Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Apron Movement Control (AMC) Unit's supervision at Raja Haji Fisabilillah Airport in Tanjungpinang in maintaining security within the apron area. The AMC Unit is responsible for overseeing aircraft movements, vehicles, and personnel in the airside area, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of flights. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, gathering data through observations, interviews, and documentation review. The findings indicate that the supervision conducted by the AMC Unit has not been optimal. Several challenges were identified, including a shortage of personnel, limited facilities, and insufficient monitoring of vehicles and personnel within the apron area. Additionally, the existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) were not fully followed, particularly concerning the use of personal protective equipment by ground handling staff. To enhance the effectiveness of the supervision, recommendations include increasing the number of AMC personnel, improving supervision facilities, and separating the garbarata (jet bridge) service from apron supervision functions. This research is expected to serve as a reference for airport management in enhancing safety and security in the airside area.

Abstract

This study aims to further analyze the role of the Holy Spirit in the transformation of Christian life, with a particular focus on Charismatic theology, referencing Romans 8:9. In the context of Charismatic theology, the Holy Spirit is seen as the primary agent responsible for spiritual renewal and the development of Christian character. Romans 8:9 emphasizes the importance of living in the Spirit rather than in the flesh, which forms the foundation for understanding true life transformation. This study uses a qualitative approach with textual analysis to explore the experiences of individuals and communities involved in the Charismatic movement. The findings show that the experience of the presence and power of the Holy Spirit leads to significant changes in daily life, including moral, social, and spiritual aspects. Moreover, these findings highlight how Charismatic experiences encourage engagement in church missions and social services, creating a positive impact on society. This research is expected to contribute to a deeper understanding of the role of the Holy Spirit in Charismatic theology and its implications for contemporary Christian life.

Abstract

In the United Nation of Republic of Indonesia the highest authorization holder is center government, but geographics of Republic of Indonesia is very large and divided into islands and archipelegoes and large and small regions so in running authorization, center government obliges to give part of its authority to regions, in order to manage each region. It is called decentralization or Region Authonomy. The principle of Republic of Indonesia can not be separated with principle of Region Authonomy, it includes in section I verse I Undang Undang Dasar 1945 and its and section 18 amandement, therefore Region Authonomy is subsystem of Republic of Indonesia Authorization system. If it looked from Organization of Region Authonomy in Indonesia has organized since Freedom of Indonesia, and it happened before Indonesia Freedom, Holland and Japan have done Region Authonomy version Colonial, so it is impossible if Region Authonomy in Indonesia must be maintained and develops up to now.

Abstract

This paper discusses the doctrine of God within the context of Christian theology, exploring important aspects such as definitions, the names of God in the Old and New Testaments, and denials of His existence. The research aims to provide a deeper understanding of the nature and role of God in human life. Additionally, the paper explores secular theories that attempt to explain God's existence, as well as biblical evidence supporting the belief in His existence. Through a theological approach and critical analysis, this paper is expected to serve as a reference for students, academics, and practitioners in understanding effective conflict management in a religious context. By gaining a better understanding of the doctrine of God, it is hoped that readers can apply these values in their daily lives to create harmony and peace in social interactions.

Abstract

Doctrine of humanity and sin within the context of Christian theology. It explains the creation of humans in the image of God, the fall into sin, and the consequences for the relationship between humanity and God. Sin, as a violation of God's law, not only has spiritual repercussions by separating humans from God but also results in social consequences that damage interpersonal relationships. Furthermore, this paper emphasizes the importance of understanding original sin and personal sin, which underline the necessity of redemption through Jesus Christ. The role of Jesus in sin atonement is central to restoring the relationship between humanity and God. Through His sacrifice, believers are given hope to live in victory over sin and experience life transformation. This paper aims to provide a deeper understanding of human conditions, the impact of sin, and the need for God's grace.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the use of the reading corner program in increasing interest in reading and the obstacles to its use at SDN 14 Trans Sabung. This research uses a qualitative approach and the type of research used is descriptive. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Then the data analysis techniques used in this research are data reduction, data display/data presentation and drawing conclusions. Techniques for checking the validity of research data use: triangulation and member check. The results of this research show that: (1) Using reading corners to increase reading interest in class III students at SDN 14 Trans Sabung, namely (a) Creating reading corners in each class. (b) Organize and manage the class reading corner by the homeroom teacher and all students in the class. (c) The homeroom teacher always updates the collection of reading books in the reading corner once a month to ensure that students do not get bored with the existing reading books. (d) There is a collection list and a list of reading recaps for the class reading corner. (e) Utilizing the reading corner during class hours, namely with subjects that require students to read simply by taking a reading book from the reading corner. (f) There are activities for students to read independently using the class reading corner by taking advantage of school break time. (2) The obstacles experienced by teachers in using the reading corner to increase interest in reading for class III students at SDN 14 Trans Sabung are: (a) Lack of budget for the creation of a reading corner. (b) Lack of special time for reading by students in the class reading corner. (c) Lack of parental contribution in creating a reading corner. (d) The books available in the reading corner are still incomplete. (e) The teacher's role is not optimal in facilitating the reading corner. (f) Lack of student enthusiasm in reading. (3) the results of using the reading corner in increasing interest in reading for class III students at SDN 14 Tran Sabung, namely: (1) increasing the frequency of students' reading, (2) increasing students' reading skills, (3) increasing the school's quality scores in the field of literacy.

Abstract

This thesis discusses the principal's supervision in improving the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers at SMP Negeri 5 Semparuk. This study has three research objectives, including the following; First, to determine the principal's supervision of the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers at SMP Negeri 5 Semparuk in improving Islamic Religious Education learning in 2023/2024. Second, to determine the role of the principal of SMP Negeri 5 Semparuk in improving Islamic Religious Education learning in 2023/2024. Third, to determine the implementation of Islamic Religious Education teachers at SMP Negeri 5 Semparuk in improving Islamic Religious Education learning. This type of research is qualitative research. There are three types of data collection techniques in this study, namely: Observation, Interviews, and Documentation. While the data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, verification and drawing conclusions. Then the data validity checking technique used is triangulation, triangulation and member check. The results of the study are: First, the principal's supervision of the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers at SMPN 5 Semparuk in improving Islamic Religious Education learning, namely in the following ways: 1) improving the facilities and infrastructure in the school so as to make teachers and students comfortable in carrying out the teaching and learning process so that the teaching and learning process can be more effective and efficient. 2) supervising the learning process during supervision so that it can improve teacher performance. Second, supervising the performance of teachers who are not good in carrying out the teaching and learning process and also providing input to teachers to improve teaching in delivering material to students. Third, 1) in implementing learning, Islamic Religious Education teachers use methods and approaches in the learning process so that the learning process will be effective. 2) after the learning process there will always be an evaluation to improve the understanding that students have received during the learning process.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and describe: 1) Implementation of the independent curriculum in Islamic Religious Education subjects in class 7 of SMP Negeri 5 Semparuk for the 2023-2024 academic year; 2) Problems with implementing the independent curriculum by Islamic Religious Education subject teachers in class 7 of SMP Negeri 5 Semparuk for the 2023-2024 academic year; 3) Solution to the problem of implementing the independent curriculum by Islamic Religious Education teachers in class 7 of SMP Negeri 5 Semparuk for the 2023-2024 academic year. The approach used is qualitative with a descriptive type. The data source was continued with purposive sampling. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis is carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Data validity uses source triangulation and member checks. Based on the analysis carried out, the research results show that; 1) the implementation of the independent curriculum in the subject of Islamic Religious Education in class 7 of SMP Negeri 5 Semparuk has gone well with the implementation of the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila carried out three times a year by raising three themes that have been determined by the government where the profile of Pancasila activities are carried out every two weeks with implementation carried out with preliminary activities, core activities and closing activities. It has gone well where the initial, core and closing activities are as they should be. 2) teacher factors in implementing the independent curriculum in Islamic Religious Education subjects in class 7 of SMP Negeri 5 Semparuk, namely the lack of understanding of Islamic religious education teachers regarding the concept of the independent curriculum, difficulties in compiling teaching modules provided by the government that are modified according to the characteristics of students, as well as when analyzing learning outcomes and developing a flow of learning objectives based on 2 factors, namely internal factors and external factors. 3) Solutions carried out by teachers in facing the problems of implementing the independent curriculum in Islamic Religious Education subjects in class 7 of SMP Negeri 5 Semparuk by actively participating in MGMP activities and socialization of the independent curriculum.

Abstract

This research is titled "Christian Mission in the Postmodern Era: The Challenge of Relativism and Theological Responses to the Proclamation of the Gospel" aims to explore the challenges faced by the church in the context of mission amid social and cultural changes characterized by postmodern thinking. The postmodern era emphasizes relativism, where truth is considered subjective and bound to individual experience, leading to questioning and rejection of the absolute truth claims found in Christian teachings. Through a literature review, this study analyzes the dynamics of relativism and its implications for how the church proclaims the Gospel. Additionally, this research examines the appropriate theological responses to address these challenges, including the importance of contextualizing the proclamation of the Gospel, relational approaches, and interfaith dialogue. This study emphasizes that the church must develop mission strategies that are relevant and responsive to societal needs without compromising biblical truth. The findings of this research are expected to provide insights and recommendations that will be beneficial for the church and mission organizations in formulating effective approaches to reach postmodern society with an authentic and transformational message of the Gospel. Thus, this research contributes to the development of Christian missiology that is relevant in the context of a constantly changing era.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to reveal: 1) The form of the School Literacy Movement (GLS) among VAA class students at SD Negeri 20 Kampung Lorong for the 2023-2024 academic year; 2) Stages of the School Literacy Movement (GLS) for class VA students at SD Negeri 20 Kampung Lorong for the 2023-2024 academic year; 3) Supporting and inhibiting factors for the School Literacy Movement (GLS) among class VA students at SD Negeri 20 Kampung Lorong for the 2023-2024 academic year. This research technique uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological type of research. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and data conclusion. The results of the research show that the form of the School Literacy Movement at SD Negeri 20 Kampung Lorong 2022-2023 is in the form of a daily literacy movement and a weekly literacy movement. The daily literacy movement is carried out in the classroom using textbooks (Theme), while the weekly literacy movement is carried out outside the classroom, namely in the school library using non-textbooks or story books. The stages of implementing the School Literacy Movement at SD Negeri 20 Lorong village for the 2022-2023 academic year are the habituation stage, development stage and learning stage. These stages really help the process of school literacy activities, by following these three stages so that the School Literacy Movement program is implemented well. The supporting and inhibiting factors for the School Literacy Movement at SD Negeri 20 Kampung Lorong in improving students' reading abilities for the 2022-2023 academic year are as follows: a) Supporting factors, namely, facilities and infrastructure, reading materials. b) Factors inhibiting the literacy movement are, literacy habits are not yet a priority for students, a lack of reading books or reading resources, and activities that require concentration so that students get bored easily.
