Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of digital literacy and self-confidence on Generation Z's work readiness in Tasikmalaya City. This research uses a quantitative approach with an associative type of research. The research population was Generation Z aged 20–24 years in Tasikmalaya City with a sample size of 100 respondents determined using the Slovin formula and purposive sampling technique. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale that measured the variables of digital literacy, self-confidence and work readiness. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with the help of statistical software (SPSS). The research results show that digital literacy has a positive and significant effect on work readiness. This shows that the ability to utilize digital technology, manage information, communicate and solve digital-based problems can increase individual readiness in facing the world of work. Apart from that, self-confidence also has a positive and significant effect on work readiness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of consumer behavior on the online purchase decisions of the people of Mataram City on the TikTok Shop platform. The approach used is quantitative with the survey method. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 120 respondents who were active users of TikTok Shop. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression to test the influence of cultural, social, personal, and psychological factors on purchasing decisions. The results show that all consumer behavior variables have a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions. Psychological factors had the most dominant influence with a coefficient value of 0.41, followed by social factors of 0.32, personal factors of 0.21, and cultural factors of 0.18. A determination coefficient value (R²) of 0.68 indicates that 68% of the variation in purchasing decisions can be explained by these four variables, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside the research model.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of consumer self-confidence and hedonic shopping motivations on the purchase intention of Generation Z toward skincare products in Jayapura. The study employed a quantitative approach using an associative method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 122 Generation Z respondents in Jayapura. Data analysis was conducted using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, and f-tests with the assistance of SPSS. The results revealed that consumer self-confidence had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, with a t-value of 7.294 and a significance level of 0.000. In addition, hedonic shopping motivations also had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, with a T-value of 2.216 and a significance value of 0.029. Simultaneously, consumer self-confidence and hedonic shopping motivations were proven to significantly influence purchase intention, with an F-value of 112.295 and a significance level of 0.000. The findings indicate that the higher the level of consumer self-confidence and hedonic shopping motivations among Generation Z, the higher their tendency to develop purchase intention toward skincare products.

Abstract

This Community Service (PkM) activity aimed to assist village SME actors in creating a digital product catalog and QR Code that can be directly placed on stalls, product packaging, or promotional media. The methods used included field observation, interviews with tourism village managers and SME actors, catalog creation using Canva, storage on Google Drive, QR Code creation via me-qr.com, hands-on training, and questionnaire-based evaluation. The activity was held on May 8–9, 2026, and was attended by SME actors, Pokdarwis managers, and village residents. As a result, 5 SME products were documented in a 10-page digital catalog, 5 QR Codes were created and placed at strategic locations, and 2 ready-to-use product promotion posters were handed over to partners. The questionnaire evaluation showed an average satisfaction score of 3.85 out of 4 (very good category). SME actors stated that the QR Code-based catalog helped them promote their products more easily and made their products appear more professional in the eyes of tourists.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of Islamic values-based learning in improving the quality of religious education at MTsN 1 Palembang, as well as to identify the supporting factors, inhibiting factors, and its impact on the quality of students' religious education. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation study involving the principal, teachers, and students. Data analysis was conducted using the interactive model developed by Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, encompassing data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing with verification. The findings indicate that MTsN 1 Palembang has systematically implemented Islamic values-based learning through the integration of religious values into the curriculum, instructional methods, school culture, and teachers' exemplary roles. The impact of this implementation proved significant in improving the quality of religious education, as reflected in the enhancement of students' religious understanding, improvement of their moral attitudes and behavior, and the development of their practical religious skills.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in improving the quality of education at MTs Negeri 1 Palembang. The background of this research is based on the importance of improving educational quality in the era of globalization, which requires educational institutions to be competitive and produce high-quality graduates. TQM is considered an effective management approach to continuously improve quality through the involvement of all organizational members, customer focus, and continuous improvement. This study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. The research was conducted at MTs Negeri 1 Palembang, involving the head of the madrasa, teachers, educational staff, and students as research subjects. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of TQM at MTs Negeri 1 Palembang has been carried out effectively through the application of key principles, including customer focus (students and parents), effective leadership, involvement of all school members, and continuous improvement.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of stakeholders in improving the quality of Islamic education at MTs Barokatul Qodiri, Air Kumbang District, Banyuasin Regency. Improving the quality of education is not only determined by internal school factors, but also the involvement of the madrasah principal, teachers, parents, the community, and the government. This study uses a qualitative approach with field research through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that stakeholders play a significant role in improving the quality of educational input, process, output, and outcome. The madrasah principal plays a role in program management, teachers in quality learning, parents in support and motivation for learning, and the community in  social support for the madrasah.Synergy between stakeholders can create a conducive educational environment and support the realization of quality Islamic education
