Abstract

Napallicin Village is one of the underdeveloped villages located at the end of North Musi Rawas Regency with access only by one land access route, Tanah Merah, which takes ±4-5 hours. In addition to difficult access, the community's economy is still below the minimum wage and there is also no internet network that functions to upgrade knowledge. Based on the results of observations and interviews with the village head and the people of Napallicin Village, it is known that education in this village is categorized as low because 85% of the community, especially teenagers and the elderly, are illiterate because they do not go to school and the highest is only elementary school graduates. The low level of parental education, of course, affects the motivation to go to a further level. This problem is exacerbated by the fact that the educators who teach in schools are not in accordance with their competence and also the number is still very minimal. This certainly has an impact on the lack of literacy skills of children, adolescents and the elderly. Therefore, one of the solutions offered is "Umah Macuy" as a Center of Learning for Disadvantaged Communities in Napallicin Village, Ulu Rawas District, North Musi Rawas Regency". The objectives of this activity are 1) to improve literacy skills among children, adolescents and the elderly; and 2) the establishment of 5 literacy corners as centers of learning. The methods used are socialization, implementation, and evaluation. The result of this activity is that there is an increase in literacy skills, especially for the elderly in Napallicin Village. This increase can be seen from the literacy skills which were initially still lacking, which has increased in view of the results of the autobiography that was made. The conclusion that can be drawn is that the presence of Umah Macuy can be a means to help improve the literacy skills of the disadvantaged people of Napallicin Village.

Abstract

In Bogor Regency, stunting cases have decreased in 2021 to 9.89% with a target of 2023, Bogor Regency is Stunting Free. However, in Mekarsari Village there were still 27 stunted children. Mekarsari village has a population of 6,392 people with a maximum education level of high school. In 2021 there are 1,713 people who have not found work, causing low awareness of health and the family economy. This results in inadequate family nutrition and stunting in children. In this community service, activities were carried out with assisting cadre mothers using the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method and socialization by providing education about stunting toddlers. The implementation of this community service activity aims to further increase the knowledge of the Facilitating Cadres about toddler stunting in the village of Mekarsari, Bogor. Socialization and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) Activities for Stunting Toddlers with Assisting Cadres in Mekarsari Rancabungur Village Village, Bogor went well from the permitting stage to implementation and reporting. The interactive and cooperative response and enthusiasm of the FGD participants is an indicator of successful implementation.

Abstract

Based on the analysis of the situation, the problem faced by the community is a lack of knowledge about Government Regulation No. 55 of 2022 concerning final tax for UMKM with a sales turnover below Rp. 4,800,000,00.00. Therefore the Community Service team intends to provide outreach and assistance to Government Regulation no. 55 of 2022 for UMKM taxpayers to increase tax compliance. The implementation method used in this community service activity is the mentoring method through home visits, interviews and discussions. the Community Service team has the type of expertise that suits the needs of partners, namely taxation and accounting. Thus, with expertise that is in accordance with the needs of partners, it makes it easy for business owners as taxpayers who are registered at the Gayamsari Semarang KPP. The impact is that taxpayers can carry out tax obligations through an understanding of knowledge about the benefits of taxation for the community and the creation of taxpayer compliance in making payments and reporting periodic and annual tax returns.

Abstract

This activity aims to implement the Tri Darma of Higher Education, as well as assist teachers at the Budi Agung Vocational High School in the field of Entrepreneurship studies in making websites for free using Google Sites, to improve the results of entrepreneurship activities taught to students so they can promote them online free of charge Hosting and Domian, because creating a website requires a high cost, especially for educational activities, with this training teachers can increase their knowledge in managing marketing content so they can compete in the digital era as promotional and marketing materials.

Abstract

School as an educational institution and is a means in order to achieve these educational goals. The purpose of this study was to determine Individual Counseling for Children Who Have Learning Delays in Nagari Batang Arah Tapan. The approach in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, diagnostic tests and documentation. The problems obtained during the observation were class II and III students at SDN 08 Pasar 60 Nagari Batang Arah Tapan, namely delays in learning in the form of students who could not read and had difficulty recognizing letters of the alphabet. Therefore individual guidance and counseling services require observation, documentation and diagnostic tests in increasing students' learning knowledge at SDN 08 Pasar 60 Nagari Batang Arah Tapan, guidance and counseling teachers are able to become supervisors, mentors, and controllers.

Abstract

Interest in learning the Quran in children and adolescents is important to be developed to ensure their love for religion and increase their spiritual understanding. This article aims to find out what causes low interest in learning the Koran in children and find solutions to increase interest in learning the Koran in children in Nagari Batang Arah Tapan. This research was conducted by interview method and direct observation at TPQ in Nagari Batang Arah Tapan. There are several factors found, namely internal factors and external factors. The findings of this study are expected to provide insights and guidelines for parents, teachers, and the community in Nagari Batang Arah Tapan to increase children's interest in learning the Koran.

Abstract

Stunting is a developmental disorder experienced by children due to malnutrition, repeated infections, and inadequate psychosocial stimulation. several factors that influence the incidence of lack of access to nutritious food, low intake of vitamins, minerals, and sources of animal protein, lack of health facilities and clean water sources. This service uses the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) Method or Participatory Understanding of Rural Conditions, which is an approach and method that allows the community to jointly analyze life's problems in order to formulate real plans and policies. from this dedication it is known that only 1 toddler was affected by stunting in Nagari Batang Arah Named Saka Septria Age 1 Year. Stutting children are already under the supervision of the Community Empowerment Service and the Population Control Village for Family Planning.

Abstract

The Islamic Festival of Musabaqah Tilawatil Quran has become an important part of the Indonesian National Calendar. At IAIN Kerinci, Kukerta students organize the Musabaqah Tilawatil Quran in the Nagari Batang Arah Tapan, aiming to instill Islamic values in the younger generation. This event takes place at the Jamiatul Bilad Mosque in Nagari Batang Arah Tapan and involves children and teenagers. The competition includes contests for teenage recitation, call to prayer, pildacil, memorization of Juz Amma, tartil, funeral prayer, as well as a fashion show featuring Muslim attire. The participants' positive responses reflect their exceptional enthusiasm, which can help enhance their skills and self-confidence. This activity not only provides an opportunity for achievement but also encourages religious development through the innovations it brings forth.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide provisions to women, especially housewives, through training in the skills of making patchwork dolls. With these skills, it is hoped that women can be empowered by utilizing their existing potential. This community service was carried out in Kelurahan Sekargadung, Kecamatan Purworejo, Kota Pasuruan. The training participants are housewives who live in Kelurahan Sekargadung. The method of this activity consists of preparation, implementation and evaluation. The results of this training show that: 1) participants have the motivation to take part in the training, this can be seen in the percentage of attendance of  90%. The second benefit of this activity is 2) participants understand that patchwork has a sale value when it is processed and created. This can be seen from the evaluation results regarding the understanding of the manufacturing process, tools and materials for dolls made of patchwork. In addition, 3) participants have the knowledge and skills to make dolls from patchwork and minimize waste from patchwork. Based on this training activity, it can be concluded that making patchwork dolls can be used as one of the activities for empowering women in Kelurahan Sekargadun, Kecamatan Purworejo, Kota Pasuruan.

Abstract

The connecting media between one device and another is the Internet, in this era the internet cannot be separated anymore in the student learning process, including students of SMK XYZ Palembang. XYZ Palembang Vocational School is one of the Vocational Schools in Palembang. Computer and Network Engineering which is one of the majors at SMK XYZ Palembang which has adequate laboratory facilities which of course can be used to make case studies of computer networks that are suitable for use in the world of work and industry. The use of network laboratories is currently only intended for educational purposes based on a predetermined curriculum. Having the ability or concentration makes added value for someone in getting a job. One of the skills needed is the configuration of a computer network. The need for knowledge of proxy configurations to be ready to enter the world of work, so held training on Implementation of Internet Connection Sharing Using Mikrotik for SMK XYZ Palembang students. The result is 79.17% of service participants have understood the material that has been presented, which means that this activity has gone well.
