Abstract

Previous studies show that the development of digital-based public services is a necessity. The aim of this literature research is to identify changes that have occurred in public services. This article comes from a literature review of research articles found via Google Scholar and Semantic Scholar in the last seven years between 2017 and 2023. The results of the literature review show that digital-based public service innovation has a significant positive impact on public service operations and administrative and bureaucratic reform. . In addition, it is important to understand that innovation in digital-based public services requires three key elements: support from government officials, resources including human resources, finance and infrastructure, and benefits obtained by the government. However, there are a number of challenges still being faced, such as technical problems, lack of budget, limited human resources, and the government's inability to adapt to change. Therefore, improvements and expansion of electronic e-government in Indonesia need to continue.

The results reveal a significant and positive relationship between the availability of Islamic financing and the economic growth of MSMEs. Additionally, the study uncovers the mediating role of financial performance indicators, indicating that improved financial performance acts as a mechanism through which Islamic financing positively influences economic growth. Furthermore, the moderation analysis highlights the varying impact across different enterprise sizes, with medium-sized enterprises experiencing a more pronounced positive effect. The practical implications of these findings are discussed in the context of policy, financial institutions, and MSME owners. Policymakers can use the results to design targeted policies, financial institutions can refine their strategies, and MSME owners gain insights into the benefits of utilizing Islamic financing.

Abstract

This article explains the mechanism for selecting government and state leaders according to Abu Hassan al-Mawardi's benefit theory. According to al-Mawardi, Islamic teachings require legal norms that are closely related to political and constitutional issues. Based on the interpretation of QS Ali Imran verse 59, al-Mawardi reconstructs the meaning of Ulil Amri as the political representation of the people in the state power system. According to him, Ulil Amri is a group of selected people from various circles, namely soldiers, ulama, scientists, and so on who have an important key in the political decision-making process. The interesting thing about al-Mawardi's thinking is that he emphasizes the political consensus side (ijma fi fiqh al-siyasi) in the process of making political decisions, one of which is used in choosing government and state leaders.

Abstract

In the particular setting of Java Island's higher education institutions, this study explores the intricate links between organizational culture, managerial effectiveness, organizational commitment, and lecturer performance. An online questionnaire was used in this study to gather data from a sample of 267 lecturers and teaching staff members. Data analysis was done using structural equation modeling using SEM-PLS 4. The findings demonstrated that lecturers' organizational commitment and performance were greatly enhanced by a supportive and upbeat corporate culture. Effective management techniques also have a positive impact on lecturers' performance and organizational commitment. Conversely, it was discovered that increased lecturer performance was closely correlated with organizational commitment. The study's results highlight how crucial it is for higher education institutions to develop a welcoming environment, enhance management procedures, and put initiatives in place to encourage professor dedication. Despite its shortcomings, this study provides insightful information for higher education institutions in Java Island and abroad, laying the groundwork for further research in the subject of higher education management.

Abstract

Using a quantitative analytic methodology, this study examines how assurances are arranged in economic transactions inside Indonesian legal frameworks. Based on a review of a variety of datasets, the study reveals that personal guarantees are the most common kind, followed by bank and corporate guarantees. Different industries' patterns of guarantee utilization show different frequency of use, with the real estate and finance sectors showing a greater reliance. While 75% of compliance is considered satisfactory, there are cases of non-compliance due to ambiguity in legal terms. These results highlight the need for sector-specific laws, improved legal clarity, and ongoing stakeholder education. This study offers policymakers and stakeholders useful information to improve the guarantee structure and provide a flexible and robust legal framework for business dealings in Indonesia.
