Abstract

The arrival of Islam in Maluku and North Maluku took place at almost the same time. However, the process of institutionalizing Islam in governmental life has only materialized in the following decades or perhaps hundreds of years. The arrival of Islam in Maluku is part of recording the traces of a new civilization that entered Maluku, at least it can be traced through the records of travelers. But the controversy over the accuracy of the data, the traveler determines in his travel notes in Maluku in the 7th century, while the local Maluku people in the 8th century. Of course also according to the graph in the history of the Maluku region the touch of Islam in Maluku in the 14th century. This confusion will become valuable data in conducting in-depth research on the traces of Islam in Maluku by collecting primary and secondary data within the framework of reconstructing the entry of Islam in Maluku. Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of learning outcomes by implementing a peer tutor learning model in class X Dance 2 at SMKN 3 Sukawati. This research method uses Classroom Action Research which is carried out in two cycles with each cycle consisting of planning, action implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were students of class X Dance 2 at SMKN 3 Sukawati with a total of 25 students. The results showed that there was an increase in the learning outcomes of students in class X Dance 2 SMKN 3 Sukawati from pre-action to cycle I and from cycle I to cycle II as indicated by: a) an increase in the average score in pre-action obtained an average score of 66.2, cycle I obtained an average score of 69.6 and in cycle II with an average score of 75.2.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the religious organization of Persyarikatan Muhammadiyah, its leaders, and its activities in the field of education. This research utilizes qualitative methods. The data analysis technique employed is literature review. The research data is obtained from relevant readings related to the research topic. The research process involves collecting various sources of study such as journals, books, newspapers or magazines, and internet articles that are relevant to this research. After studying and examining these sources, conclusions are drawn from the research. The results of the research indicate that Muhammadiyah has made significant contributions to education in the country, as evidenced by its role in the field of education from before the independence era until the present. This can be seen from the numerous educational institutions established by Muhammadiyah, ranging from primary education to higher education.

Abstract

The educational curriculum plays an important role in the process of implementing learning in an educational institution. The curriculum is considered important, because the heart of education is in the curriculum used. The good and bad of graduates (ouput) produced by an education is determined by the curriculum implemented at every level of education. Islamic Universities is one of the levels of education that plays a role in smartening the life of the nation. The cause of the lack of quality of Islamic higher education is influenced by the inconsistency of the curriculum applied so that it is necessary to make changes according to the instructions of the government. This study aims to find out the challenges and opportunities of the Islamic higher education curriculum in Indonesia. This study uses library study methods. The results of the study show that the challenges and opportunities of the Islamic higher education curriculum lie in developing a curriculum that is structured and designed in accordance with the development of the times, the needs of the community and graduate users, as well as the competence of educators who are sufficient in implementing the curriculum implemented.

Abstract

Each individual conducts social interaction with his environment, children make adjustments to speech styles, appearance styles and even imitate personalities to peers in the surrounding environment. This study used quantitative descriptive method. To determine the influence of peers in adolescent social behavior, especially in grade XI students of SMAN 21 Medan. Friendship factors that influence adolescent social behavior are the first to be influenced by peer friendship, where the results of research on peer influence on adolescent social behavior are 90.6%. Then the second because they have the same hobby by 56.3% and the last because they have different tastes only by 15.6%. The conclusion that researchers can draw in this study is the friendship factor that influences adolescent social behavior due to peer friendship where the results of the study amounted to 90.6%.

Abstract

The title of this journal is "Guiding and Introducing the Holy Spirit to broken home children". The author of this journal is expected to answer the problem formulation regarding how to guide broken home children under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Based on the problems mentioned above, the authors of this journal set a goal so that we can find out how to find children who experience a broken home under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. And it is more directed to parents who only care about themselves and only care about their ego. In Proverbs 22:6, God gives directions to parents to educate their children. The role of parents in Proverbs 22:6 is to nurture, train, guide and direct, with the aim that children become successful people in their lives, and do not deviate from the teachings of their parents. The method used in writing this journal is the library method. After explaining the theory related to the problem, it can be concluded that the Holy Spirit is a real person who came to live in a true follower of Christ after Jesus rose from the dead and reigned in heaven.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the differences of impulse buying tendency in young adult in term of payment method by using cash and debit. Respondents in this research is about 206 participants, which is 104 participants is using cash and 102 others using debit card. Measuring instrument used in this research is a translation of the impulse buying tendency scale by Verplaken and Herabadi (2001). The data technique analysis used in this research is Independent sample t-test technique with IBM SPSS Statistics 24 for windows program. Result from the analysis data showed a significance value 0,00 (significance < 0,05) with effect size 0,61. This is show that there is significant differences in impulse buying tendency among young adult between cash payment method and debit card payment method. The difference is medium. Futhermore, the Cohen’s d value is -2.55, which is mean that the impulse buying tendency is higher in group with cash payment method than debit card payment method. This research found that the frecuency of buying is one of the factor which contributes to increase impulse buying tendency.

Abstract

Model pembelajaran berbasis Self-Directed Learning (SDL) telah mendapatkan perhatian yang signifikan dalam upaya meningkatkan kemampuan belajar mandiri dan keterampilan berpikir kritis pada siswa. Self-Directed Learning merupakan model belajar mandiri yang memberikan kebebasan bagi siswa untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan belajar mereka, menetapkan tujuan pembelajaran, menemukan sumber belajar, memilih dan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran, dan mengevaluasi hasil belajar mereka. Dalam artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran SDL yang diperkaya dengan evaluasi argumentatif dan berpikir kritis memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap siswa. Penerapan penilaian argumentatif membantu siswa mengembangkan keterampilan analisis, penalaran logis, dan kemampuan membangun dan mempertahankan argumen secara efektif. Sementara itu, pengembangan berpikir kritis melalui pembelajaran SDL memungkinkan siswa untuk mengambil inisiatif dalam mengidentifikasi, merencanakan, dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran mereka sendiri. Pentingnya mengadopsi pendekatan pembelajaran yang mendorong siswa untuk mengambil inisiatif dalam proses belajar mereka sendiri dan secara aktif menerapkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dalam belajar

Abstract

Effective learning is the main goal in education. Educators are constantly looking for ways to enhance students` learning experiences so they can achieve optimal result. In the increasingly advanced digital era, the use psychological tools has become an attractive approach in maximizing effective learning. This article examines the role of psychological tools in enhancing students` learning experiences and how they can be used to achieve effective learnig. This article begins by explaining the importance of positive learning experiences in influencing student motivation and engagement. Next, we identify several psychological tools than can be used to enrich learning experiences, such as social modeling, appropriate goal setting, positive reinforcement, and the use of variety in learning. In addition, this article highlights the use of technology and digital tools to maximize effective learning examples include the use of interactive media, simulations, and educational games based on psychological principles such as problem-based learning, cooperative learning, and discovery-based learning. Next, we explain how psychological tools can be used to enhance student understanding through effective metacognition settings, such as the use of strategies of self-monitoring, reflection, and problem solving, we also highlight the importance of independent learning in maximizing student learning experiences and how psychology tools can support this. This article serves as a resource for educators, curriculum developers, and education practitioners interested in using psychological tools to enhance students` learning experiences. By understanding and applying relevant psychological principles, educators can create learning environments that motivate, challenge and maximize effective learning.

Abstract

Contextual Teaching and Learning is a learning concept that helps teachers relate the material taught to students' real-world situations and encourages students to make connections between the knowledge they have and its application in their lives as members of the family and society. This study aims to conduct a literature review related to the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model for science subjects in elementary schools. The research method used in this study is the SLR (Systematic Literature Review) method. Data collection is done by documenting all articles that have similar research in the research report. The articles used in this study were 17 national journal articles obtained from the Google Scholar database using the Harzing's Publish or Perish application. Based on this research, it was found that the Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) learning model can make students have a good understanding and increase in learning outcomes in science subjects in elementary schools.
