Abstract

This study aims to analyze the formation of students' religious character through Scout extracurricular activities at SMP Al Farabi. The formation of a religious character is a crucial aspect of education that seeks to create a generation that is not only intellectually intelligent but also possesses strong spiritual values. This research is a descriptive qualitative study using pedagogical and sociological approaches. The data sources in this study include male and female Scout coaches, Scout administrators at SMP Al Farabi, the head of the school, and students. Data collection techniques employed are observation, interviews, and documentation. Subsequently, data processing and analysis were carried out in three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and verification or conclusion drawing. The validity of the data in this study was ensured through triangulation. The results show that Scout activities at SMP Al Farabi are designed to integrate religious values, such as honesty, responsibility, discipline, and compassion for others. These values are instilled through various activities such as group prayers, internalization of Pancasila values, and lessons in teamwork. Scout activities have proven effective in supporting the development of students' religious character, as evidenced by positive changes in their behavior and attitudes both in the school environment and in society. This study recommends optimizing extracurricular activities based on religious values to holistically support the goals of character education.

Abstract

Disiplin guru merupakan elemen kunci dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang efektif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi disiplin guru di SMP Panca Budi Medan dan mengembangkan model strategis yang komprehensif untuk pengembangan disiplin guru. Sebagai bagian dari pendekatan kualitatif, wawancara mendalam dilakukan dengan guru, pimpinan sekolah dan pemangku kepentingan terkait. Hasilnya kemudian dianalisis secara tematis untuk mengidentifikasi tema-tema kunci. Hasilnya menunjukkan faktor-faktor seperti Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, budaya sekolah, beban kerja guru dan dukungan sekolah sangat mempengaruhi kedisiplinan guru. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, penelitian ini mengembangkan model pengembangan disiplin guru yang terdiri dari tiga komponen utama: pengembangan kepemimpinan, pengembangan sistem monitoring dan evaluasi kinerja, serta pengembangan program pengembangan profesional guru. Model ini diharapkan dapat menjadi panduan bagi SMP Panca Budi Medan dalam upaya meningkatkan disiplin guru dan pada akhirnya meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran.

Abstract

Evaluasi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) merupakan langkah penting untuk mengukur efektivitas proses belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi langkah-langkah yang perlu dilakukan dalam melaksanakan evaluasi pembelajaran PAI. Melalui studi literatur dan analisis data, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa langkah-langkah evaluasi meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan tindak lanjut. Perencanaan meliputi penentuan tujuan, pemilihan instrumen, dan penjadwalan evaluasi. Pelaksanaan meliputi pengumpulan data melalui berbagai teknik, seperti tes tertulis, observasi, dan wawancara. Tindak lanjut meliputi analisis data, interpretasi hasil, dan penyusunan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan pembelajaran.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the differentiation strategy of chicken noodle Bakso Joglo and its impact on customer satisfaction in Rantauprapat City. The approach to this study is descriptive qualitative research. As informants are the owner/leader and several employees of Chicken Noodle Bakso Joglo. Data collection uses interview techniques or structured interviews directly. The population in this study were customers of chicken noodle meatball Bakso Joglo. Samples taken randomly as many as 100 customers. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis models with the help of Smart PLS. The results of the study show that: product innovation has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer experience has a significant effect on customer satisfaction and service has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction

Abstract

This research examines the book Mau'izhatul Mukminin Min Ihya' Ulumuddin which is one of the mandatory learning at Madrasah Al-Qismul 'Aly Al-Washliyah Batubara. This research shows students' understanding in understanding and practicing the teachings of the book. This research aims to examine the learning of the book of Mau'izhatul Mukminin Min Ihya' Ulumuddin in the development of student morals at Madrasah Al-Qismul 'Aly Al-Washliyah Batubara. This study uses a qualitative method, with a phenomenological research type. Data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique uses phenomenological techniques. The findings or results of the research include: (1) In-depth discussion, The subject of the research is that the teacher has a deep understanding of the moral values in the book. (2) The growth of morals includes: Students bow their heads when passing in front of the teacher, respect and ta'zhim to the teacher, shake hands with friends when meeting and provide the teacher with drinking water before the teacher starts learning. (3) Obedience to Allah, the implementation of the Book of Mau'izhatul Mukminin Min Ihya' Ulumuddin has a significant impact on students' obedience to Allah. (4) The influence of teacher exemplary, This finding also includes how teachers can influence education and moral development in students.

Abstract

Teachers have a central role in determining the success of education in schools, teachers are required to be more active and strategic in encouraging academic achievement while developing students' non-academic potential so that they are able to compete and adapt in various situations. There are two objectives in this study, namely: 1) To determine the role of teachers in improving academic and non-academic achievement of students at Madrasah Aliyah Miftahussalam Medan. 2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors for teachers' success in improving academic and non-academic achievement of students at Madrasah Aliyah Miftahussalam Medan. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach as a way to find data. Data collection techniques are used through observation, interview, and documentation methods. The results of this study indicate that teachers have an important role in the world of education as educators, mentors and motivators who greatly influence the improvement of student achievement both in academic aspects such as exam scores and non-academic aspects such as social skills and creativity. Teacher support in directing students to provide motivation, as well as guidance for extracurricular activities plays a very significant role in the overall development of students. Emphasizing the importance of the active role of teachers in creating a comfortable learning environment to support the achievement of students' academic and non-academic achievements.

Abstract

This study focuses on identifying the components utilized in shaping the character of 10th-grade students through the subject of Akidah Akhlak at MAS Islamiyah Sunggal. It also examines the supporting and inhibiting factors in the process of character formation in this context. As a core subject in Islamic education, Akidah Akhlak plays a significant role in shaping students' behavior, morals, and ethics. Through Akidah, students are taught to build a strong belief in Allah SWT and internalize values of faith. Meanwhile, Akhlak guides them toward cultivating noble behavior and commendable attitudes in their daily lives. This study employs a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The participants of this research comprise teachers, students, and foundation administrators. The findings reveal that the Akidah Akhlak material at MAS Islamiyah Sunggal significantly contributes to character building among students, particularly in fostering honesty, responsibility, discipline, and empathy towards others.

Abstract

This study examines the strategies used by Qur'an teachers at Mussallah Baitul Karimaah, Gang Sidorukun, Klambir Lima Kebun, Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang Regency, in instilling a love for the Qur'an among teenagers. The background of this research is the low interest of teenagers in Qur'an learning activities and the limited time often faced in deepening religious knowledge. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach to explore the methods implemented by the Qur'an teachers, including interactive learning, personal approaches, and the instillation of moral and spiritual values through Qur'anic verses relevant to teenagers' lives. The findings indicate that strategies such as Personal Approaches, Motivation-Based Learning, Qur'an Memorization Programs, and Emotional Approaches through group activities were effective. Supporting factors include parental and community support, adequate facilities, and the dedication of Qur'an teachers. Hindering factors include technological and social media influences, limited time, and internal motivational challenges among teenagers.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan fondasi bagi pembangunan suatu bangsa, dan guru adalah garda terdepan dalam proses tersebut. Dalam perspektif Al-Qur'an dan Hadits, peran guru diakui sebagai posisi yang sangat mulia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana ajaran Islam menekankan pentingnya peran guru dan bagaimana hal ini dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, terutama pada perayaan Hari Guru. Dengan menggunakan metode studi literatur, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber untuk memberikan gambaran yang komprehensif tentang penghargaan terhadap guru dalam konteks keagamaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penghargaan terhadap guru tidak hanya penting secara sosial, tetapi juga merupakan bagian dari implementasi ajaran Islam yang lebih luas.

Abstract

Banyak yang menilai dalam Pendidikan saat ini belum belum bisa menunjukan hasil terbaik dalam menjawab tantangan global terutama dalam hal pendidikan. Citra Pendidikan belum secara signifikan menunjukan bahwa ia telah mampu mengawal perkembangan global dan menjadi agend of chank. Seiring munculnya berbagai kasus yang menimpa dan melibatkan Pelajar. Relafansi lulusan perguruan tinggi dengan dunia kerja juga menjadi isu krusial yang mendapat perhatian besar dari berbagai pihak lulusan perguruan tinggi diharapkan memiliki kompetensi dan keterampilan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar kerja agar dapat terserap dengan baik.
