Abstract

The rapid increase in the use of digital technology has had a significant impact in the world of marketing, especially on a home industry business scale. This PKM aims to investigate the effect of introducing digital marketing and implementing innovation on increasing business income for home industry products. Through qualitative and quantitative research methods, we collect data from home industry business owners who have adopted digital marketing strategies and implemented innovations in their products. Introduction of digital marketing, including the use of social media, e-commerce platforms, and other online marketing techniques, has a positive impact on product visibility and increasing the number of customers. In addition, product innovations such as attractive designs, environmentally friendly packaging, and improving product quality also contribute significantly to increasing competitiveness and customer satisfaction. These findings provide valuable insight for home industry business owners and marketing practitioners regarding the positive potential of integrating digital marketing and product innovation. Therefore, business actors in the home industry sector are advised to adopt a holistic approach, combining smart digital marketing strategies with continuous product innovation, to achieve sustainable income increases and increase competitiveness in an increasingly changing market.

Abstract

Choking is a condition where there is a foreign object block somewhere between upper respiratory tract and trachea. The blockage can be total or partial. Blockage in the respiratory tract will result in a decrease in oxygen entering the lungs. This will disrupt cellular oxygenation levels, leading to death. This Community Service activity is aimed at providing additional knowledge about the emergency of choking and its treatment. It is hoped that the community can treat choking incidents as quickly as possible or refer to health centers immediately to reduce morbidity and mortality rates. The activity took place at Trisakti Nagrak campus, Ciangsana village, Gunung Putri sub-district, Bogor, on December 3, 2023. This session was conducted through presentation, watching video, simulation and hands on mannequins,  and ended with a question and answer session. Participants were given pre-test  questions before session to assess the basic  knowledge among participants.

Abstract

In this community service project, the primary partner of focus is an internet company. The issue that the partner is facing is related to the inefficient billing of WiFi services to consumers. The form of community service to be carried out is the development of a WhatsApp Bot-based WiFi billing system. This community service aims to develop a WhatsApp Bot-based solution that can enhance billing processes for CV. Megadata's consumers. Therefore, this community service project will involve designing and implementing a WhatsApp Bot-based system that facilitates WiFi billing. By leveraging the popular and user-friendly WhatsApp communication platform, this training will equip WiFi service providers with the skills to implement a billing system that allows customers to make payments, ask questions, and receive notifications more conveniently through WhatsApp. The training will also address integration with existing billing systems, the use of artificial intelligence to manage customer requests, and conducting an analysis of the impact on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. It is expected that this training will provide WiFi service providers with a strong understanding of how to optimize their billing systems, reduce administrative costs, and enhance the customer experience. This will support their business growth in the ever-evolving digital era by offering innovative and more efficient solutions for managing WiFi services and interacting with customers. In conclusion, this community service project has provided significant benefits to CV. Megadata in enhancing the quality of billing for its consumers. Consequently, CV. Megadata can continue to adapt to technological advancements and sustainably improve consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Micro, small and MSE enterprises (MSEs) are one of the drivers of the Indonesian economy. One of the cities with a relatively high percentage of MSEs is Cimahi City in West Java. According to the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs, the number of SMEs reached around 99.8% in 2019, and the proportion of medium and large enterprises reached around 0.11%. The MSME sector also contributes significantly to employment, absorbing around 84% of the total Indonesian workforce. To improve the economy, the Cimahi City Government has implemented several programs that can improve the economy of the community, especially the people of Cimahi City. One of the obstacles faced by MSEs is the ability to compete in determining selling prices. Relevant costs are future costs that differ among alternatives and have a relationship with opportunity costs, where differential costs are various cost differences among a number of alternative choices that can be used by MSEs. Errors in conducting analysis result in higher production costs and reduce MSE profits. This condition can be understood because they only consider internal direct costs which are costs attached to products in MSEs only. With this condition, the community service team of the Faculty of Economics and Business of Telkom University hold activities aimed at MSEs in the Cimahi area, and focus on how to identify relevant activities and costs so as to increase calculation accuracy which will provide a competitive advantage in the form of increasing MSE profits.

Abstract

Pesanggrahan sub-district, South Jakarta, is the South Jakarta administrative office which provides services to the Pesanggrahan community. In his duties, he provides many services to the community, including population data, processing family cards and birth certificates and other permits. The duties of sub-district employees are many and involve a lot of data. Of course it has its own level of difficulty. So to process this data, an application that is reliable in handling data is needed. Office automation-based software is software that is reliable in handling data, both in the form of documents and data processing using Microsoft Excel. The use of computer-based office automation also requires separate training so that sub-district officers become familiar with the software so that it can be put to good use in their field of work.

Abstract

Koperasi Simpan Pinjam adalah lembaga non bank yang memberikan layanan simpan dan pinjam kepada anggota. Dasar hukum tentang koperasi simpan pinjam terdapat pada Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (POJK) Nomor 5 tahun 2014 tentang Penyelenggaraan Usaha Lembaga Keuangan Mikro. Koperasi Kebal Al Muttaqien merupakan Koperasi Simpan Pinjam yang berdiri sejak bulan Desember 2018 di Kota Bandung; dan pada tahun 2020 memiliki anggota sebanyak 600 orang. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh koperasi ini adalah proses bisnis simpan pinjam yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Dampak hal tersebut adalah layanan yang diberikan kepada anggota kurang maksimal karena memerlukan waktu yang lama. Untuk mengatasi masalah diatas, kami mengembangkan digitalisasi proses simpan pinjam online pada koperasi tersebut sehingga pengajuan maupun persetujuan kredit kepada anggotanya dapat dilakukan lebih cepat, kapan saja dan dimana saja. Digitalisasi yang kami usulkan adalah pengembangan aplikasi berbasis website yang memuat seluruh proses simpan dan pinjam di koperasi tersebut. Kuisioner tentang Feedback kegiatan telah kami sebar ke pengurus dan anggota koperasi tersebut. Hasil yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pengmas ini sangat baik dengan range score feedback 4. Persentase jumlah setuju dan sangat setuju terhadap hasil kegiatan adalah sebesar 100%.

Abstract

Public concern for environmental preservation is increasingly worrying. The community's insensitivity by carrying out illegal logging, illegal harvesting of natural products, and continuous littering of waste triggers floods, landslides, and climate change. The importance of preserving nature is the duty and responsibility of all of us. Due to natural disasters, they can disrupt community activities which then have an impact on the surrounding economy. Green Entrepreneurship is a series of activities to solve environmental or social problems through innovative creative ideas that have a positive impact on the environment and social life of the community. This counseling and training is aimed at opening the training participants' insight into green entrepreneurship and its contribution to improving the economy of the community, namely the community in Ceguk village. This outreach and training on green entrepreneurship produces community groups that play an important role in contributing to creating a friendly environment and creating waste banks to reduce the accumulation of waste in rivers.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service program is to give positive activities to children in Jetisharjo, RT 25/RW 06, Cokrodiningratan, Yogyakarta by teaching them to pronounce English words through the drilling method.  The method used in this community service program is a demonstration. This activity is carried out by teaching the children to pronounce English words, phrases, or sentences repeatedly until they can pronounce them correctly. The results of this community service activity show that children's ability to pronounce English vocabulary has increased rapidly using the drilling method. Furthermore, through this community service program, they have more confidence in pronouncing English words and sentences.

Abstract

The Ta'lim Council is a forum that is a place for gathering and studying for people who want to deepen the teachings of the Islamic religion and also as a means of preaching and religious teaching. The Hidayatul Mubtadi'in Ta'lim Council is located at RT 001 / RW 015, Karang Tengah sub-district, Tangerang City. One of the visions to be achieved is to create a generation of Moeslems who are faithful and devout (IMTAQ) and knowledgeable about science and technology (IPTEK), as well as maximizing the potential that exists in the members of the ta'lim assembly and making the members of the ta'lim become creative and independent. To achieve this vision, it is necessary to organize training, counseling and provide insight related to organizational document management. Organizational document management takes the form of archiving and creating correspondence documents related to the tasks and activities carried out by the The Hidayatul Mubtadi'in Ta'lim Council. In order for the document management process to run well, human resources are needed who have adequate knowledge and expertise regarding document administration. The limited number of human resources who understand document management is an obstacle for the Hidayatul Mubtadi' Ta'lim Council. in. Based on the conditions above, we intend to hold community service activities at the Hidayatul Mubtadi'in Ta'lim Council in the form of training in the use of Office applications (Word, Excel and Powerpoint). The method used in this community service activity is the Participatory Action Learning System (PALS), where participants are given direct training to solve existing problems. The method used for data collection is direct observation (observation) and interviews with partners. The final result of this activity is participants gain knowledge and experience in using information technology to support activities in the ta'lim assembly.

Abstract

This dedication aims to help address employment issues in Muyoarjo Village, Lawanf District, Malang Regency through a simulated implementation of the SIAPkerja Village model. This model is tailored to the characteristics and potential of the Natural Resources (SDA) and Human Resources (SDM) available in the village. Through the mapping process, it was revealed that the village has potential in the agricultural and tourism sectors that can be optimized. Additionally, the human resources in the village also have the potential to apply the SIAPkerja Village model as an alternative to enhance job opportunities among the local community. The SIAPkerja Village program is designed based on the needs and potentials present in the village. The program consists of four scenarios reflecting current employment conditions: 1) incompetent prospective workers with available job opportunities, 2) competent prospective workers with available job opportunities, 3) incompetent prospective workers with unavailable job opportunities, and 4) incompetent prospective workers with available job opportunities. The management of SIAPkerja Village falls under the responsibility of the village government in collaboration with relevant parties. The village government plays a role in supervising program implementation with support from the youth organization (karang taruna) and the village's POKDARWIS (Tourism Awareness and Environmental Care Group) as the implementers of the SIAPkerja Village program.
