Abstract

he growing volume of user reviews on digital platforms such as the Google Play Store presents a major challenge in automatically understanding user perceptions, especially due to the unstructured, varied, and highly subjective nature of the text data. Manual analysis at this scale is inefficient and prone to bias. To address this issue, this study applies fine-tuning on the Large Language Model (LLM) Gemini 1.5 Flash to automatically classify user perceptions of the BSI Mobile application. Perceptions are categorized into three classes: Very Poor, Fair, and Excellent. A total of 120,000 reviews were collected via web scraping and processed through cleaning, normalization, automatic labeling using the IndoBERT model, and conversion into JSONL format for fine-tuning on the Google Cloud Vertex AI platform. Evaluation results show an accuracy of 63.41% for perception classification and 67.31% for sentiment classification, with F1-scores of 28.82% and 28.75%, respectively. The model demonstrated better accuracy in identifying positive perceptions, while neutral or ambiguous reviews remained a challenge. Consistency analysis between predicted perceptions and user ratings showed a match rate of 83.81%. This study demonstrates that the fine-tuned Gemini 1.5 Flash is an effective solution for text-based perception classification and holds strong potential for broader application in user opinion analytics systems.

Abstract

Treatment adherence is a key factor in managing Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus . yet patient adherence remains low in various regions. including Langsa City. This study aimed to determine the extent to which social support and health technology use contribute to patient adherence to treatment. A quantitative approach with an analytic survey method was employed. A sample of 200 T2DM patients was obtained through area sampling from five sub-districts in Langsa City. Research instruments included a structured questionnaire based on the Social Support Questionnaire (SSQ). health technology use indicators. and a modified Morisky Medication Adherence Scale (MMAS-8). Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. with classical assumption tests to validate the model. Results revealed that social support significantly influenced treatment adherence (40.3%). while technology use contributed 27.1%. These findings suggest that interventions integrating social and digital components could enhance patient adherence. In conclusion, social support and technology use are critical predictors of improved treatment adherence in diabetes patients. Strengthening family-based and technology-driven interventions in healthcare services is recommended

Abstract

This study was conducted at PT. Chakrawala Dinamika Semesta to be used as the object, because in the company there was a decline in employee performance. This study wants to observe whether the decline in Employee Performance is caused by the three independent variables that have been determined by the researcher. This study uses a quantitative method, with a population of 130 employees and 98 employees who will be the research sample using the Slovin formula and the data is managed through SPSS. To analyze the data, multiple linear analysis will be used, with a coefficient of determination through the f test and t test. This study produces (X1) t count < t table (0.502 < 1.661) and sig 0.616 > 0.05 means X1 does not provide a significant contribution to Y, (X2) t count > t table (3.994 > 1.661) and sig 0.001 < 0.05 means X2 provides a significant positive contribution to Y, (X3) t count > t table (2.978 > 1.661) and sig 0.004 < 0.05 means X3 provides a significant positive contribution to Y. The coefficient results obtained are 0.423, meaning each independent variable contributes to the possibility variable of 42.3% with a difference of 67.7% obtained from variables outside this study. And the conclusion obtained in this study is that each independent variable simultaneously contributes to the performance of PT. Chakrawala Dinamika Semesta employees.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of budget participation and budget suppression on budgetary slack by considering information asymmetry and self-esteem as moderating variables. This research was conducted at the Indonesian National Police Institution. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents consisting of 100 police officers. The analysis method used is moderation regression using a statistical program. The results showed that budget participation has a significant negative effect on budgetary slack, while budget emphasis has a significant positive effect on budgetary slack. In addition, information asymmetry and self-esteem do not moderate the relationship between budgetary participation and budgetary slack, but self-esteem moderates the relationship between budgetary emphasis and budgetary slack. These findings imply the importance of involving police officers in the budget process and need to consider self-esteem factors in reducing budgetary slack.

Abstract

Hypertension is still a health problem for the elderly. Polypharmacy, which is common in the elderly and cannot always be avoided, often poses a risk of poor outcomes and can increase the risk of Potentially Inappropriate Medication (PIM). The purpose of this study was to identify socio-demographic characteristics, use of drugs that meet the Beer's® 2023 criteria, the relationship between the number of drugs prescribed and the incidence of PIM, the relationship between the length of hospitalization and the incidence of PIM and what risk factors influence the incidence of PIM in geriatric patients with hypertension with comorbidities in hospitalization at Hospital X. The research method used a cross-sectional design with prospective data collection. The results showed that geriatric patients were more in the 65-69 year group by 55%, the most dominant gender was male by 38%, where all patients had various comorbidities which meant receiving ≥ 10 drugs with a maximum length of hospitalization ≥ 5 days. The relationship between the number of drugs and the incidence of PIM has a significant relationship with a value of (p<0.25) 0.197, which means that the number of drugs and the incidence of PIM has a significant correlation. The relationship between the length of hospitalization and the incidence of PIM has a significant relationship with a value of (p<0.25) 0.169, which means that the length of treatment affects the incidence of PIM. Risk factors that trigger the incidence of PIM are gender, number of drugs and length of hospitalization.

Abstract

This research examines how Sunda Wiwitan believers represent their identity and spiritual values through TikTok. As a minority faith group, they utilize social media to expand their space for expression and build their existence in the digital space. This research uses a virtual ethnography approach, with observation of five TikTok accounts and in-depth interviews. This study found that Sunda Wiwitan believers utilize TikTok as a space for strategic and adaptive representations of identity and spirituality. The content they display reflects a combination of cultural expression, education, and identity protection through selective visibility strategies. Self-representation is not only seen in the form of visual content, but also in the way creators manage social interactions with audiences. TikTok, in this context, acts as both a medium and a social space where spiritual identity is negotiated amidst the challenges of the digital public sphere.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of employee competence, service quality, credit procedures, and customer decisions to choose credit products on customer satisfaction at Bank Jatim Malang Branch. The research employed a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. Data were collected through a survey using questionnaires distributed to 100 customers who had used the Kredit Jatim Micro product. Data analysis was conducted using F-tests to examine the simultaneous influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable, and t-tests to evaluate the partial effects of each variable. The results showed that employee competence, service quality, credit procedures, and customer decisions to choose credit simultaneously had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, with an F-value of 13.45 and a significance level of 0.000. Partially, employee competence and service quality had a more dominant influence on customer satisfaction compared to credit procedures and customer decision-making. Based on these findings, it is recommended that Bank Jatim Malang Branch continues to improve employee competence and service quality, as well as simplify credit procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
