Abstract

Current technological sophistication results in almost all activities related to the internet, including entertainment. Online games are part of the internet that are frequently visited and are very popular and can cause addiction that has a very high intensity. Because online games are one of the entertainment that teenagers really like to reduce fatigue and stress. If this activity is excessive it will result in addiction which has a negative impact on the lives of adolescents. Initially, online games served as entertainment to fill free time and reduce fatigue and stress. However, its function shifts into addiction if it is used excessively. The rise of online games has a negative effect if we are not wise in using these online game applications. Environmental conditions, in this case friends, are very influential on adolescents, this is because there are many games among adolescents, causing concern among parents about their children's learning achievements. Parents are worried that the more children are given access to use gadgets, the more likely children are to misuse gadgets to play online games. This service aims to find out and take the right steps to reduce online game addiction. Considering that online games are one of the entertainments that are much loved by all groups, especially teenagers, which can cause addiction. With the socialization of the negative impacts of online games carried out by the team of service lecturers, it is hoped that students will be able to control themselves when playing online games.

Abstract

This service activity aims to increase students' insight and motivation towards the importance of Information Technology (ICT), English, and the Environment at UPT SDN Wanakarta 1. Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM) were carried out for 5 meetings involving students from grade 1 to grade 6. The learning method used is learning while playing so that the material presented can be easily accepted by students. The results showed that the KBM conducted succeeded in increasing students' insight and motivation. This is shown by the results of the Pre-Test and Post-Test which show an increase in student understanding of ICT material by 88%, English by 90%, and Environment (animal names) by 100%. The success of this KBM is due to several factors, namely: (1) Selection of materials that are in accordance with the needs and interests of students, (2) Use of interesting and interactive learning methods and (3) Motivation and dedication of the presenters. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that KBM is an effective way to increase students' insight and motivation. Therefore, KBM needs to be continuously developed and implemented in other schools.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and interpret the Optimization of Public Services at the Ukui Dua Village Office and its determinant factors at the Ukui Dua Village Office, Ukui District, Pelalawan Regency. The aim of this research is to find out how to optimize public services at the Ukui Dua Village Office, Ukui District, Pelalawan Regency. This research uses a naturalistic (qualitative) approach. The informants used as data sources were determined using purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data collection techniques using interviews, observations and documents. Data analysis, namely interactive qualitative analysis with data analysis activities, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the research show that (1) Optimizing public services at the Ukui Dua Village Office regarding service procedures so that they are easier and simpler, namely by preparing SOPs for each activity or matter which contains the flow (start to finish, required conditions, completion time) in writing and can be easily read by the people served. Regarding the clarity and discipline of service officers, this is done by providing clearly the duties and functions of employees according to their position based on written job descriptions. For public services to be in accordance with the set time, cost and quality targets, this is done by following and adhering to the established SOPs and complying with the provisions regarding whether there is a policy of charging fees for the services provided, while services to the community are carried out by showing a friendly attitude, providing waiting room, seating/chairs for the public, even toilets, (2) The determining factors are the competency of service personnel, work motivation, work ethic and culture.

Abstract

Toyomarto Village in Singosari District, Malang has the potential to be developed as an integrated digital-based tourism destination. This community service activity aims to create synergies between tourism villages, communities, and other related institutions and stakeholders; improve the competence of human resources managing tourism villages; develop integrated education trip tour packages; and increase economic benefits for the wider community. Implementation of methods included FGDs and training of Pokdarwis and managers. The results achieved that the increasing of the capacity of tourism village managers in financial management and digital marketing; developing of integrated education trip tour packages; and increasing the cooperation between tourism stakeholders in Toyomarto Village. In conclusion, assistance in managing Toyomarto Tourism Village in an integrated manner can make this village a sustainable digital-based tourism village towards a global tourism village.

Abstract

Rapid progress in the world of education is influenced by technological developments so that it has an impact on the utilization of technology as a learning medium in the digital era. One of the digital learning media that is currently in demand is Augmented Reality (AR) based learning media using the Assemblr Edu Website. However, teachers at SDN Nguntoronadi 2 do not have the skills or abilities of Augmented Reality (AR) technology so they cannot create Augmented Reality-based learning media using the Assemblr Edu Website. Therefore, it is necessary to hold training to create Augmented Reality (AR) based learning media in improving teacher skills in the digital era using the Assemblr Edu Website. This community service activity aims to make teachers understand Augmented Reality (AR) technology, understand how to use and have the skills to make Augmented Reality (AR) based learning media using the Assemblr Edu Website. This community service activity uses a monological and dialogical approach. The participants who participated in this community service activity were 10 teachers at SDN Nguntoronadi 2. After the training, 90% of teachers have understood about Augmented Reality (AR) and how to use the Assemblr Edu Website and are able to create Augmented Reality (AR) based learning media using the website.

Abstract

Stroke is an emergency disease in the field of neurology. Stroke is acute and one of the highest causes of disability and death in various countries in the world. There has been an increase in the incidence of stroke in various countries. Stroke may occur due to risk factors. Stroke risk factors are divided into modifiable (hypertension, diabetes mellitus, smoking, dyslipidemia) and non-modifiable risk factors (age, gender, ethnicity). Based on the pathophysiology, stroke is divided into two, namely ischemic stroke (blockage) and hemorrhagic stroke (bleeding). Stroke symptoms are characterized by sudden neurological deficits. Examples of neurological deficits are mouth, mumbling, slurred speech, weakness on one side of the body, and numbness on one side of the body. This education aims to increase public knowledge about the risk factors and symptoms of stroke so that they can prevent disability and death as a result of stroke. The education method is to fill out a questionnaire by 30 participants before and after online education via Zoom video conference meeting. Education was held in Duren Sawit Subdistrict RT 002/04 because many residents had experienced strokes, some even had repeat ones. The results of the level of knowledge before education were 66.25% correct answers. The results of the level of knowledge after education were 71.88% correct answers. Based on the results above, it can be concluded that education could increase public knowledge.

Abstract

Community service represents a concrete initiative aimed at enhancing the well-being and competitiveness of collaborating partners. The rationale behind this community service initiative is to address challenges confronted by culinary traders, encompassing aspects such as business management, marketing, financial administration, and product development. The execution of community service endeavors is centered on empowering culinary traders in RW 026 Bojong Rawa Lumbu Village, Bekasi City, through entrepreneurship training facilitated by the Faculty, Staff, and Students of the Institute of Business and Communication Swadaya. The primary objective of this community service is to bolster the capacity of culinary traders in effectively managing their enterprises and fostering a positive influence on local economic development. The methodology employed in this community service entails training sessions and practical entrepreneurship exercises tailored for partner culinary traders. The outcomes of this service manifest in heightened sales turnover, contributing positively to both local economic development and the well-being of the culinary traders involved.

Abstract

The rise of Cyber ​​attacks on the Internet is increasingly worrying and causing more and more victims, because the public needs to be educated about the importance of Cyber ​​Security and the importance of maintaining the security of personal data, especially for PKBM INTAN students and the general public. It cannot be denied that today's increasingly rapid technological progress can open up various new opportunities in good things, but also bad things, the ease of accessing the internet for everyone is one of the positive things, meaning that the effects of technological progress can be felt by everyone. almost all people, but this can become a problem and develop as a bad thing if people do not understand the threat of cyber attacks or criminal attacks via the internet, one of the cyber attacks that is increasingly worrying at the moment is cyber attacks via Phishing. One of the impacts or effects of a Phishing attack is that it can cause leakage of our personal data. Seeing the problems faced by the general public and INTAN PKBM Students in particular, we of time Lecturer PKM Universitas would like to provide outreach to INTAN PKBM Students with the title: "The Importance of Cyber ​​Security Education to Protect the Security of Personal Data from Cyber ​​Phishing Attacks "For Students PKBM INTAN South Tangerang Selatan" to Support Making Final Project Proposals to Students PKBM Intan Tangerang Selatan”.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is very important for smoked fish producers to achieve their goals, so to run a business it is necessary to develop a marketing strategy. The method used to achieve the goal is socialization using participatory learning techniques and mentoring as well as direct practice in the field. This method places participants as both objects and subjects in the training process. The results of the evaluation of this activity were that participants gave a positive response, based on participants' comments which stated that the material provided was very beneficial, especially marketing activities, namely focusing on products, pricing, policies and promotional methods or what is known as Marketing Strategy. . In this way, you can build enthusiasm to advance your business and family.

Abstract

More than four million people die each year from respiratory problems, which also affect hundreds of millions more. This disease has detrimental effects on the family, society, and the health and well-being of the patient. especially those living in low- and middle-income countries, where people are daily exposed to indoor air pollution from solid fuels used for cooking and heating. The biggest significant risk factor for respiratory disease in high-income countries is tobacco use. WHO data for 2020 shows that Lower Respiratory Infection Disease and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease rank number 3 and 4, at 6.1% and 5.8% respectively. There are eight lung diseases that are a public health problem in Indonesia and are included in the scope of the Indonesian Ministry of Health's environmental health and disease control program, including Tuberculosis, Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI), Bronchial Asthma, Lung Disease, Chronic Obstructive, Lung Cancer, Air Pollution and Climate Change, Combating Smoking Problems, Emerging & New Emerging Diseases (including COVID-19). Since WHO declared the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020, Indonesia has carried out public interventions to stop the pandemic, including pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical actions (wearing masks, travel restrictions, closing schools, and postponing public events). Non-pharmaceutical interventions have a greater impact on infectious diseases than pharmaceutical interventions, despite the fact that pharmaceutical strategies can target specific organisms.
