<![CDATA[This research aims to find out the theory of organizing, selecting personnel and educational curriculum in the hadith perspective. This journal uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. Organization and organizing are two things that are interconnected, if the organization is likened to a container, then organizing is the organism that makes it live. Organizing is the second step in organizational management after planning. Careful planning will not run perfectly, without anyone running and moving, without clarifying the work and who will do it. Therefore it is very important in an organization a personal selection mechanism. Personnel or members of the organization will be very influential in the process of moving the wheels of the organization. In the implementation of the Education Curriculum, it is very necessary to have organizational management and personal / organizational actors who are in line between the character and vision-mission of the organization so that the expected educational goals are achieved. The organization of a good education curriculum results in a good organizational form, starting from the work system, structure, resources to other aspects. This study will discuss organizing, selecting personal and educational curriculum in depth examined from the perspective of the Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to find character and characterization, also character’s development to contribution vocabulary mastery in “Zootopia” movie. the writer implemented a descriptive qualitative method to a analyze character, characterization, and character’s development which are supported by theory and various sources literatures and documents. The first purpose of this study was to find character and characterization, while the finding revealed that there are three important character which are Judy, Nick, and Bellwether. Where Judy has respect, responsibility, fairness, tolerance, wisdom, help each other, and confidence. Then Nick has cunning respect, sympathy, support. While Bellwether has manipulative, high IQ, master strategist. The second purpose was to elaborate the character development, where Judy is from coward to brave, underestimated to reliable, weak to strong. Then Nick is from cunning and sly to trustworthy and helpful, while Bellwether is from unappaciated to powerful, and helpful to betrayal. The third purpose was to present that “Zootopia” movie can contributing in vocabulary mastery, especially using movie as teaching material creates fun atmosphere to motivate the student, so they can improve vocabulary learning efficiently. In the end. the writer expected that this study can be reference in vocabulary mastery.]]>

<![CDATA[Leadership in Islam is a great responsibility that requires trustworthiness, accountability, and professionalism. This article discusses the concept of ideal leadership in Islam based on the perspective of educational management hadith. Through a qualitative approach and literature study, this research reveals that ideal leadership in Islam emphasizes strong moral and spiritual character. This article also discusses how these leadership principles can be applied in educational management to create an effective, fair, and spiritually-oriented system. The conclusion of this research is that ideal leadership has a significant influence on educational success, and therefore leaders in education must understand and implement Islamic leadership principles.]]>

<![CDATA[This article discusses the controlling function in management with an Islamic approach. The research method used is a literature study with descriptive analysis of primary sources in the Qur'an, hadith, and Islamic management and education literature. This research aims to identify the concept of controlling in the Islamic perspective and its application in Islamic education. The results show that controlling in Islam includes not only evaluation of work results but also spiritual responsibility. The discussion outlines the implementation of Islamic values-based controlling that involves performance evaluation, comparison with standards, and corrective action that takes into account the moral and spiritual dimensions. This implementation can increase blessings and effectiveness in Islamic educational institutions.]]>

<![CDATA[This study discusses job analysis which is a crucial element in human resource management. Job analysis is a process of systematically and comprehensively reviewing and collecting information about the duties, obligations, and responsibilities of employees in an organization, company, or school. Job analysis is important to understand the duties and responsibilities of employees in achieving goals. Job analysis is one of the functions of human resource management. If managers implement this, then the management of the organization that relies on hard numbers will gradually shift towards a healthy organizational climate and rely on the work responsibilities of each employee. This study includes the definition of HR job analysis, the purpose of job analysis, aspects of job analysis and the stages in making a job analysis. The results of the job analysis show that a clear understanding of duties and responsibilities can increase motivation, job satisfaction, and overall performance of educators. And most importantly, the results of the job analysis must be accurate and neatly recorded to be used as a reference in the next human resource management process. Job analysis is carried out in the human resource management planning process. The results can then be used in decision making throughout the entire human resource management process.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine and analyze the impact of accounting digitalization on operational efficiency and cost reduction in MSME entrepreneurial firms in Makassar City. A quantitative method was employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 MSMEs in the city. The collected data were analyzed using statistical software to assess the relationship between the variables: accounting digitalization, operational efficiency, and cost reduction. The findings reveal that (1) accounting digitalization significantly influences the operational efficiency of MSMEs; and (2) accounting digitalization also significantly impacts cost reduction in MSMEs' operations. These results indicate that implementing digital accounting systems can help MSMEs enhance operational effectiveness and reduce costs, which are crucial for their competitiveness and business sustainability. This study contributes to (1) the development of knowledge in the field of digital accounting and offers practical insights for MSMEs to leverage technology in optimizing their financial processes; (2) providing a basis for government policies or programs aimed at supporting the digital transformation of MSMEs, particularly in the accounting sector; and (3) improving performance and competitiveness in an increasingly competitive market.]]>

<![CDATA[Honeynet telah menjadi salah satu alat utama dalam mendeteksi, menganalisis, dan memitigasi ancaman siber yang semakin kompleks. Seiring dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi dan meningkatnya serangan siber, inovasi dan tren terkini dalam teknologi honeynet menjadi kebutuhan penting untuk meningkatkan efektivitas deteksi ancaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan membandingkan metode serta teknologi terbaru yang digunakan dalam implementasi honeynet, dengan fokus pada efektivitas, efisiensi, dan keandalannya dalam mendeteksi ancaman siber. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mencakup studi literatur, analisis komparatif, dan uji eksperimental pada berbagai implementasi honeynet, termasuk high-interaction, low-interaction, dan virtual honeynet. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif untuk mengevaluasi performa teknologi berdasarkan parameter seperti tingkat deteksi, efisiensi sumber daya, dan kemampuan menangkap data forensik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI) dan pembelajaran mesin (ML) dalam honeynet memberikan peningkatan signifikan pada tingkat deteksi serangan siber, khususnya terhadap ancaman zero-day dan serangan berbasis IoT. Selain itu, tren penggunaan containerization untuk implementasi honeynet menawarkan efisiensi sumber daya yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan virtualisasi tradisional. Kesimpulannya, inovasi dalam teknologi honeynet, terutama yang melibatkan AI dan containerization, memiliki potensi besar untuk memperkuat sistem keamanan siber modern. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pengembangan dan implementasi honeynet di berbagai sektor yang rentan terhadap ancaman siber.]]>

<![CDATA[The low level of health literacy has a negative impact on health behaviors and health status. This study aims to determine the relationship between health services, health information, and infrastructure with the health literacy of pregnant women. This research is an analytical observational study with a cross-sectional approach, where dependent and independent variables are observed simultaneously. The population consists of 46 pregnant women who visited BPM W.L. Yustini in December 2023 using total sampling technique. Data were processed using computerization and analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis using the Chi-square test. The results showed that the majority of respondents (71.7%) had poor health literacy, the majority (82.6%) received inadequate health services, some (56.5%) received inadequate health information, and the majority (80.4%) had incomplete facilities and infrastructure. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between health services, health information, infrastructure, and the health literacy of pregnant women (p value= 0.031; p value= 0.011; p value= 0.009).]]>

<![CDATA[Diseases that can damage tawhid in Islam. Using qualitative research methods by applying literature studies, with data sources from literature both from books and journal articles related to the meaning of tawhid and diseases of tawhid in Islam. Shows that tawhid is a firm belief that there is no God but Allah and is the basis of aqidah, which means something that is believed by the heart. Tawhid prioritizes the oneness of Allah as explained in Surah Al-Ikhlas. Tawheed can be disturbed and even damaged by various diseases such as shirk, kufr, nifak, riya, bid'ah, apostasy, superstition, and khurafat, all of which damage the belief and purity of faith.
