Abstract

Background. Indonesian state-owned companies have the potential to increase Gross Domestic Product by USD 135 billion by 2025 if they can improve the status of gender equality in the world of work. Purpose. The Ministry of SOEs seeks to increase women's representation in the Board of Commissioners, Management Board and one level below the Management Council, with a target of 15% in 2021 and 25% in 2023. Method. The methodused by researchers in this study is descriptive analysis and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Results. The results obtained in this study are the leadership of women MSME owners who receive higher BUMN support than those who do not receive. While the novelty of this study is the leadership and empowerment of women in MSMEs within State-Owned Enterprises (MSMEs) Conclusion. There has also been an increased focus on the representation of young people within the Board of Directors, and below levels, from state-owned enterprises to 5% in 2021 and 10% in 2023.

Abstract

Background. This paper offers novelty in addressing the digitization trend and competitive challenges faced by banking service providers in achieving customer satisfaction in the digital economy ecosystem. It specifically focuses on customers of Bank Sya-riah Indonesia the leading Islamic banking company in Indonesia. The value of this paper lies in its insights for banking professionals, researchers, and policy makers in navigating the digital landscape and enhancing customer-centric digital banking services. Purpose. The population of this study consists of customers aged 18 years and over who use mobile banking services provided by Bank Syariah Indonesia, one of the largest Islamic banking companies in Indonesia in terms of market capitalization. Purposive sampling was used to obtain a sample of 160 respondents who met the research criteria. Method. This study uses quantitative methods with the type of experimental research that aims to examine the effect of using the Kinemaster application on the learning outcomes of Natural Science students in class VII UPT SMP Negeri 3 Pitu Riase. Results. The results of this study indicate that offline experience has no positive effect on brand image, other results online experience has a positive effect on brand im-age, and brand experience affects customer satisfaction, In addition, online experience is found to have a significant positive effect on offline experience. Conclusion. The findings of this study can provide valuable insights into the influence of offline and online experiences on brand equity and customer satisfaction with e-services in the Indonesian banking industry. This provides banks with a deeper understanding of consumer behavior and the important satisfaction factors that drive long-term decision-making in banking services.

Abstract

Background. Learning Spiritual and Emotional Intelligence in the world of education is a moral cultivation that must be owned by someone. This is because of the increasing promiscuity which is a moral decline for our teenagers today. Zainul Hasan Genggong Islamic University is a university that in addition to building intellectual intelligence also prioritizes Spiritual and Emotional Intelligence which is taken through the process of Hablum MinAllah Purification of the soul and Hablum Minannaas. Objectives. For this reason, this research was conducted, which aims to reveal Islamic religious education learning based on spiritual and emotional intelligence to foster the morals of Zainul Hasan Genggong Islamic University students. Methods. In this study, the author used a qualitative approach. By using a descriptive research model. While the methods used, namely observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation with data collection using the types of Mitode Triangulation and Source Triangulation. Results Learning Islamic Religious Education Based on spiritual and emotional intelligence to build student morals taken through Hablum MinAllah and Hablum Minannaas using the books Mahfudzot Fadoilul Iman, Mahfudzot Fadhoilun Nabi Wa Ash Shahabah, and Genggong Islamic Boarding School Philosophy proved to be able to shape the morals of Unzah students very well and religiously. Conclusion The results showed that: (a) Spiritual and Emotional Intelligence to build the morals of Unzah students was taken through Hablum MinAllah and Hablum Minannaas. (b) Islamic Religious Education learning courses based on spiritual and emotional intelligence to build the morals of Unzah students include the books Mahfudzot Fadoilul Iman, Mahfudzot Fadhoilun Nabi Wa Ash Shahabah, and Genggong Islamic Boarding School Philosophy which are basically interrelated, fill and complement the content. (c) steps for the formation of Spiritual and Emotional Intelligence to build the morals of Unzah students through Islamic Religious Education subjects in students carried out using the Tikrar Method approach, the strategy through the repetition of Quranic postulates

Abstract

Background. Pancasila is the foundation of our beloved country, the Republic of Indonesia, where Pancasila serves as a guideline, guide and as the foundation of a country. Purpose. The purpose of the Pancasila Ideology is a collection of values, norms, and ideals that are a reference in achieving the goals of the Indonesian nation. Pancasila is an open ideology that is able to harmonize with the dynamics of Indonesian society. Method. The research used is qualitative and quantitative data by conducting an online survey to the closest people to fill out an opinion forum on the importance of the role of students and the government in upholding the ideology of Pancasila. Results. Like any country, the understanding and application of the State Ideology must be instilled to its people as early as possible. The introduction can be done through the introduction of history, education and the environment. Meanwhile, in this global era, outside cultures such as songs, spectacles and information enter swiftly without adequate control Conclusion. The conclusion is that the role of students as agents of change has great potential in stemming the neglect of Pancasila as a state ideology because students are the people who will take control of the country in the future.

Abstract

Background. Currently, the law is still considered discriminatory and unfair. The law should be fair, especially to women. Purpose. The goal is for men and women to have equal rights to participate in social and state activities. Method. This article is made using a quantitative method that conducts research to several people, especially women, so that the author knows whether people know about human rights for women, gender equality, and violence experienced by women and law enforcement against women's human rights. Results. In life, the achievement of equality of the dignity of women has not shown rapid progress. Women are also victims of violence from various parties, both physical violence and psychological violence. Women must also have laws that can protect them. There are many factors that influence the law enforcement process. Conclusion. Therefore, Women's Human Rights is a set of rights inherent in women and the right of women to be treated properly without violence from any party.

Abstract

Background. The Muslim world experienced several second peaks of glory during the reign of three great empires, the Ottoman, Safavid and Mughal (Indian) empires. Purpose. The purpose of this research is to reveal in depth the history of Islam during the 1800-1900 AD and broaden the horizons of knowledge for writers and readers.  Therefore, it is necessary to reveal what factors caused the decline of Islam at that time as well as how the West dominated science at that time? Method. This research uses manuscript studies or known as research with the literature study method.  The study of Islamic history texts in the modern period is also the object of this research which shows how this period displays the decline of Islam and the glory of the West. Results. The three great Islamic empires of the Ottomans, Safavids and Mughals, which were able to "alleviate" the image of Islam from backwardness and subsequently "restore" its reputation in international eyes, lasted only until the seventeenth century. In the following period, it fell back into an atmosphere of decline in many aspects, such as in the political and military fields, economics, and science. Conclusion. In addition, these three Islamic kingdoms did not have the same spirit in the development of science as happened during the first advancement period. Meanwhile, Europe experienced significant progress in various aspects, especially in science, due to the influence of thoughts from figures such as Ibn Rushd and European thinkers who created technological advances such as the steam engine.

Abstract

Background. History is a very important reference for building the future. Through it, we can know what and how Islam developed in the past. Purpose. However, sometimes we as Muslims have not been able to see history comprehensively. So we tend to walk aimlessly and repeat the mistakes of the past. Method. The study involved 288 university students from Chinese, Japanese, and Korean TFL settings, and the data from questionnaires were analysed using appropriate statistical methods. Results. This is where the discussion of history serves as a reflection that in the past there has been a story that we should learn to design and plan well for a brilliant future without being shaken by any force. Conclusion. The development of Islam during the time of the Prophet Muhammad and his companions was a period of Islam in the era of glory, it can be seen how the purity of Islam itself with the existence of the main actors and factors, namely the Prophet Muhammad.

Abstract

Background. The Covid-19 pandemic is growing and spreading in various countries, changing various fields of people's lives, especially in Indonesia for some time. Purpose. The purpose of this observation is to find out the use of smartphones for students of public madarasah tsanawiyah (mtsn) 11 tanah datar when studying online. this observation is through a quantitative approach through a survey study method and selecting a sample by randomly determining 10 sources who live in the dormitory, 7th grade mtsn 11 tanah datar students have given questionnaire answers using Google from. Method. The research tool was adapted from several writings, the tool made 5 questions. Results. The results of the observation found that there were 7 people who had their own smartphones and 3 students used their parents' smartphones, relatives and other people in online learning, the time used to study via smartphones was between 5 to 6 hours. mtsn 11 flatland students using smartphones are classified as good categories in learning, doing and collecting assignments. So that students are able to discuss with their friends and all feel satisfied in using smartphones in online learning activities. Conclusion. suggestions for further researchers to use attitude variables, behavior and the impact of using smartphones for mtsn 11 flatland students who have their own smartphones.

Abstract

Background. This research aims to analyze and conclude information about Theo Van Leeuwen's exclusion and inclusion strategies in the East Kalimantan Tribune news when stopping the ladyboy event in Samarinda City. Purpose. Lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) people in Indonesia are vulnerable to discrimination such as inequality in education, employment, health, social assistance, and freedom of expression or public space in society. Tribun Kaltim is a mass media that reported the termination of the ladyboy event in Samarinda. Method. This research method uses critical discourse analysis modeled by Theo Van Leeuwen to find out how one party or group is featured or omitted in the text. The research found 5 exclusion data and 32 inclusion data. Results. The results are in accordance with Theo Van Leeuwen's theory that a certain group or social actor can be eliminated and even marginalized in the text or discourse. The results also reinforce the concept of the hierarchy of media content influence in mass communication studies, which understands how news texts by certain media agencies can be influenced by internal and external factors, such as the background of journalists, media reader segmentation, media organization policies, and external news sources from media organizations. Conclusion. From the research results, it can be concluded that there are 5 exclusion data and 32 inclusion data.

Abstract

Background. Character education is a value education that emphasizes moral or ethical aspects. The term character is known as morals which not only emphasizes moral knowledge (moral knowing/learning to know), but also moral formation (moral feeling/moral loving) and application or actualization of values (moral action/moral doing).   Purpose. The purpose of this study is to describe the types of Islamic religious education activities that become a medium for strengthening character, forms of character that are strengthened through Islamic religious education activities and models of strengthening character values through Islamic religious education for students in public high schools in Mataram City. Method. This research is a qualitative research with data collection using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model starting from data collection, data condensation, data presentation and conclusions. Data validity was carried out with observation persistence, extension of participation, reference and triangulation. Results. The results showed that the model of strengthening character values through Islamic religious education at school was carried out through three process/stage models, namely: a) Knowledge of morals, b) Moral formation, c) Application or moral actualization which emphasizes the actualization of character values both in the school environment and in the wider environment. Conclusion. he character education model in this school is carried out with two models, namely the hidden curriculum model and the integration model.
