Abstract

We present a rigorously documented, reproducible, and benchmarked high‑order numerical framework for the one‑dimensional nonlinear Fisher (Fisher–KPP) equation. The method combines second‑order central finite differences for spatial discretization within the method‑of‑lines (MOL) framework and a five‑stage, fourth‑order strong stability‑preserving Runge–Kutta integrator (SSP‑RK54) for time integration. The resulting semi‑discrete system is advanced with an explicit SSP integrator whose coefficients are given in full; we provide the Butcher tableau, algorithmic pseudocode, and practical guidance for CFL selection. We verify the method on two canonical traveling‑wave test problems with known closed‑form solutions, perform systematic spatial and temporal convergence studies, and compare cost‑normalized accuracy against representative published methods. A detailed truncation‑error derivation, Von Neumann linear stability analysis, and nonlinear positivity discussion are included. Numerical experiments demonstrate fourth‑order temporal convergence and second‑order spatial convergence, with error levels consistent with the theoretical O(Δt4+h2) behavior. We provide reproducibility materials, implementation notes for MATLAB, and recommendations for extensions to stiff regimes, IMEX variants, and multi‑dimensional problems

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) mechanisms, namely managerial ownership, institutional ownership, audit committee, and independent commissioners on the integrity of financial statements. Financial statement integrity is proxied by earnings quality measured using the ratio of operating cash flow to net income. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data obtained from financial statements of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020–2024. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, resulting in 11 companies with 55 observations. Data analysis was carried out using panel data regression. The results show that simultaneously GCG variables have a significant effect on financial statement integrity. Partially, managerial ownership has a significant effect, while institutional ownership, audit committee, and independent commissioners have no significant effect

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determinants of fraudulent financial reporting in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using the Fraud Hexagon Theory approach. The variables tested include pressure, opportunity, rationalization, capability, arrogance, and collusion. This research uses a quantitative method with a panel data regression approach, based on secondary data from annual reports and financial statements for the 2023–2024 period. The results indicate that fraudulent financial reporting is influenced by internal and external factors reflected in the six elements of the Fraud Hexagon. This study highlights that pressure and opportunity tend to have a dominant role in encouraging fraud, while other variables show varying influences. The findings provide implications for regulators and investors in strengthening supervision and improving decision-making accuracy.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the fashion industry has encouraged retail businesses to better understand the factors influencing consumer purchase intention. Product variety and the ability to follow fashion trends have become important strategies in increasing product attractiveness amid increasingly competitive market conditions. This study aims to analyze the effect of product variety and fashion trends on consumer purchase intention at Happy Tuhfah Store in Gandapura District. This study employed a quantitative approach with an associative research design. The sample consisted of 67 respondents selected using simple random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicate that product variety and fashion trends have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase intention, both partially and simultaneously. Product variety was found to be the most dominant variable with a regression coefficient of 0.885, while fashion trends had a coefficient of 0.509. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination of 0.892 indicates that 89.2% of the variation in consumer purchase intention can be explained by these two variables, while the remaining portion is influenced by other factors outside this study. The findings suggest that product diversity and the ability to adapt to current fashion trends are important factors in increasing consumer purchase intention in local fashion retail businesses.

Abstract

The era of disruption exposes madrasah students to a multifaceted vulnerability comprising identity crises, mental exhaustion, and exposure to disinformation which frequently eludes the intervention of formal educational curricula. This study aims to deconstruct the life skills education praxis initiated by the Branch Executive Board of the Nahdlatul Ulama Student Association and the Nahdlatul Ulama Female Student Association (PC IPNU-IPPNU) of Kediri Regency, acting as a social movement entity. Employing a qualitative approach with a field case study design, primary data were gathered through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and critical analysis of the organization's operational and administrative documents. The findings reveal three primary outcomes: (1) The organization mobilizes regional-scale social capital through structural penetration across 26 sub-districts and the integration of commissariat boards within formal madrasahs to establish a social safety net; (2) The hidden curriculum is operationalized through the rationalization of work programs across 11 departments and institutions, functioning as an engine for life skills transformation; (3) This praxis constructs student resilience through four comprehensive pillars: personal skills, social skills, academic skills, and vocational skills. This study offers a theoretical novelty, asserting that the resilience of madrasah students is empirically shaped through the dialectics of youth movements, which functionally bridge the gaps left by formal curricular education.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on nurses’ performance, with work motivation serving as a mediating variable. The study not only focuses on the direct relationships among the variables but also investigates how work motivation mediates the link between leadership, organizational culture, and performance. This research applies a quantitative method with a survey approach. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 175 nurses working at RSUD Kota Cilegon. The data were then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) to test the relationships among the research variables simultaneously. The findings reveal that leadership style and organizational culture have a positive and significant impact on nurses’ performance. In addition, work motivation is proven to function as a mediating variable that strengthens this relationship, thereby enhancing the influence of both leadership and organizational culture on nurses’ performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) on Employee Pro-Environmental Behavior (EPEB) in the banking sector, with Green Psychological Climate (GPC) as a mediating variable. Drawing on the Ability-Motivation-Opportunity (AMO) Theory, the research investigates the mechanism through which GHRM practices translate into employees' pro-environmental behavior. A quantitative approach was employed using a cross-sectional survey design. Data were collected from all 85 employees of Bank Mandiri Palembang Kanwil Branch. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS software.  The results reveal that GHRM does not have a significant direct effect on EPEB. However, GHRM significantly influences GPC and GPC, in turn, has a strong and significant effect on EPEB. Importantly, GPC fully mediates the relationship between GHRM and EPEB (β = 0.301, p < 0.05). The findings underscore that GHRM practices alone are insufficient to foster pro-environmental behavior unless they successfully shape employees' perceptions of a genuine organizational commitment to environmental sustainability. Practically, the study suggests that bank management should prioritize cultivating a strong green psychological climate to bridge the gap between green policies and actual employee behavior.
