Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia, especially in the culinary sector, are growing rapidly but are also not free from challenges and opportunities. This research aims to analyze the risk management of MSMEs producing banana cake and brownies. The method used was qualitative through direct interviews with MSMEs Bolu Pisang and Brownies Chantiqa Cimahi. The research results show that the most significant risks include raw material, financial, operational, HR and marketing risks. To overcome this risk, MSMEs are advised to implement product diversification strategies, maintain the quality of raw materials, and conduct market analysis. This research contributes to the development of better risk management in this business, so that it can increase the resilience and competitiveness of businesses in the market. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, the strength of this Chantiqa sponge cake is in terms of taste. The weakness is the weather factor, if it is the rainy season it causes the room temperature to become humid. The opportunity for this business is product development. And the threat to this business is competitors with similar products.

Abstract

Every business that is undertaken will irnevitably face competition in order to grow. Small and medium enterprises, commonly referred to as SMEs, are businesses that are relatively easy for anyone with the desire to start a business to run. Competition will always exist in every aspect of life, including SMEs. Every business faces competition and challenges that must be addressed. To deal with competition and challenges in the business world, every SME must conduct market research and develop human resources and technology. Every business also involves risk. Therefore, SMEs need to understand what risk management is. Risk management is necessary to anticipate or reduce the likelihood of risks occurring in a business. This paper aims to describe the risks faced by the SME boarding house "OYE" in Bandung. The analysis method uses descriptive analysis obtained from interviews with the owner of the SME boarding house "OYE" in Bandung. The analysis results show that the owner of the SME boarding house "OYE" in Bandung faces several risks: compliance and legal risk, financial risk, marketing risk, security risk, and operational risk. Based on the SWOT analysis of the SME boarding house "OYE" in Bandung, its strengths include having facilities that are above the average of boarding houses in the surrounding area. Its weaknesses include the lack of an effective marketing strategy. An innovation is seen in its design, which adopts a modern and comfortable style to attract millennial and Gen Z tenants. The threats faced by the "OYE" boarding house business include problematic tenants or those who damage property, which can disrupt operations.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to evaluate the waqf recording and reporting system in Sibulue District, Bone Regency, and its impact on improving community welfare. The main focus of the research includes the process of recording, reporting, as well as obstacles that arise during waqf management. Descriptive qualitative methods were used, with direct observation, through interviews and documentation studies as data collection methods. The research informants consisted of the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA), namely the head of the KUA Kec. Sbulue. The research results revealed that of a total of 127 waqf land locations, only 22% had official certification. Barriers identified include the lack of an adequate filing system, low public understanding of waqf administration, and weak synergy between related agencies. This research recommends developing a digital-based recording system, increasing public education, waqf land certification, and more optimal supervision. The implementation of better waqf management is expected to have a positive impact in the form of more significant social and economic benefits for society.

Abstract

Risk management is an important step for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the natural stone industry to ensure business sustainability and stability. This study aims to identify and analyze the main risks faced by natural stone MSMEs, as well as design effective mitigation strategies. The methods used include qualitative analysis based on interviews with MSME actors and related literature reviews. The results of the study show that the main risks include fluctuations in raw material prices, dependence on manual labor, incompatibility of orders with production results, and the impact of changes in government policies. To overcome these risks, it is recommended to implement supplier diversification, labor training, digitalization of production processes, and understanding the latest regulations. This study makes a practical contribution for natural stone MSME managers to increase the competitiveness and resilience of their businesses to risks

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis berbagai risiko yang mungkin ada dan strategi yang akan diterapkan pada Es Buah dan Es Campur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara kepada UMKM Es Buah dan Es Campur yang dikelola oleh Mang Wawan. Hasil yang diperoleh dilatarbelakangi oleh kemudahan akses terhadap bahan baku dan keinginan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga. Dan risiko yang paling umum Yang terjadi dan menjadi kategori high-end di UMKM es buah dan es campur adalah keterbatasan modal, kondisi cuaca yang tidak menentu, dan persaingan dengan pedagang lain. Ada pula risiko komersial dan risiko finansial yang mereka hadapi sehari-hari yaitu kenaikan harga bahan baku dan risiko operasional, antara lain kurangnya SOP penggunaan mesin produksi, sumber daya manusia yang kurang paham di lapangan. pemasaran. , yang menyebabkan ketidakstabilan dalam kegiatan ini. Untuk meminimalkan tampilan Risiko UMKM harus diidentifikasi, kemudian dianalisis dan dikelola. Manajemen yang dapat dicapai adalah dengan melakukan inovasi produk, membuat promosi menarik di media online, mencari alternatif pemasok, membuat SOP operasional tertulis, selektif dalam merekrut sumber daya manusia dan memberikan pelatihan pemasaran sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

Teknologi digital telah mengubah perilaku konsumen dan mendorong bisnis untuk menggunakan strategi pemasaran omnichannel. Penelitian ini mengulas tren dan inovasi terbaru dalam pemasaran omnichannel untuk memahami pengaruhnya terhadap pengalaman pelanggan. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui tinjauan literatur, penelitian ini menjelaskan bagaimana strategi omnichannel dapat meningkatkan kepuasan, loyalitas, dan keterlibatan pelanggan. Teknologi seperti AI, big data, dan IoT membantu menghubungkan saluran online dan offline, memberikan pengalaman yang lebih personal, serta meningkatkan efisiensi. Namun, masih ada tantangan seperti pengelolaan logistik, persediaan, dan biaya teknologi. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan praktis bagi bisnis untuk mengadopsi strategi omnichannel secara efektif, dengan menekankan pentingnya teknologi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan dan tetap kompetitif.

Abstract

This research aims to test the influence of product reviews and content creators on purchasing interest through affiliate marketing of Shopee e-commerce users. This type of quantitative research, with a sample size of 156 respondents. Data collection uses a questionnaire. Data analysis includes validity and reliability tests, data analysis using SEM AMOS version 23. The results of the research directly product reviews have a significant positive effect on affiliate marketing. Content Creator has a significant positive effect on Affiliate Marketing. Product reviews have an insignificant positive effect on purchasing interest. Content Creator has an insignificant positive effect on purchasing interest. Affiliate marketing has a significant positive effect on Purchase Interest. The results of the intervening test show that the affiliate marketing variable is able to act as an intervening variable between product reviews and content creators on the buying interest of Shopee e-commerce users.

Abstract

Tarantula merupakan serangga yang termasuk ke dalam Arachnida besar dan berbulu, atau lebih dikenal dengan keluarga laba-laba besar dan berbulu. Tarantula mulai masuk dan dikenal oleh pecinta hewan di Indonesia mulai tahun 2009. Seiring berjalannya waktu tarantula yang diperjual belikan semakin beraneka jenis. Baik dari hasil ternak para breeder maupun dari hasil impor dari negara lain. Banyak dari penggemar hewan eksotis di Indonesia yang menjadikan Tarantula sebagai hewan peliharaan. Permintaan pasar Tarantula di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Tarantula kini telah menjadi pilihan primadona bagi para penggemar hewan eksotis di Indonesia. Proyek Manajemen risiko ini dilatar belakangi oleh munculnya bisnis hewan yang harus diperhatikan pengembangannya dalam perekonomian Indonesia, terutama usaha seperti jual beli tarantula yang berpotensi besar di pasar hewan eksotis. Dengan meningkatnya kesadaran akan munculnya persaingan yang ketat di industri hewan eksotis ini, penting bagi pelaku bisnis untuk menerapkan strategi manajemen risiko yang efektif guna mengidentifikasi dan mengelola berbagai tantangan yang di hadapi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan pasar pada bisnis Tarantula dengan fokus studi kasus di Spider Lover Pet Shop Kota Bandung, sebuah pembisnis Tarantula yang berkembang pesat di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan wawancara, observasi, dan analisis data sekunder untuk mengidentifikasi Perkembangan pasar yang dilakukan oleh Spider Lover Pet Shop. Abstract

Studi ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengevaluasi dampak elemen seperti struktur kepemilikan, atribut perusahaan, dan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) melawan kinerja keuangan, memanfaatkan struktur modal untuk memoderasi kinerja perusahaan di subsektor logam dan jenis bisnis lainnya. Data untuk penelitian ini diperoleh dari laporan tahunan organisasi, publikasi resmi, serta sumber-sumber lainnya. Studi ini berfokus pada perusahaan logam serta subsektornya pada Bursa Efek Indonesia dari 2019 hingga 2023. Selama periode pengamatan, subjek penelitian terdiri dari enam perusahaan dalam subsektor logam yang tersedia di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Perangkat lunak SmartPLS digunakan untuk melakukan analisis data, dan sampel dipilih secara acak. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik perusahaan, struktur kepemilikan, dan GCG tidak memiliki dampak besar pada kinerja keuangan, langsung atau melalui peran moderasi struktur modal.

Abstract

Pempek, a traditional delicacy from Palembang, Indonesia, is made from finely ground fish mixed with tapioca flour and shaped into various forms such as pempek kapal selam and pempek lenjer. Its preparation involves mixing ingredients, shaping, and boiling, often served with cuko, a sweet, sour, and spicy sauce that enhances its flavor. Pempek is not only delicious but also nutritious, high in protein from fish. Dimsum, originating from China, has been adapted into diverse variations in Indonesia. Typically consisting of a dough filled with meat, vegetables, or other ingredients, dimsum is either steamed or fried. Known for its variety, it is often enjoyed as a snack or side dish during gatherings. Meanwhile, snacks in Indonesia encompass a wide range of small bites that can be enjoyed anytime, including chips, traditional snacks like risoles and pastel, and moist cakes. These snacks feature a variety of flavors, from sweet to savory, and frequently use local ingredients such as cassava, glutinous rice, and coconut. All three food categories pempek, dimsum, and snacks are not only popular among locals but are also gaining recognition internationally. Through innovations in recipes and presentation, they continue to evolve to suit modern consumer tastes.
