Abstract

This community service was carried out with the title of Legal Counseling on the Special Regional Regulation of Papua Province Number 23 of 2008 Concerning the Customary Rights of Customary Law Communities and the Individual Rights of Customary Law Community Members to Land in Asei Besar Village, East Sentani District, Jayapura Regency, this activity was carried out for partners due to cases from partners regarding their lack of understanding regarding the resolution of customary land disputes based on applicable laws and regulations in order to obtain legal certainty and where the disputing parties do not want to give in or want to win alone so that with the expertise possessed by the servants, they can carry out legal counseling so that the disputing parties both win or achieve a win-win solution. The method of implementing this community service is carried out through lectures and discussions held on Saturday, August 30, 2025, which was held in Asei Besar Village, East Sentani District, Jayapura Regency by providing knowledge to partners regarding land dispute resolution in general there are two types, namely dispute resolution through Litigation and Non-Litigation to obtain legal certainty, this activity begins with preparation and coordination, then presentation of material on how to resolve customary land disputes based on applicable laws and regulations. The output of this community service is to provide an understanding to partners about how to resolve disputes through Non-Litigation channels along with the advantages and disadvantages of resolving these disputes and also provide legal assistance to partners to resolve cases related to customary land disputes.

Abstract

The socialization activity of Jamet Making Training (Corn Cemet) for Mrs. Pkk Nganjuk Regency, especially in Bareng Village, is a part of the population with a livelihood as corn farmers. The purpose of this activity is to increase economic independence and welfare and create jobs for PKK women in Bareng Village. because MSMEs have potential strengths that can be relied on in the future development base. The sustainable impact for the PKK Women of Bareng Village is that it can be used as a strategy to improve the community's economy and increase community productivity in processing food with high selling value.

Abstract

Software engineering training is important for Vocational High School (SMK) students in facing the challenges of the Skills Competency Examination (UKK) in the industrial era 4.0. The literature review implies a gap between vocational school curricula and industry demands, emphasizing the need for additional training to prepare students with relevant practical skills. Previous research shows that collaboration with industry and the use of effective learning methods can improve the UKK results of vocational school students.  There is a significant increase in students' knowledge absorption capacity after attending the training. The t-test value of -18.375 with a significance of 0.000 shows that the difference in absorption capacity before and after training is very statistically significant. This means that the training provided has been effective in increasing students' understanding of database programming concepts. The training program that has been implemented has achieved its main objectives. Namely improving students' abilities in understanding and applying database programming concepts.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effect of using pit lake water of Mekar Jaya Village with and without the addition of alum on the growth of kale plants in hydroponics. Observations were made every three days to measure plant height, leaf length, and number of leaves per plant, the results of which were presented in tables and line diagrams. The results showed that kale plants using water with alum experienced an average height increase of 2 cm, leaf length of 1-1.5 cm, and number of leaves of 1-4 strands every three days. In contrast, plants without alum showed growth of up to 5 cm in height, 0.4-0.5 cm in leaf length, and 1-2 leaves. Measurement of total plant weight showed that the growth of kale plants without alum was better than those with alum. These findings suggest that the use of alum in pit lake water is less effective in supporting the growth of kale plants in hydroponic systems.

Abstract

In today's increasingly advanced digital era, the use of the internet has become a very important part. Human life cannot be separated from the internet network. Because, the internet is a network system that can connect one device to another. In addition to computers, the internet can now also connect various gadgets and serve billions of users worldwide. The existence of the internet allows someone to search for the information they want. For example, looking for the latest news or accessing streaming services to watch their favorite drama series. However, the internet can have positive or negative impacts depending on the user. The internet has become a major component that supports the activities of modern society today. There are many impacts caused by children often accessing the internet, especially social media. This not only has positive but also negative impacts. For children who are able and understand the internet, they are more likely to use the internet positively, such as searching for information related to useful things such as the lessons they are studying. Meanwhile, one of the negative impacts is that children become addicted and spend a long time in cyberspace, looking for new things that are not appropriate for their age, even children access pornographic sites, cyberbullying and other negative impacts.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide an understanding of drinking water management in Pancoran Mas Village, Depok, West Java through socialization activities. The problem is that many people still do not know how to maintain clean water sources that are drinkable. The method of community service is the implementation of a pre-test before socialization and a post-test after socialization to determine the level of community understanding. The results of community service found that the community knows how to maintain clean water sources so that they are drinkable. This community service has a positive impact on the development of good habits in maintaining environmental cleanliness to maintain clean water sources so that they are drinkable.

Abstract

The high burden of tuberculosis (TB) in Indonesia is still a public health problem, including in West Jakarta. The role of public infrastructure and facilities (PPSU) officers in the field plays an important role in maintaining the cleanliness of the urban environment. They are a group that is vulnerable to exposure to infectious diseases such as TB. Appropriate education is needed to transform knowledge into real action in preventing TB, so it is necessary to improve knowledge and TB prevention actions in PPSU officers through educational intervention programs. The population of community service activities (PKM) are PPSU officers in West Jakarta, which is an area with a high incidence of TB. Education uses a socialization design through counseling related to TB, including transmission, symptoms, and prevention steps. Educational media using posters, brochures, and videos. Interactive training by providing simulations of TB prevention practices such as the use of masks and cough etiquette. The increase in participant knowledge is evaluated based on pre-test and post-test scores. Participants with good scores during the pre-test 24.6% became 87% in the post-test. The change in pre-test and post-test scores was significant with a p value <0.05. The educational intervention program was effective in increasing the capacity of PPSU as TB prevention agents in their work environment. The results indicate the importance of implementing similar programs continuously to maintain the health of field workers to strengthen TB awareness and preventive actions in high-risk areas.

Abstract

Most Muslims often make mistakes in applying waqaf signs in Al-Qur'an, resulting in an inability to maintain the correct flow and meaning of the text during recitation. Therefore, the aim of this Community Service (Abdimas) is to enhance community understanding and awareness in correctly applying waqaf signs in Al-Qur'an, particularly the one in Uthmani rasm. The method employed in the Abdimas was lecture-based method, involving direct interaction with the local community, specifically the congregation of Musholla Al-Jihad in Tajur Halang District. This method was supported by some stages including pre-preparation, planning, execution, and evaluation. The results demonstrated a significant improvement in understanding and positive responses from the congregation towards the structured learning modules. This program has not only succeeded in improving Qur'anic reading skills but also in fostering awareness of the importance of Tajwid literacy and waqaf signs among Muslims. The implication of this dissemination include serving as a model for similar programs that can strengthen the relationship between Abdimas activities and the community, enhancing the quality of their religious life in the future.

Abstract

Stunting is a serious health problem that has a long-term impact on the quality of human resources, especially in rural areas. This community service aims to increase the understanding of PKK and Posyandu cadres about stunting prevention through advertising and packaging education about simple nutritious food processing made from local ingredients. The method used is interactive socialization. This activity was carried out on December 18, 2024 in Bumisari Village, Natar District, South Lampung Regency. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of advertising and packaging. The cadres are committed to disseminating this information to the wider community. Continuous assistance is expected to make Bumisari Village a pilot for simple nutritious food processing products made from local ingredients with attractive packaging.

Abstract

Information technology is developing very rapidly. The development of information technology began with advances in the field of computerization. This development is based on the increasingly widespread use of information technology. In addition, it is supported by the development of various types of technological equipment and supporting applications. This has led to a significant technological shift from analog to digital technology, known as digitalization. Through digitalization, production processes can be accelerated, marketing or sales areas expanded, customer service improved, time efficiency, and so on. In order to create a creative generation, the concept of the creative industry must be instilled in the younger generation who are still receiving education. This aims to ensure that this generation will be able to think creatively when entering society and can help or even create jobs for the surrounding community. One of the young generations with the potential to become a creative generation is the Al Mansyuriyah Islamic Boarding School. To develop a creative young generation in the era of information technology development and digitalization, the Al Mansyuriyah Islamic Boarding School experiences limited knowledge about information systems and technology. This is what motivated us to carry out this community service to provide a presentation on Landing Page Training material for Creative Students. This community service program aims to enable students to express their creative ideas and utilize them according to their desires. The goal of this service activity is to provide insight into creating and utilizing landing pages as a creative tool that will ultimately benefit them and others. The output of this activity is a press release in local media and an unaccredited national journal.
