Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas komunikasi etis dan partisipatif Ibu Koordinator Kelas di SDN Serua Indah 02 Ciputat, Tangerang Selatan, sebagai upaya membangun lingkungan sekolah dasar yang transparan dan bebas pungutan liar (pungli). Melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pelatihan dan sosialisasi, para Ibu Koordinator Kelas dibekali pemahaman tentang batas kewenangan, regulasi pendidikan, serta keterampilan komunikasi yang berlandaskan etika dan keterbukaan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi audiensi dengan pihak sekolah, pelatihan interaktif dengan materi komunikasi etis, simulasi studi kasus, dan evaluasi pre-test serta post-test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pemahaman peserta terhadap prinsip komunikasi yang baik dan regulasi terkait pungli, dari skor rata-rata 56% sebelum pelatihan menjadi 86% setelah pelatihan. Sebanyak 92% peserta menilai program ini sangat relevan dan bermanfaat. Kegiatan ini juga menghasilkan deklarasi bersama untuk menegakkan nilai kejujuran, transparansi, musyawarah, dan keadilan dalam pengelolaan kelas. Kesimpulan, pelatihan komunikasi etis dan partisipatif efektif memperkuat peran Ibu Koordinator Kelas sebagai agen perubahan menuju sekolah yang lebih akuntabel dan bebas pungli.

Abstract

Optimalisasi market share sangat penting bagi Sociopreneur Tiara Handicraft untuk memperkuat posisinya di pasar sekaligus memberikan dampak sosial positif, khususnya dalam pemberdayaan penyandang disabilitas. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi, mengembangkan, dan menerapkan strategi efektif guna memperbesar market share dan meningkatkan penjualan produk kerajinan tangan yang dihasilkan oleh komunitas disabilitas. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan intensif terkait pemasaran digital dan teknik live streaming melalui platform Shopee dan TikTok, penerapan teknologi pendukung, serta pendampingan berkelanjutan untuk memahami posisi pasar, perilaku konsumen, segmentasi, dan strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang inklusif. Strategi utama difokuskan pada pemanfaatan media sosial, branding produk, serta kolaborasi dengan lembaga sosial dan komunitas digital. Diharapkan, kegiatan ini dapat memberikan peningkatan signifikan terhadap penjualan produk Tiara Handicraft, memperluas jangkauan pasar, dan meningkatkan visibilitas gerakan sociopreneur berbasis disabilitas. Lebih dari itu, kegiatan ini juga bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran publik terhadap pentingnya inklusi ekonomi dan membuka lebih banyak peluang kerja serta pelatihan keterampilan bagi penyandang disabilitas. Model kegiatan ini dapat direplikasi sebagai bentuk pengembangan bisnis sosial berkelanjutan di berbagai wilayah Indonesia.

Abstract

Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) memiliki peran penting dalam perkembangan anak, baik bagi tumbuh kembang dan pendidikan sosial.  Adanya perkembangan jaman, menjadi tantangan bagi orang tua (yang bekerja di luar rumah), untuk dapat memberikan proses pengajaran yang tepat baik anak.  Upaya yang dilakukan oleh orang tua adalah dengan menitipkan anak pada Tempat Penitipan Anak. Peran guru menjadi penting dalam proses pengajaran, tidak hanya memberikan pendidikan tapi mengenalkan lingkungan sosial, sehingga anak dapat tumbuh kembang secara mandiri  Untuk itu perlu dilakukan kegiatan pelatihan komunikasi bagi guru agar dapat meningkatkan keterampilan agar memberikan “kata sesuai konteks selama proses pembelajaran. Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan kepada Guru TPA Jasmine Kiddy Care dengan metode ceramah (penyampaian materi) dan diskusi/tanya jawab. Hasil kegiatan bahwa guru menilai adanya kesesuaian materi yang digunakan dalam menerapkan proses pengajaran.  Selain dapat meningkatkan keterampilan dalam hal komunikasi juga menjadi proses pembelajaran tersendiri sehingga dapat menerapkan dan menggunakan komunikasi yang tepat bagi peningkatan tumbuh kembang anak, terutama dengan menggunakan komunikasi dua arah.  Bentuk komunikasi efektif dalam proses pengajaran di antaranya; mendengarkan dengan aktif seperti guru harus menjadi pendengar yang baik, tidak memotong pembicaraan anak, dan berusaha memahami apa yang ingin disampaikan.

Abstract

UMKM based on marine products in Panggang Island, Kepulauan Seribu, play an essential role in the coastal economy, yet sanitation and hygiene aspects still need strengthening through environmentally oriented approaches to ensure product quality and business sustainability. This study aims to enhance the capacity of UMKM actors through an initial socialization of community-based partnership empowerment. The activities were conducted using a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach with a hybrid format, combining face-to-face and online sessions, along with participatory observation and group discussions. The main materials focused on Good Manufacturing Practices, production space management, raw material handling, and local product communication strategies to build consumer trust. The results indicated an increase in collective awareness among UMKM actors regarding hygienic practices, the ability to identify production constraints, and readiness to engage in follow-up training and intensive mentoring. These findings highlight that multi-stakeholder collaboration involving academia, government, and the community can strengthen the UMKM ecosystem, support local economic sustainability, enhance product competitiveness, and reinforce environmental communication strategies.

Abstract

The era of Society 5.0 requires the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and human-centered values in vocational education. Students in Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) must acquire strong soft skills such as effective communication, digital empathy, and self-confidence to meet industry demands. This community engagement program aims to strengthen students’ soft skills through the collaboration of AI and empathetic communication at SMK Kartika XIX-1 Bandung. The study employed a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach involving 20 students from grades X and XI, five supervising teachers, and two facilitators from Telkom University. The program combined the AI-based Humanoid Communication 2.0 concept with training in empathetic digital communication and ethical interaction. The results indicate a 46% average improvement in students’ communication clarity, empathic response, and confidence when performing simulated professional scenarios. Students demonstrated enhanced reflective communication, polite language use, and greater assurance when engaging with AI-driven simulations. In conclusion, the integration of AI and empathetic communication effectively enhances SMK students’ soft skills and serves as a replicable model for vocational education in the Society 5.0 era.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has significantly influenced interaction patterns among elementary school students, both in real-life and online environments. First-grade students are at an early stage of character formation, requiring appropriate guidance to understand politeness and communication ethics, particularly in the use of digital devices. This community service activity aimed to improve the understanding and polite behavior of first-grade students at Muhammadiyah 56 Elementary School, Central Jakarta, in both offline and online interactions. The activity employed an educative and participatory approach through observation, question-and-answer sessions, simple discussions, simulations, and pre-test and post-test assessments tailored to the students’ developmental characteristics. The results showed a notable improvement in students’ understanding of politeness in real-life and online contexts, as indicated by an increase in the average score from 4.9 in the pre-test to 7.2 in the post-test. In addition, students demonstrated positive behavioral changes, including the use of polite language, mutual respect, and early awareness of ethical behavior when using digital devices. This activity confirms that early education on politeness and digital ethics, delivered through contextual and continuous approaches, is effective in supporting character development among elementary school students.

Abstract

Compliance in reporting Annual Tax Returns (SPT) is one form of citizen contribution in supporting state revenue through taxes. Unfortunately, the level of tax literacy and awareness among the academic community, especially students and education staff, is still relatively low. This community service activity aims to build a culture of tax compliance on campus through the implementation of the Tax Corner Movement as a means of education and assistance in reporting Annual Tax Returns. The implementation method includes socialization, technical training on filling out SPTs using e-Filing, and direct assistance services through the Tax Corner booth on the Mathla'ul Anwar University Campus. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of independent tax reporting procedures. As many as 85% of participants felt helped by the existence of this service, and 72% of them successfully completed their SPT reports on time. This activity proves that a collaborative and educational approach on campus can encourage increased tax compliance, especially for first-time taxpayers. The Tax Corner Movement is worthy of replication as a model of sustainable community service in building a tax culture from an early age.

Abstract

This Community Service (PkM) activity aims to strengthen the institutional capacity of the Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) of Subang Regency, particularly in formulating and implementing effective communication strategies The challenges faced by Bawaslu Subang Regency often relate to information dissemination, regulation socialization, and mobilizing community participation in supervision, which depend on communication effectiveness. The PkM method utilized was presentations and discussions, focusing on communication needs analysis, key message design (including violation prevention issues and the use of digital platforms and social media. The training was held on September 15, 2025, at the Laska Hotel, Subang Regency. The results of this activity indicate an increase in participants' understanding of managing public communication. Participants gained the ability to recognize and comprehend better communication techniques, which will serve as a key indicator in increasing active public participation in election supervision in Subang Regency. The recommendation from this activity is the need for Bawaslu Subang Regency to internalize the communication function as a strategic instrument for building public trust and institutional authority within the context of election supervision. This PkM activity is expected to make a contribution to the operational effectiveness of Bawaslu Subang Regency in realizing honest and fair elections.

Abstract

This service activity aims to improve the digital literacy of the residents of Sukajadi Tourism Village by fostering resistance and resilience to the power of social media algorithms, especially TikTok. The approach used includes citizen counseling with lecture delivery methods involving situation analysis, needs surveys, interactive workshops, and field assistance to build critical awareness of algorithmic mechanisms, content personalization, and the risk of addiction and information manipulation. Participants consisted of villagers of social media users across ages who were selected based on digital engagement and potential social impact. The results showed an increase in participants' understanding of how algorithms work, the ability to recognize bubble filters and echo chambers, as well as digital resilience practices such as privacy settings, selection of information sources, and management of usage time. The intervention also encourages the formation of sustainable local discussion groups to share digital literacy strategies with each other. Recommendations include strengthening educational modules on algorithms, advanced training for local facilitators, and assistance in accessing digital learning resources so that the impact of empowerment can be sustainable and strengthen citizens' capacity in facing the dominance of digital platforms.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat jiwa kewirausahaan mandiri dan nilai berakhlaqul karimah pada calon alumni sebagai bekal memasuki dunia kerja dan usaha. Program ini dirancang dengan mengintegrasikan materi kewirausahaan dan nilai-nilai etika serta moral keagamaan sebagai fondasi dalam membangun usaha yang berkelanjutan. Sasaran kegiatan adalah calon alumni yang membutuhkan penguatan mental, karakter, dan wawasan kewirausahaan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyampaian materi, diskusi interaktif, serta refleksi berbasis pengalaman praktis dalam dunia usaha. Materi yang diberikan mencakup tujuan menjadi pengusaha, faktor pendorong kewirausahaan, jenis-jenis bisnis, strategi sukses berwirausaha, serta pentingnya integritas, kejujuran, amanah, kerja keras, dan kepedulian sosial. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai kewirausahaan tidak hanya sebagai upaya ekonomi, tetapi juga sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab moral dan sosial. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mendorong lahirnya wirausahawan mandiri yang beretika, berdaya saing, dan berkontribusi positif bagi masyarakat.
