Abstract

Semenjak postmodernisme muncul sebagai diskursus kebudayaan yang banyak menarik perhatian. Amin Abdullah melakukan Ijtihad bagaimana pemikiran Islam menjadi dinamis dan visioner, berbagai teori-teori dari para filusuf barat maupun Islam kontemporer mempengaruhi berbagai gagasan yang ia gulirkan. Dia melahirkan postmodernisme dalam tiga persfektif utama yang digunakan untuk melihat data penelitian ini, yakni; dekonstruksi, relative, dan pluralitas. Penelitian ini difokuskan bagaimana melihat perkembangan literatur Filsafat Islam di Indonesia dengan Postodernisme Amin Abdullah. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Berdasarkan jenis penelitian tersebut, penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif yang dilakukan melalui penelusuran dan telaah terhadap karya-karya ilmiah, baik yang tertuang dalam buku, jurnal, serta berbagai media yang mengulas topik penelitian ini. Secara garis besar, penelitian ini dilakukan melalui dua tahap, yaitu; pertama, tahap pengumpulan data; dan kedua, tahap pengolahan dan analisis data dengan metode analisa tertentu. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif, dimana penelitian yang ditujukan untuk mendiskripsikan dan menganalisis fenomena, peristiwa, aktifitas sosial, sikap, kepercayaan, persepsi, pemikiran orang secara individual maupun kelompok. Dari pandangan tersebut, didapati tiga kesimpulan utama; Pertama, literatur filsafat Islam di Indonesia semakin terus berkembang, baik secara jumlah maupun secara tema-tema. Kedua, penerbitan beragam literatur tersebut telah membawa pengaruh pada ruang lingkup dan model kajian filsafat Islam di Indonesia. Pemekaran dan perluasan terjadi di ranah literatur pengantar filsafat Islam yang menunjukkan adanya perluasan materi dan sudut pandang. Di ranah kajian pemikiran filsuf Muslim perluasan terjadi ke arah studi yang lebih mendalam tentang pemikiran seorang filsuf Muslim. Hal ini menjadi jawaban bahwa Postmodernisme yang ditawarkan oleh Amin Abdullah; Dekonstruksi, Relativisme, dan Pluralisme dalam filsafat Islam di Indonesia terlihat berkaitan dengan perkembangan literatur filsafat Islam di Indonesia. Namun, berkaitan dengan teman tokoh masih belum terlihat adanya unsur postmodernsisme lokalitas. Dimana tokoh-tokoh filsafat Islam yang dikaji masih berkaitan dengan tokoh filsafat utama dalam sejarah awal filsafat islam.

Abstract

This paper describes one of the contributions of the madrasah head at MAN 2 Cirebon as an effort to create competitive education by building a quality school culture. A qualitative approach was used, by collecting primary data sources from observations and interviews; while secondary data was obtained by digging from books, articles related to the discussion, from internet searches. The finding is that there is a new culture that is now built by the madrasah head as a form of his contribution by integrating technological innovation in learning as well as promoting institutions and student robotic extracurricular activities. The novelty of this research is the technological innovation program implemented at MAN 2 Cirebon. The limitations of this research are a review of other similar studies.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of the Ilhamqu method in the process of memorizing the Quran by students at Assalafie Islamic Boarding School in Babakan Ciwaringin Cirebon. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative with a field research method. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, for data analysis, the Milles and Huberman model method is used which involves data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The Ilhamqu method is an approach to memorizing the Quran that combines various types of intelligence and utilizes the senses of hearing, sight, speech, and movement. This approach uses a pattern of mutual attention and matching to achieve optimal memorization results. At Assalafie Islamic Boarding School in Babakan Ciwaringin Cirebon, the implementation of the Ilhamqu method involves several steps. First, new students are required to read the Quran a maximum of 20 times or a minimum of 10 times using the Bin-Nadzar method. Second, before starting the memorization process, each student must have a partner who aims to match and motivate each other, as well as listen to each other's memorization. Third, in the deposit phase, students must visit the mentor after consulting with their partner. The purpose of this consultation is to enable them to listen to each other's memorization before presenting it to the mentor.

Abstract

The presence of 'Ulum al-Qur'an as formulated by the scholars cannot be separated from efforts to anticipate the potential diversity of meanings contained in the Qur'an. Thus, the history of the birth of the sciences of the Koran ('Ulum al-Qur'an) cannot be separated from the history of the diversity of meanings of the Koran. The concepts summarized in the 'Ulum al-Qur'an such as nasikh-mansukh, makki-madani, 'am-khash, muthlaq-muqayyad, asbab al-nuzul, dzahir-bathin and the like are a set of concepts that show and have implications for the presence of various interpretations. As far as methodological discourse is concerned, there is currently a new awareness of the importance of involving the social sciences—psychology, sociology, anthropology and history—and the humanities—philosophy, hermeneutics and linguistics—in understanding the holy text of the Koran. From this, a new term developed in the discourse and activity of interpreting the text of the holy book of the Koran, namely hermeneutics—in particular, hermeneutics of the Koran. Al-Qur'an hermeneutics is understood as the science and art of interpretation of the Koran, which includes theory, methodology and techniques of interpretation of the Koran. There are two major groups of scholars in responding to the hermeneutic offer in exploring the meaning of the Koran, namely the first group refuses for reasons including because "we" already have ulumul Quran which has been tested and proven successful in uncovering the meaning and intent of the verses of al-Qur'an. -Qur'an, and the second group accepts with reasons and limitations. Among the reasons is that we must be open to positive new things, of course, by remaining critical. When there is something new that is better than the old one, as a person with a healthy mind, of course, he will take the new thing. Therefore, when interpreters are going to adopt hermeneutics in interpreting the Qur'an, for example, they must know their knowledge first, so as not to cause things that could harm themselves or others.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the growth and development of Islamic education in the time of the Prophet Saw. This research uses a qualitative approach. In obtaining data as research material, researchers use library data (library research) with documentation methods. Based on the results of research analysis, it can be seen that in the time of the Prophet (peace be upon him) education had grown through his teachings and guidance from Allah Almighty through the intermediary of the angel Gabriel. This research reveals that in historical facts the Prophet (peace be upon him) educated in a surreptitious and overt way, due to unstable environmental conditions. The knowledge conveyed by the Prophet (saw) is based on the Qur'an as a guide book for Muslims.

Abstract

Pesantren, which is the main pillar of the archipelago's original education, is currently often considered a conservative and outdated education, especially in this millennial era. Technological advances in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, as well as massive globalization and westernization are both challenges and opportunities for kiai and santri in spreading friendly and universal da'wah. The research method used by the author is library research. The author collects various library data to obtain answers to the questions asked by the author. Through the data that the author has collected, the author finds various facts. First, the millennial era can be called the post-modern era. This era is defined by some experts as the era of back to spiritual and moral or back to religion. Meanwhile, the Industrial Revolution 4.0 is a comprehensive transformation of all aspects of production in industry through the merger of digital and internet technology with conventional industries. In this era, information can be spread quickly because all entities are always connected to each other. Second, pesantren experience various dynamics, both social and economic. Pesantren, which is the blue print of Indonesia's original education since hundreds of years ago, does not necessarily make it a static and backward educational institution. In its development, pesantrens do not only teach the yellow book. Nowadays, pesantrens have become an Islamic educational institution that is inclusive and keeps up with the times. Pesantren strives to always open a space for dialog by adopting new values that are more relevant and bring maslahat as well as more perfect in maintaining the existence of pesantren. This is in line with the Al-Muhafadatu 'ala al-Qadimi al-Shalih wa al-Akhdu bi al-Jadid al-Ashlah rule.

Abstract

Praktek poligami dalam sejarah Islam memang telah ada, bahkan jumlah istri bisa lebih mencapai hingga belasan. Fakta ini membuktikan praktek poligami terus terpelihara hingga kini dengan berbagai pembenaran dan legitimasi baik budaya, sosial, ekonomi, dan agama. Bila  melihat variabel tentang poligami dalam al-Qur'an, ada tiga poin penting yang dapat dibaca, pertama, memberikan kesempatan kepada suami  untuk berpoligami. Kedua peringatan kepada suami untuk berlaku adil. Ketiga, adanya ketidakmampuan laki-laku untuk dapat berperilaku adil di antara istri-istrinya sekalipun telah diupayakan untuk itu. Ayat yang membolehkan pada konteksnya berbicara tentang perlindungan terhadap yatim piatu dan janda korban perang. Penelitian ini bersifat normatif, artinya mengkomparasikan pemaknaan POLIGAMI Perspektif Hukum Islam dan Hukum Positif Hingga Teori Hudud Pemikiran Muhammad Syahrur dalam rangka memberi solusi pemikiran yang berkembang saat ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan legal and sociological normative approach, dengan analisis data kualitatif yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam pemaparan hasil penelitian. Poligami pada dasarnya dibolehkan dalam Islam, namun memiliki aturan yang wajib dipatuhi yaitu: seorang suami boleh mengawini dengan perempuan yang disukai, yaitu empat orang istri, disamping itu wajib bersikap adil, dalam pemenuhan nafkah lahir maupun nafkah batin. Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  hukum berpoligami baik hukum islam maupun hukum positif di Indonesia. Untuk merespon tulisan ini disajikan teori hudud Muhammad Syahrur sebagai elemen ketiga atau jembatan dalam diskursus poligami. Teori ini sejenis proses desakralisasi yang memiliki maksud yang berbeda yang berlandaskan pada prinsip sabat al-nas wa harakat al-muhtawa.

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk membahas (1) Sosial politik Islam pada abad pertengahan, tepatnya pada masa pemerintahan Dinasti Abbasiyah di Bagdad dan Dinasti Umayyah II di Spanyol, (2) Faktor-faktor kemunduran Islam pada abad pertengahan, dan (3) Profil pendidikan Islam pada abad pertengahan. Jenis penelitian yang diguanakan adalah penelitian kualitatif, berbasis tinjauan pustaka dengan teknik pengumpulan data baca-catat.  Teknik analisis data pada artikel ini menggunakan analisis data model interaktif ini memiliki tiga komponen, yaitu: (1) reduksi data, (2) penyajian data, dan (3) penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Dalam artikel ini ditemukan berupa; (1) sosial politik islam pada abad pertengahan terjadi pada akhir pemerintahan Abbasiyah dan Umayyah II yang mana pada saat itu politik terus bergejolak, (2) faktor kemunduran islam pada abad pertengahan adalah konflik internal dari kaum muslimin dan konflik eksternal yang disebakan invasi dari negara lain, (3) perdebatan aliran pemikiran filsafat dan tasauf yang memiliki salah satu kecenderungan. Sehingga menyebabkan tidak adanya keseimbangan dalam beragama.

Abstract

This article reviews Gujigang, a philosophy that has developed in Kudus Regency, especially in the western part. It is believed that this philosophy originates from Sunan Kudus, one of the propagators of Islam who is a member of Walisongo. In the early era, the emergence of this philosophy greatly influenced the spirit of developing the economy, thus creating a balance in the personality of economic actors. The balance is fulfilled in fulfilling the three interrelated indicators. A person can be classified as good if he has spiritual and economic qualities that can be fulfilled in a balanced way. By conducting qualitative research in which the data were obtained through observation and in-depth interviews, it was found that there was a paradigmatic shift among the people of Kudus Kulon. Part of the Kudus district which is close to the Kauman settlement. Borrowing from Cliffort Geertz's Studies, as students and at the same time priyayi, have a spiritual and economic balance. However, along with the times, business competition in the economic sector has become increasingly stringent, resulting in the punishment for the fading of the Gusjigang philosophy. The business of developing a pure economic business is just to get financial benefits that are not balanced with the spirit of fulfilling spiritual needs.

Abstract

The credibility of the results of reason-based interpretation of the Qur'an cannot be equated with historical interpretation. This is because the ability of the mind tends to be limited, because it is confined by the doctrines of schools of thought, passions, and the social environment. Even so, the interpretation of the Qur’an using reason continues to be demanded in order to meet the needs of the people in this era, especially those related to new matters and problems that did not exist at the time of the prophet Muhammad or the time of the salafus salih. Abdullah al-Ghumari in his bida'u at-tafasir provides criticisms of reason-based interpretation or what is more popular with the term bil ra'yi interpretation, especially the products of the interpretation of the works of the mu'tazilah group and the works of the philosophical Sufis. Abdullah al-Ghumari's criticisms can be used by mufassir or students who want to understand the revelation of the Koran as signs in interpreting the Koran so they don't fall into erroneous interpretations. This article presents the results of a qualitative analysis of Abdullah al-Ghumari's thoughts in his book Bida'u at-tafsir regarding the causes of errors in the interpretation of the Qur’an, especially those related to reason or reason.
