Abstract

Human Resources Scorecard (hRSC) is a method of measuring human resources in detail. This method measures the human resources of the four perspectives namely; financial, customer, operations and strategy. This article aims to measure the performance of employees with methods hRSC. Data obtained from the documentation and interviews and analyzed by hRSC from various perspectives. Kajin results showed that from the perspective of the financial performance of the employees KSPS BMT “X” in 2013 amounted to 2:17 (less categories) and in 2014 amounted to 3:17 (both categories). And from the perspective of customers in 2013 amounted to 3 (medium category) and in 2014 amounted to 3.79 (both categories). While operating perspective in 2013 amounted to 3:18 (medium category) and in 2014 by 4 (both categories). When the perspective of the strategy in the year 2013 by 3 (medium category) and in 2014 amounted to 3.88 (both categories). And comprehensively by looking at four hRSC overall perspective is generated, in the year 2013 by 3:01 (medium category) and in 2014 amounted to 3.85 (both categories).      Human Resources Scorecard (hRSC) merupakan sebuah metode  pengukuran  sumber  daya  manusia  secara  detail.  Metode ini mengukur sumber daya manusia dari empat perspektif yaitu; financial, pelanggan, operasi dan strategi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja karyawan dengan metode hRSC. Data diperoleh dari dokumentasi dan wawancara dan dianalisis dengan metode hRSC dari berbagai perspektifnya. hasil kajin menunjukkan bahwa dari perspektif financial kinerja karyawan KSPS BMT “X” tahun 2013 sebesar 2.17 (kategori kurang) dan tahun 2014 sebesar 3.17 (kategori baik). Dan dari perspektif pelanggan pada tahun 2013 sebesar 3 (kategori sedang) dan tahun 2014 sebesar 3.79 (kategori baik). Sedangkan perspektif operasi pada tahun 2013 sebesar 3.18 (kategori sedang) dan tahun 2014 sebesar 4 (kategori baik). Manakala perspektif strategi di tahun 2013 sebesar 3 (kategori sedang) dan tahun 2014 sebesar 3.88 (kategori baik). Dan secara komprehensif dengan melihat empat perspektif hRSC secara menyeluruh dihasilkan, pada tahun 2013 sebesar 3.01 (kategori sedang) dan tahun 2014 sebesar 3.85 (kategori baik).

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of Islamic work ethics and organizational culture on employee performance at Shari’ah Multifinance Lampung. The samples were done nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling method and then analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The result show that the application of Islamic work ethics positively influenced on employee performance. its known from the t test value (2.463) more than t table (2.040).  On the other hand, organizational culture negatively effected on employee performance. its known from the t test value (-2.577) less than t table (2.040). Than, simultaneously both on the variable have a positive significant effect on employee performance known from the F test value (3.686) is more than F table (2.90).

Abstract

The house is a basic need, but not everyone has the purchasing power. This opportunity is exploited by the Islamic banking with Sharia mortgages or Financing Home Ownership. There are three financing agreement used by mortgage banks in the Shari’ah ie murabaha contract, Muntahiyyah bittamlik ijara contract, and Musharaka mutanaqisah contract. This study uses the method based on litelature aimed to uncover how the implementation of the contractagreement in the main Islamic banks in the matter of ownership. Of studies conducted found a mismatch between the Islamic principles of positive law which has been applied in the third contract. The problems relating wakalah contract, and their impact on ownership.

Abstract

This paper examines the impact of Covid-19 (death and positive cases) on Indonesia's Islamic capital market, proxied by the Jakarta Islamic Index. Covid-19 data in Indonesia, which is proxied by four measures such as the number of new cases (NC), cumulative cases (CC), new deaths (ND), and cumulative deaths (CD). Further, whether any policy from regulators could mitigate its impact, we utilize daily time-series data from January to July and propose the multiple regression model to test its effect with some robustness checks. Our results indicate that Covid-19 leads to a lower price of the Islamic index, and the regulations from the government could reduce its negative impact. The negative impact of Covid-19 could be reduced by policies from the Indonesian government and other authorities like OJK, IDX, and BI. The policy from those regulators is grouped by policy backgrounds such as lockdowns and restrictions, reopening economy like new normal, fiscal, monetary, and macroeconomic, exchange rate, and balance of payments. Therefore, it is pivotal to alleviate Covid-19’s drawbacks on the Islamic capital market by providing relevant policies in Indonesia.

Abstract

Equity financing is a type of financing that is the core business in the Islamic financial institutions and a differentiator with conventional financial institutions. But until now, the total equity financing is still relatively low compared with other types of financing BPRS channeled. BPRS Amanah Ummah is one of the institution conducts equity financing.  This study aimed to analyze the influence of sharing profit, DPK, CAR, FDR, inflation, and the BI rate to equity financing at BPRS Amanah Ummah. This study uses Error Correction Model (ECM). The results showed DPK and FDR variables significantly influence the development of equity financing in the short term while variable DPK, CAR, FDR, and the BI rate significantly influence the development of equity financing in the long term however, Profit sharing rate and inflation variable does not significantly influence the development of equity financing.

Abstract

This study used field research approach by questionnaire distributed to Grobogan Sharia pawnshop costumers, 113 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The findings of this study were: 1) Cultural factors have influence on the service usage decision of Grobogan Islamic pawnshop with tcount 7.051> ttable 1.967 and significance level below 5 %; 2) Social factors have influence on the service usage decision of Grobogan Islamic pawnshop with tcount 2.487> ttable 1.967 and significance level below 5%; 3) personality factors have influence on the service usage decision of Grobogan Islamic pawnshop with tcount 7.497> ttable 1.967 and significance level below 5%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the optimum portfolio category and analyze the risk-return on a formed portfolio. Data was taken from eighteen listed companies indexed by Jakarta Islamic Index during 2015-2018. Stock returns are calculated based on the closing price at the end of each month in the period. Sharia Certificate of Bank Indonesia is a proxy of risk-free return, while the market return is measured by the value of the Jakarta Islamic Index. Stocks are sorted by the value of excess return to beta (ERB) from highest to lowest, and to obtain optimal stock portfolio candidates, and the ERB value must be compared with the cut-off rate value. Seven issuers qualify for forming the optimum portfolio of shares. The results show that the optimum portfolio return is greater than the expected return and the expected risk-free return. When compared between individual stock returns and portfolio stock returns, some individual stocks provide higher returns than portfolio returns. However, the risk of individual shares was also higher than the risk of the portfolio. This finding proves that risk can be reduced optimally in Islamic stocks selection by forming an optimum portfolio.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine and analyze sales mediation promotions on the effect of lifestyle and hedonic shopping motivation on positive emotions. The research design uses a quantitative descriptive research with causality. The population and sample are students who use online purchasing applications in the City of Kudus, totaling 248 respondents. The results of the study explain that promotion mediates sales on the influence of lifestyle and hedonic shopping motivation. Because the role of sales promotion thereby increasing positive emotions. This proves that in essence sales promotion, especially sales using online applications, is able to foster hedonic shopping motivation.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of employee performance in facing the era of society in terms of human resource development, Muslim coworkers support, and spiritual motivation in the Kudus Convection UMKM, both positively and significantly. This research method uses field research with a quantitative approach and is analyzed using SmartPLS 3. The population is convection SMEs in Kudus, and the sample is 125 respondents. The analysis results of validity and reliability tests are valid and reliable. The results of this study indicate that HR development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Muslim coworkers support has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, and spiritual motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This research contributes to aligning modern management principles and the latest trends in the business world and preparing human resources to face the demands of the convection industry, which is growing. Recommendations for further research are that it can broaden the sampling not only in one city, can apply Islamic values more in the context of work, and can add other factors that have not been studied in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to assess whether accountability, transparency, service quality, satisfaction, and religiosity affect Muzakki's loyalty with trust as Muzakki's intervening variable. This type of research is explanatory research and uses the survey method. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire containing written questions answered by respondents, namely Muzakki's (payer of zakat, infaq and sadaqah) at amil zakat institutions. This research surveys 100 respondents (muzakki) in Lembaga Amil Zakat, Infaq dan Sedekah Muhammadiyah (Lazismu) Central Java. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, which set the samples based on criteria. The data were analysed using partial least square-structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM), which was then processed using the SmartPLS application. The results of this study indicate that the muzakki loyalty to zakat management organizations (Lazismu) will increase in paying zakat by increasing muzakki's trust through satisfaction, service quality, religiosity, transparency and accountability in accordance with PSAK 109.
