Abstract

A notary is a public official who is given authority by the State in making authentic deeds. In making the authentic deed, it must be in accordance with the standards regulated by the Law on the Notary Position, if the Notary is summoned/requested by the Investigator to testify/provide information about the authentic deed made by/before the Notary, then it is the legal obligation of the Notary to fulfill this. The problem discussed in this article is that after the Constitutional Court Decision Number 49/PUU-X/2012 has not fully provided certainty and legal protection for Notaries who exercise the right of default when asked for information or sanctions in the investigation or requested by a judge in court. The research method used is normative juridical with an analytical descriptive approach and laws and regulations. The results of the study show that the legal protection of the MKN is carried out in a repressive manner related to Article 66 Paragraph (1) with the aim of avoiding arbitrary actions by investigators and has not fully provided a guarantee of legal protection for the right to deny the rights of notary officials who are summoned based on the infiltration of the Constitutional Court Decision Number 49/PUU-X/2012.

Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of knowing the development of St. Yosep Cathedral Church of Pontianak City from 1909-1940. The research method used is the historical research method which consists of a. Topic Selection, b. Heuristics c. Verification, d. Interpretation, e. Historiography. The results of this study indicate that the entry of Catholicism into West Kalimantan in the early 20th century, especially in Pontianak which in 1909 was made a mission center and missionary center, the number of missionaries who came made many mission works established in Pontianak. This greatly influenced the Catholics and the people in Kalimantan especially in Pontianak thanks to Msgr. Pacificus Bos, O.F.M. Cap, and Msgr. Tarcisius Henricus Josephus van Valenberg, O.F.M. Cap. These two men were the pillars of the missionary works built in Pontianak, the most important of which was the Cathedral Church of St. Yosep Pontianak. This church is used as a mission center for missionaries, besides the church there is also Antonius Hospital and schools founded by the Pontianak Brothers School Foundation until now the results of this mission work are still growing and are still active until now, the mission works made by these missionaries greatly influenced the development of Catholics in Kalimantan, especially in Pontianak. In 1938 the Catholics reached 10,000 people but unfortunately in the 1940s the mission work stopped due to Japanese colonization, this made the development of Catholics not develop.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the history of various periods in several different periods in the Matan Ketapang Kingdom, West Kalimantan, especially in the period 1922-1942, this is an effort to pass on memories to the next generation. This research method itself uses historical research which consists of Topic Selection, Heuristics, Verification, Interpretation, and Historiography. Heuristics or source collection in this research uses oral sources and secondary sources in the form of books related to the Matan Kingdom, both the history of the founding of the Matan Kingdom and how the Matan Kingdom moved from its previous location. Then in the results of this research it was discovered how the arrival of the Dutch and Japanese made people's lives very miserable, where they lived with burdensome "Blasting" taxes. Furthermore, 1922 was the year that Panembahan Gusti Muhammad Saunan was appointed King. During the Panembahan Gusti government, Muhammad Saunan, who was so wise and firm, certainly won the hearts of the people of Ketapang because he never flinched when facing attacks from the invaders. Then, this research also provides knowledge that the last king who ruled in the Matan Ketapang Kingdom, West Kalimantan, namely Gusti Muhammad Saunan, was classified as a modern king because he had educational provisions that could not be underestimated, this he got when he was sent to school at a Dutch school at that time. still a teenager. Until the end of his term of office, due to the foreman tragedy, to be precise, he no longer served as King in 1942 because he was reported to have died and then there was no one left in the Matan Kingdom.

Abstract

Human resource management in sports has become a special concern as an organizational asset for the sustainability of the Petanque Association of Central Java Province. This asset needs to be strategically optimized and managed to ensure effective and efficient operation. Talent management is a key part of implementing interconnected strategies and systems to optimize the active and dynamic work environment in developing sports human resources management processes and norms. This article describes the application of talent management strategies as a process in developing sports human resources in the Petanque branch of Central Java Province. The study shows that talent management involves three stages: first, identifying sports human resources through talent management strategies; second, developing talent groups alongside other groups through talent management development; and finally, retaining talent. These three stages represent a cohesive process in applying talent management strategies to sports human resources in the Petanque of Central Java Province.

Abstract

The importance of understanding household consumption expenditure in fishing communities, particularly those influenced by local economic dynamics, socio-cultural characteristics, and access to resources. This study aims to identify the factors affecting household consumption expenditure in the fishing community of Ponjalae, Palopo City. The type of research conducted is qualitative descriptive research. The research location was at the Fish Auction Place (TPI) in Palopo City. The selection of informants in this study used purposive sampling technique, which is based on certain criteria. To collect data, the researcher used several methods, including in-depth interviews to gather information about consumption expenditure patterns, participant observation to understand their consumption patterns and social interactions, and documentation in the form of field notes or photos that support the observation results. Data validity was obtained through data triangulation, which involved verifying information gathered from interviews, observations, and document references. The data analysis method used was thematic analysis, which involves data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, with the aim of providing a clear picture of the factors influencing household consumption expenditure in the fishing community. The results of the study show that the household consumption expenditure of fishermen in Ponjalae is heavily influenced by income fluctuations related to fishing seasons, the number of family members, as well as broader socio-economic factors. Income fluctuations play a decisive role in managing consumption expenditure, while social and cultural factors play an important role in how expenditures are managed.

Abstract

The role of Islamic Education Teachers is crucial in instilling religious moderation values at SMA Teladan Helvetia Medan. The focus of this research is the role of Islamic Education Teachers in instilling religious moderation values to shape students' attitudes of tolerance. The problem in this study is the lack of implementation of tolerance among students, both in words and actions, at SMA Teladan Helvetia Medan. It is the responsibility of the Islamic Education teacher to cultivate tolerance attitudes through religious moderation values. The method used in this research is qualitative, with the researcher collecting information through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results indicate that teachers have a good understanding of the concept of religious moderation and implement it through dialogical learning, extracurricular activities, and role modeling in daily interactions. Students' responses to these efforts are very positive, although challenges such as a lack of social environmental support and limited training for teachers remain. Proposed solutions include strengthening partnerships between schools, families, and communities, as well as enhancing teacher competencies. This study underscores the importance of the role of Islamic education teachers as agents of religious moderation to foster a tolerant and harmonious generation in a diverse society

Abstract

The increase in demand for livestock products in North Sumatra from year to year is increasing along with the increasing population and the increasing awareness of nutritional needs among the community. This study aims to determine the feasibility of sheep farming business in Wawan Jaya Farm Sheep Farm, Antara Village, Lima Puluh District in 2024. This research was carried out in September-November 2024 at Wawan Jaya Farm Sheep Farm, Antara Village, Lima Puluh District. The analysis method carried out is using R/C (Revenue Cost Ratio) and PP (Pay Back Period). The conclusion is based on the results of the calculation of business analysis that has been carried out on the Wawan Jaya Farm Sheep Farm. So it can be concluded that the R/C of 1.72 means that the business run by Wawan Jaya Farm is suitable for development, PP 1.80 means that the return on capital in Wawan Jaya Farm Sheep Farm is 1 Year, 08 Months.

Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan mengenai kurangnya bahan ajar yang bervariatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (RD) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation dan Evaluation. Penggunaan bahan ajar yang bervariatif disertai dengan gambar-gambar yang menarik merupakan salah satu bahan ajar yang disukai oleh peserta didik. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, pengembangan produk bahan ajar yang dapat membantu guru dan siswa dalam pembelajaran sejarah. Bahan ajar yang ditawarkan adalah bahan ajar yang berbentuk majalah elektronik berbasis Wakelet. Berdasarkan penilaian kelayakan ahli materi sebesar 89 % dan ahli media sebesar 95 %, dan didapatkan hasil bahwa kedua validator ahli tersebut masuk dalam kategori sangat layak. Adapun hasil penilaian dari uji kepraktisan guru masuk pada kategori sangat layak dengan presentase 96 %. Sedangkan hasil penilaian kepraktisan dari 30 orang siswa masuk pada ketegori sangat praktis dengan presentase 92 %. Bahan ajar sangat layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran sejarah. Bahan ajar History E-magazine ini memiliki keunggulan yaitu mampu menarik perhatian dan minat siswa untuk mengikuti pembelajaran sejarah, serta fleksibel karena dapat digunakan kapan dan dimana saja melalui smartphone atau Laptop. Kelemahan dari bahan ajar ini keterbatasan akses internet dalam mengunduh bahan ajar.

Abstract

The principal plays a crucial role in managing and directing various school activities, directly contributing to the success of the school alongside other components, such as teachers and students. This study aims to examine the role of the principal at SMA Negeri 3 Banda Aceh in implementing the School Empowerment Program. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with 9 informants as subjects, consisting of the principal, teachers, and students. The research object is the School Empowerment Program at SMA Negeri 3 Banda Aceh. Data collection was conducted through interviews and documentation, while data analysis included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that the principal of SMA Negeri 3 Banda Aceh has successfully implemented various interventions in the School Empowerment Program, such as consultative-asymmetric mentoring, strengthening human resources, learning with a new paradigm, data-driven planning, and school digitization. The principal plays an essential role in facilitating the learning committee's understanding of the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, leading the development of the operational curriculum, mentoring and evaluating teachers, fostering a culture of reflection, and organizing and evaluating learning communities within the school. This study concludes that the success of the School Empowerment Program heavily relies on the principal's ability to lead effectively, manage change, and implement policies and practices that support school performance improvement.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the leadership strategies of school principals in improving teacher professionalism at Al-Yasiriya Brothers Educational Foundation. Using a descriptive qualitative research method with pedagogical and sociological approaches, this study involves school principals, teachers, and students as primary data sources. Data collection is conducted through direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentary studies. Data analysis employs Miles and Huberman techniques, which include three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, with triangulation as a data validation method. The results reveal that school principals implement several key strategies to improve teacher professionalism. First, teacher competency development is carried out through ongoing professional training programs and workshops. Second, the creation of a collaborative working environment that fosters innovative learning. Third, the implementation of regular academic supervision to enhance teaching quality. Fourth, the application of performance-based reward systems to boost teacher motivation. The school principals also demonstrate transformational leadership by leading through discipline, integrity, and commitment to the foundation's vision. Despite facing challenges such as limited budgets and resistance to change, school principals have overcome these obstacles through effective communicative and collaborative approaches. This research concludes that the strategic leadership of school principals plays a fundamental role in improving teacher professionalism. Based on these findings, it is recommended to strengthen the synergy between school principals, teachers, and the foundation to create a quality and sustainable educational ecosystem
