MATERIALS". This type of research uses qualitative research, namely a research technique that obtains descriptive data based on the percentage of answers from students consisting of 2 indicators of learning interest through questionnaires completed by students. The population in this study was all class II students while the sample used was class II A. The non-test instrument in this research was a questionnaire. The results obtained from 24 class II students were 4 people who still had little interest in the mathematics learning process with spatial material and 20 students had shown their interest in the learning process. In this way, using puzzle learning media to increase interest in learning in mathematics subjects with spatial material can be said to have succeeded in increasing interest in learning.
