Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kecanduan game online yang membuat siswa kurang  disiplin terhadap waktu (bermalas-malasan) serta siswa kurang peka terhadap lingkungan sekitar hanya peka terhadap teman yang ada di dunia maya. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari guru dan siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara. Sah tidaknya data dilakukan uji triangulasi metode dan sumber. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa beberapa upaya telah dilakukan oleh guru untuk meminimalisir candu game online pada siswa; Menegur dan memberi pemahaman bahwa main HP boleh tapi ada waktunya, mengalihkan perhatian siswa yang kecanduan game online dengan banyak memberikan PR, Menyisipkan pesan kepada siswa tentang bahaya main game online secara berlebihan bagi masa depan serta memberikan nasehat-nasehat secara lemah lembut yang bisa menyentuh hati siswa yang kecanduan game online. Kendati demikian, berapa pun banyaknya upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru, peneliti nilai tidak kurang mampu meminimalkan rasa ingin terus main game online siswa hal ini dikarenakan sebagian besar waktu yang digunakan oleh siswa ada di lingkunagn keluarga, bersama orang tua.

Abstract

Education is the learning of knowledge, skills, and habits of a group of people passed down from one generation to the next through teaching, research, and training. Psychology is a scientific discipline that examines human behavior and human mental processes and studies the influence of the mental state of organisms and the external environment of individuals. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of psychology in learning at SMP Negeri 5 Pamona Puselemba. The role of the teacher or educator is very important in knowing the psychology of children. Teachers need to continuously try to understand those they will lead in the educational process; teachers need to study the basic characteristics of students. At SMPN 5 Pamona Puselemba, several psychological factors influence students' education, namely family factors, environmental conditions, intelligence, and interests and talents.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Prima Sakti Internasional, Jakarta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Prima Sakti Internasional, Jakarta sebanyak 50 orang dari populasi 53 orang. Pengambilan data yang digunakan melalui data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu skala likert, analisis regresi sederhana, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh positif atau signifikan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Prima Sakti Internasional, Jakarta, hal tersebut diketahui dari hasil uji hipotesis yang diperoleh t_hitung t_tabel (7,422 2,011) maka H_0 ditolak dan H_1 diterima. Berdasarkan analisis koefisien korelasi diperoleh hasil sebesar 0,731, menunjukan pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Prima Sakti Internasional, Jakarta cukup kuat. Artinya secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Prima Sakti Internasional, Jakarta, sedangkan berdasarkan hasil analisis koefisien determinasi diperoleh hasil 0,534, hal ini menunjukan besarnya pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Prima Sakti Internasional, Jakarta sebesar 53,4%, sedangkan sisanya 46,6% diperbaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

The WvS-NI, which was later translated and made into Indonesian criminal law, does not contain cover-up punishment as a form of criminal sanction. Closing punishment is regulated in Law Number 20 of 1946 concerning Closing Punishment and was later determined as one of the main crimes in the Old Criminal Code (WvS-NI translation) as an alternative to imprisonment which is intended for crimes with motives that deserve respect. Throughout the history of criminal law enforcement, the criminal sanction of closure has only been applied 1 (one) time, namely in the 3 July Affair, and has never been applied since then. Nevertheless, the reform of criminal law in Law Number 1 of 2023 concerning the Criminal Code still maintains cover-up punishment as one of the main crimes. This article will discuss related to the regulation of criminal cover-ups in the renewal of criminal law.

Abstract

Radikalisme masih menjadi ancaman bagi Indonesia. Prakteknya mulai melibatkan perempuan dan anak. Orang tua dalam keluarga radikal, mengajarkan kepada anaknya intoleransi, rasa curiga dan permusuhan kepada kelompok lain. Padahal Indonesia merupakan negara multikultural. Oleh karena itu, perlu memberi narasi pembanding tentang multikultural, agar mereka bisa beradaptasi hidup di negara Indonesia yang plural.  Penguatan narasi multikultural ini sesuai dengan tugas perkembangan fase kanak-kanak, yaitu tumbuhnya sifat altruisme; tidak mementingkan diri sendiri dan ingin menolong orang lain. Penelitian dilakukan di Nganjuk dan Surabaya, selama 4 bulan mulai bulan Juli – Oktober 2019. Memakai metode kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian berada pada fase kanak-kanak akhir. Narasi multikultural dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan Al Qur’an Surat Al-Maidah ayat 32, Al Hujarat ayat 13 serta ajaran kasih sayang yang dicontohkan Rasulullah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan subjek bisa memahami narasi yang diberikan. Sehingga menjadi pengalaman pembanding bagi subjek dalam menyikapi perbedaan dan keragaman. Secara teori, pemahaman kognitif yang dihasilkan di masa kanak-kanak akan masuk ke memori jangka panjang kemudian disimpan dalam alam bawah sadar dan mempengaruhi sikap dan perilaku di masa selanjutnya.

Abstract

The learning process in the 21st century has urged educators to be more creative and innovative regarding learning models, methods, and media. One of the approaches to enhance learning effectiveness is the integration of digital technology into the learning process, realized through digital class programs. The objective of this study was to assess student learning achievements in digital classes compared to regular classes and determine any differences in student performance between the two settings. This study employed a quantitative approach with a comparative research design. The population consisted of 190 students, and a purposive sampling technique was applied, considering the equivalence of abilities among regular class students. The sample comprised 31 digital class students and 34 regular class students at State Islamic Junior High School (MTsN) 4 of Banda Aceh City in 2023. The process of data collection involved interviews, observation, and documentation. The analysis included normality and homogeneity tests as prerequisites, as well as an independent sample t-test for hypothesis testing. The overall average score for digital class students was 71.17, while regular class students scored an average of 73.16. The difference in average scores between digital and regular classes was 1.99. In the t-test, the calculated t-value was -0.904, with a critical t-value of 1.998 at a significance level of 0.05 and df=63. As the calculated t-value (-0.904) was less than the critical t-value (1.998), the hypothesis in this study was rejected. The findings from the average scores and t-test value indicated that there was no significant difference in student learning achievement between digital and regular classes in Social Science Subject at State Islamic Junior High School (MTsN) 4 of Banda Aceh. This can happen due to several factors such as students ability to use digital devices is still limite, so they do not fully understand the subject matter and internet facilities is often difficult to access.

Abstract

: Tri Ramadhan F. S. 2023. Application of STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) Learning Strategy in Improving Explanatory Text Writing Skills in Class XI IPS 1 SMA 3 Parepare. Supervised by Dr. H. Sitti Rabiah, M. Hum. and Nurfathana Mazhud, S. Pd. M. Pd.This research aims to describe the process of implementing the STAD Strategy in learning explanatory texts, and to describe the results of writing explanatory texts. The focus of this research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). The data and data sources in this research are: 1) data on the process of learning activities and students' learning days using STDA strategy. 2) all students of class 11 IPS 1 SMA Negeri 3 Parepare totaling 20 students, consisting of 10 male students and 10 female students. The techniques used to obtain data were observation and test sheets. After the data was obtained, the data was then analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques and quantitative analysis. This research was carried out over 2 cycles. The results of the first cycle of research showed that the average score was 60-75 with student learning activeness in the classroom achieved 65% and at the end of cycle II showed the average student learning score was 80 with student learning activeness in the classroom achievend 90%..Indonesian language learning keywords, Writing Explanatory Text, Strategy STAD.

Abstract

Maraknya gerakan radikalisme di kalangan ASN yang merebak di tanah air tentunya mengkhawatikan kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara Indonesia maka perlu upaya utuk membendung hal tersebut melalui pemahaman nilai - nilai bela negara. Untuk memberikan kesadaran tersebut berdasarkan konstitusi yang ada di NKRI. Maraknya penyebaran hoax tanpa filter melalui sosial media membuat paham radikal makin subur. Persoalan saat ini adalah adanya gerakan- gerakan radikalisme yang memiliki agenda terselubung yang menggerogoti sendi-sendi negara yang ingin memecah belah bangsa Indonesia, melemahkan persatuan dan kesatuan, merusak ke-bhineka-an yang sejak Indonesia berdiri telah menjadi konsensus bersama. Perlu adanya kebijakan hukum sebagai upaya mencegah terjadinya penyebaran gerakan radikalisme di kalangan Aparatur Sipil Negara dan melibatkan seluruh stakeholder yang bersentuhan langsung dengan dunia pendidikan, sosial, keagamaan, komunikasi dan keamanan di lingkungan masing-masing dan pendekatan sampai tindakan hukum, metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normative(legal research) ialah hukum sebagi norma guna memperoleh hasil yang ilmiah dan kentektual sehingga hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pencegahan terhadap faham faham intoleransi dan radikalisme dapat di fahami oleh segenap ASN di seluruh Indonesia.

Abstract

Dalam dunia bisnis, di era teknologi saat ini promosi merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk memperkenalkan produk atau jasa yang di tawarkan kepada konsumen, saat ini teknologi telah berkembang dengan pesat dan memberikan banyak kemudahan dalam melakukan promosi penjualan. Aplikasi penjualan genteng menggunakan Augmented Reality berbasis android, merupakan aplikasi yang dapat menampilkan bentuk 3D dan menampilkan informasi produk genteng. Aplikasi penjualan genteng menggunakan Augmented Reality berbasis android menggunkan metode markerless, Metode Markerless dapat bekerja tanpa harus menambahkan peralatan tambahan serta tidak perlu mendaftarkan atau mengenalkan objek 3D terlebih dahulu. Menggunakan augmented reality pengalaman pelanggan dalam memilih produk menjadi lebih menarik dan interaktif.

Abstract

Stories are a means of conveying theological and humanist messages to society, and even contain linguistic and artistic elements. One of them is the story of the liberation of the city of Mecca contained in the Koran surah an-nasr. This letter consists of three verses. Surah an-nasr itself means help. Therefore, researchers feel interested in further analyzing the linguistic problems that exist in it. The purpose of this study is to reveal the linguistic phenomena in the sura. The theory used in this research is Stylistics theory. The reason for choosing this theory is because stylistics covers all aspects of language, both in terms of phonology, morphology, semantics, syntax, and imagery. this research is a library research using qualitative methods. The results of this study indicate that there are five language styles based on the level of stylistic analysis. including: 1) the phonological level: there is a dominant sound that dominates the mahmus sound. This implies the clarity and truth of Allah's help in victory for believers. 2) morphological level: the selection of fi'il madhi ja'a which carries a special meaning behind it. 3) syntactical level: there are isim ma'rifah and nakirah, which are unique in terms of syntax. 4) semantic level: the choice of the words millah and ja'a is considered appropriate and is part of their semantic peculiarities. 5) imagery level: this surah contains an element of building beauty, namely isti'arah makaniyah
