Abstract

To carry out work effectiveness, an effective and efficient management system is needed that can coordinate every work, office activity, foster and regulate the workforce as executors and provide maximum service to the community. Likewise, the kelurahan in carrying out office activities requires a workforce that is able to work productively in order to achieve the goals and vision and mission that have been set. This study aims to determine and analyze the increase in the performance of civil servants in the Bidara Cina Village, East Jakarta Administrative City. This study uses a research design that is descriptive qualitative. The informants who became informants in this study were the Bidara Cina Village Head, the Head of Government Section, the Head of Ekbang Section, the Bidara Cina Village Staff and the community. Data collection techniques were carried out by library research and field research. While data analysis techniques include data reduction activities, data presentation as well as drawing conclusions and verification. From this study it was concluded that: (1) The performance of civil servants in the Bidara Cina Village was generally quite good. This can be seen from the cohesiveness of employees in coordination and teamwork. However, there must be a further staffing development program so that employees can be more disciplined at work. (2) Factors that influence the performance of civil servants in the Bidara Cina Sub-District, East Jakarta Administrative City, include employee development, promotion, employee income, work environment, work facilities and educational background. (3) Efforts made to improve the performance of civil servants in the Bidara Cina Sub-District, East Jakarta Administrative City, can be carried out by organizing employee development programs starting from the city to the provincial level, providing promotion for employees who excel, creating a comfortable work environment and conducive for employees, giving employees the right to leave proportionally, giving appreciation and work motivation to employees, creating a comfortable working atmosphere, and evaluating employee performance regularly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara mendalam. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan swasta pada perusahaan tekstil di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan Transformational Leadership Behaviour Inventory (TLI) untuk mengukur kepemimpinan transformational dan OCB scale dengan 5 dimensi utama dari Podsakoff untuk mengukur OCB. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 221 dari beberapa jumlah karyawan pada perusahaan tekstil di Jakarta. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformational berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Namun kepemimpinan transformational secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Hal ini disebabkan oleh: (1) terdapat faktor lain yang lebih mempengaruhi organizational citizenship behavior salah satunya adalah kepemimpinan transaksional karena kepemimpinan transaksional mempertimbangkan perilaku extra role maupun in role para bawahannya, hal tersebut menyebabkan bawahan akan menunjukkan kinerja OCB-nya, (2) perlu mempertimbangkan supaya kecerdasan emosional menjadi variabel mediasi antara kepemimpinan transformational dengan organizational citizenship behavior sehingga pengaruh kepemimpinan transformational terhadap OCB dapat dirasakan secara tidak langsung melalui kecerdasan emosional.

Abstract

Traffic congestion is a common phenomenon in many major cities, including the Kaujon area in Serang. Kaujon is one of the densely populated areas in the city of Serang, which has experienced rapid growth in recent years. The high population growth, supported by the development of infrastructure and the local economy, has led to transportation problems, particularly traffic congestion, becoming increasingly concerning. The objective of this research is to understand the communication strategies and steps taken by the Serang City Transportation Department in socializing the One-Way System Program Policy. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach and employs a case study, which involves using empirical evidence from one or more cases to study the problem within its context. The results of this study reveal that the Serang City Transportation Department employs communication strategies to socialize the One-Way Kaujon policy to the community. These socialization efforts involve various approaches, including but not limited to the following: 1) Operational Approach; 2) Persuasive and Educational Approach; 3) Coordinative Approach. As a result, information about and the policy of the One-Way System can be conveyed and implemented in Kaujon, Serang City, for the smooth flow of traffic on the city's roads.

Abstract

Services to the community based on the principles of governance refer to prioritizing the general public, meaning that every service that the community wants should not be linked to personal affairs must be professionalism at work, rights and obligations are a guarantee of the realization of the legal certainty of service providers, togetherness of the general public regardless of customs, race, ethnicity, language, religion, class, gender, and economic status, the balance of rights and obligations of the community is to comply with the rules that have been agreed upon together. To meet the needs of the community for administration, it has been provided by Purwakarta sub-district employees who are ready to provide guidance and direction to their citizens in meeting administrative needs to make identity cards, certificates of incapacity, marriage cover letters, business premises licenses, submitting land certificates, permits to install billboards and many more administrative activities in the Purwakarta sub-district of Cilegon city have a motto of excellent service is our priority and we are servants of the state serving the community.

Abstract

The This research was to determine the effect of leadership style and work environment on employee loyalty. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods through data collection and quantitative analysis using SPSS. The population in this study are 103 company employees and all employees are used as research samples with saturated sample techniques, because the population is relatively small. Data analysis techniques using the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, f test, t test and determination efficiency. The results showed that leadership style partially influenced employee loyalty. Similarly, work environment partially influence employee loyalty. Simultaneously, that leadership style and work environment affect employee loyalty. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination of 57,3% and the remaining 42,7% is explained by other variables or factors. The conclusion states that partially and simultaneously, leadership style and work environment affect the loyalty of employees

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the magnitude of the influence of the work environment and compensation on the job satisfaction of PT employees. Empat Bersaudara Mandiri Sejahtera either partially or simultaneously due to the lack of employee job satisfaction that I got from the results of observations. This research uses quantitative methods, with a sample size of 83 respondents. The data collection technique used is primary data including questionnaires. The data analysis methods used is multiple linear regression, multiple correlation, and coefficient of determination. The results of this research indicate that the significance value for the influence of the work environment (X1) and compensation (X2) simultaneously on job satisfaction (Y) is 0.000 < 0.05 and the F value is 96.967 > 3.11 F table, so it can be concluded that H3 is accepted which means that there is a simultaneous influence of the work environment (X1) and compensation (X2) on job satisfaction (Y). However, there is still a dimension that is considered low received by employees, namely commissions which include commissions from sales results which are still considered unsatisfactory. PT employee job satisfaction. Empat Bersaudara Mandiri Sejahtera is considered good, meaning that employee job satisfaction is quite high

Abstract

The annual minimum wage increase determined by the government is believed to be a complex calculation designed to meet the minimum needs of workers. However, with the introduction of a new policy formula in Government Regulation No. 51, where the alpha symbol (a) mentioned in paragraph 5 is a variable ranging from 0.10 to 0.30, the resulting percentage may be insignificant. This research aims to assess the impact of the percentage results obtained from Government Regulation No. 51 of 2023. The research method employed is descriptive analysis, utilizing both empirical and qualitative juridical study approaches. The discussion results reveal significant differences in the Minimum Wage decisions set by the Governor of Banten for the year 2024 compared to the calculated Minimum Wage increase in 2023. The percentage difference is not easily comparable due to the distinct references used for the increases in 2023 and 2024 – the difference in reference being between Minister of Manpower Regulation No. 18 of 2022 and Government Regulation No. 51, which yields significantly different percentage increases. The expected percentage through the discretion of the Regent, recommending 7.08%, contrasts sharply with the approved 1.51%, in accordance with the alpha index (a) calculation in Government Regulation No. 51

Abstract

This research discusses community-based disaster management efforts in Indonesia, especially through the Disaster Alert Village program in Jatibening Baru Village, Bekasi City. Aims to analyze the implementation of Community Based Disaster Management (CBDM) in the Disaster Preparedness Village program with a focus on disaster mitigation, priority handling, evaluation of disaster management performance, and resource mobilization. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method and refers to the theory of Community-Based Disaster Management. The research results found that the research results show that disaster management involves three important stages, namely before, during and after a disaster occurs. The aim of this series of activities is to reduce disaster risks and increase community resilience in facing them. The active role of government and community participation is very important in efforts to better manage disaster risks. There are several supporting factors for Community Based Disaster Management (CBDM) in Disaster Preparedness Villages (KSB), namely: (1) Availability of an adequate budget is very important in implementing the KSB program (2) Citizen participation (3) Establishment of good communication between all stakeholders. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors for Community Based Disaster Management (CBDM) in Disaster Preparedness Villages (KSB) are: (1) Socialization and training that are not yet optimal; (2) Lack of logistics storage warehouses (3) Lack of enforcement of DAS (River Watershed) regulations

Abstract

The reaction to the development of information and communication technology gave birth to new media that succeeded in becoming an interesting object as a means of communication and entertainment that became an addiction for its users, social media such as having an attachment to the social aspect of humans, Tiktok became one of the most attractive social media for its users, the emergence of Tiktok encouraged acceleration globalization era. Generation Z is the generation born in 1995-2010. The popularity of tiktok, which can be found on other social media such as Facebook, Instagram and others, is a part that contributes to user interest. Addiction to tiktok content is not immediately seen as an experience for users to receive justifiable information. The attachment to social media tiktok seems to have become a new medium in the life of generation Z. Users see the reality of the world based on what information is on tiktok social media, this is a development as a new form that has existed before in print media, columns, billboards, billboards, traditional media and so on. The purpose of this research is to see the experience of tiktok users in generation Z as a form of self-concept for its users. The research was conducted qualitatively with an audience ethnography method using a constructivist paradigm with an interpretative type. The interpretative paradigm is used to see the point of view of facts as something different that has context and meaning, looking at the experience of tiktok social media users on the user's self-concept.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the influence of consumer preferences on consumer purchase decisions at ALEGRA coffee shop, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data collection technique used in this study is questionnaire distribution. The data analysis methods used are validation test, reliability test, classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that consumer preferences are categorized as good with an average score of 4.19, purchase decisions are categorized as good with an average score of 4.16, and there is a positive and significant influence of 63% of pricing on purchase decisions at ALEGRA coffee shop in Villa Nusa Indah 2, while 37% is influenced by other factors.
