Abstract

This research has a fundamental objective, which is to identify and analyze the influential factors on teacher performance within an educational context. The methodology employed in this study is a quantitative approach, aimed at collecting measurable data for statistical analysis. The research was conducted in the Sosopan Subdistrict, Padang Lawas District, with a focus on public schools. The studied population encompassed all teachers in the Elementary Public Schools (SDN) within the area, with a sample size of 129 teachers participating. To ensure the validity of the utilized instruments, a validity test was conducted using the Product Moment formula, while the instrument's reliability was examined through the Cronbach's Alpha formula. The findings of this research reveal that the main factors influencing teacher performance in the SDN of Sosopan Subdistrict are work culture, job satisfaction, and work motivation. Through multiple regression analysis, it becomes evident that these factors bear a significant relationship with teacher performance. This underscores the importance of a positive working environment, adequate satisfaction levels, and high motivational drive in enhancing the performance of teachers within the educational milieu. These findings offer valuable insights for the development of strategies and policies aimed at improving the quality of education in local schools.

Abstract

Trade has been linked to social issues in many instances, such as the promotion and protection of human rights, labour rights, and the preservation of the environment. This linkage can take the form of international cooperation between governments, or it can be unilateral in nature. In this paper, we will discuss the issue of using trade policy, in particular TDIs, to address social issues and climate change. We will start by having a general understanding of how to link trade policy to non-trade issues. We will then discuss the different approaches that governments have taken in linking trade with non-trade issues, including the rationale behind those decisions. Finally, we will reflect on the use of TDIs in addressing social issues, with a focus on the EU's anti-dumping and anti-subsidy regulations.This paper will contribute to the literature on the use of trade policy to address social issues by providing a comprehensive overview of the different approaches that have been taken, as well as the challenges and potential impact of using TDIs in this context.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Cambridge curriculum in history learning at SMA Fatih Bilingual School and the impact of the implementation of the Cambridge curriculum at SMA Fatih Bilingual School with the aim of describing how the implementation of the Cambridge curriculum on history learning at SMA Fatih Bilingual School and knowing the impact of the implementation of the Cambridge curriculum in the history learning process at SMA Fatih Bilingual School. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive qualitative research techniques data collection using interviews and documentation for data analysis methods using Miles Huberman theory starting from data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions and data condensation, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the implementation of the Cambridge curriculum applied at SMA Fatih Bilingual School was not applied as a whole but several subjects that led to social science (Physics, chemistry, biology, mathematics, global perspectives and business studies). This is also applied based on the limited human resources available at SMA Fatih Bilingual School. The impact of the implementation of the Cambridge curriculum at SMA Fatih Bilingual School, student achievement has increased since the use of the Cambridge curriculum and on the learning side there are subjects that are not used including history because it is integrated into global perspective subjects. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion of research results, the conclusion that can be drawn is that the Cambridge curriculum is not fully implemented because it still combines with the national curriculum, but from the completeness it has met the school standards for implementing the Cambridge curriculum. The implementation of the Cambridge international curriculum at SMA Fatih Bilingual School has a positive impact on student learning achievement. However, on the contrary, it has a negative impact on history learning that is integrated into global learning perspectives as a result of the implementation of the Cambridge curriculum in schools so that students' knowledge of national history is reduced.

Abstract

This study aims to determine students' perceptions of the use of guessing games in learning to speak English. This study used mixed methods, a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods which were conducted at SMA N 1 Banjar Margo Tulang Bawang. The research sample consisted of twenty one students of eleventh grade in the academic year 2023/2024. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results showed that students agreed with the use of guessing games in learning to speak English. It has a positive impact on students' speaking skills; they can be more confident and active in learning.

Abstract

Proses Penelitian yang di lakukan saat ini memiliki tujuan untuk melakukan perbaikan pada proses bisnis pada bagian keuangan UMKM UPB Usaha Purna Bakti Proses bisnis belum di jelaskan dengan baik, dan permaslaahan terpenting yang terjadi yaitu cara pencatatan keuangan Umkm UPB ini masih menggunakan proses manual yaitu dengan menggunakan pentatan menggunakan buku tulis, yang di mana dapat beresiko yang sangat besar, baik itu kekeliruan penulisan, sealain itu pun memakan waktu yang cukup lama. Proses bisnis akan dimodelkan dengan menggunakan metode Business Process Modelling and Notation (BPNM). Digunakan untuk mengetahui masalah yang terjadi pada setiap aktifitas, proses bisnis yang di lakukan dengan menggunakan metode Business Process Improvement (BPI). Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sebuah proses bisnis yang di usulkan yang dapat dipakai sebagai acuan dapat dilakukan sebuah perubahan proses kerja dari yang manual menjadi proses terkomputerisasi.

Abstract

This study aims to; 1) Know the behavior of the people who live around the Cisadane River, 2) Know the Regulations, Operations, and Supervision of Every action taken by the surrounding community through which the Cisadane River flows, 3) Knowing the Constraints, Problems, and Challenges experienced by the government in overcoming problems that occur around existing problems and the impact of polluted environments. This research is qualitative. The method used is a normative juridical study. There are two types and sources of data: primary and secondary. In addition, a review of documents and literature materials that support research and problem analysis is also carried out. The research results show that the Cisadane River impacts individual and social life. While providing an essential source of livelihood, transportation, and recreational value, the river also carries flooding risks and environmental damage. Therefore, it is vital to manage and maintain the Cisadane River properly, as well as involve the community in efforts to conserve and protect the rivers environment in order to maintain the quality of life and the sustainability of the communities living in the vicinity, which are in line with the Implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Abstract

Problematika pembelajaran merupakan permasalahan yang dapat menggangu, menghambat serta mempersulit yang dapat mengakibatkan kegagalan dalam tujuan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat problematika ekstrakurikuler membaca dan menulis di SMP Negeri 2 Sawit serta solusi yang diberikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologis yaitu jenis penelitian kualitatif. Sumber penelitian ini adalah mengumpulkan data dengan cara mewawancarai pengajar ekstrakurikuler membaca dan menulis Al-Quran di SMP Negeri 2 Sawit. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah peserta didik diharapkan lulus dari SMP Negeri 2 Sawit sudah bisa membaca dan menulis Al-Quran dengan baik dan benar yang sesuai dengan ilmu tajwid.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to determine the legal protection for members and customers of savings and loan cooperatives. The methodology used in this paper is normative research, which examines legal provisions, legal principles, and legal doctrines in order to address legal issues with a statute approach and a conceptual approach. Legal protection for cooperative members is very important, because legal protection is a guarantee against actions taken by cooperative management outside their authority. Legal protection can also be given to savings and loan cooperative customers if they are appointed as members of the cooperative, because cooperative customers are prospective members of savings and loan cooperatives.

Abstract

Pelayanan publik merupakan sebuah aktivitas pelayanan yang dijalankan lembaga pemerintah sebagai upaya pertolongan agar warga dapat lebih mudah mencapai keinginanya. Pada Kabupaten Banjar memiliki 20 kecamatan dengan 227 Desa, penyebaran penduduk diklasifikasikan jarang, serta terdapat beberapa wilayah dengan jarak yang cukup jauh dari Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Banjar serta harus melewati wilayah lainnya. Inovasi Jempol Pelanduk, bertujuan agar masyarakat dapat merasakan kehadiran pelayanan publik yang baik meskipun berada di luar kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Banjar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui terkait Efektivitas Program Jemput Bola Pelayanan Administrasi Kependudukan (Jempol Pelanduk) di Kabupaten Banjar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data serta kesimpulan. Hasil Penelitian dirasa program sudah sangat efektif dengan memenuhi input, proses, output dan outcome. Dindukcapil sudah mempersiapkan fasilitas peralatan di mobil pelanduk, melakukan sosialisasi ke desa dengan Jemput Bola Pelayanan Administrasi Kependudukan (Jempol Pelanduk) dilakukan dengan baik, output Jempol Pelanduk sudah tercapai serta outcome Jempol Pelanduk, berdampak manfaat pada data dokumen kependudukan. Walaupun pada praktiknya dilapangan terdapat faktor penghambat dalam efektivitas.

Abstract

Lembaga peradilan merupakan institusi penyelesaian sengketa litigasi yang selama ini menjadi pilihan utama penggunaannya oleh para pihak yang bersengketa, selaras dengan makin derasnya infiltrasi hukum modern di setiap penjuru dunia. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum non-yuridis empiris/ sosiologis atau penelitian hukum non-doktrinal, yaitu data yang bersifat kualitatif. Sikap mediator dapat dianalisis dari dua sisi, dimana mediator melakukan suatu tindakan semata-mata ingin membantu, dan mempercepat proses penyelesaian sengketa. Pada sisi lain, tindakan mediator dalam melakukan negosiasi tidak seluruhnya dapat memuaskan para pihak yang bersengketa. Keunggulan/kelebihan mediator hakim dalam penyelesaian perkara perdata di Pengadilan Negeri Jepara, antara lain mediator telah memiliki skill, berupa keterampilan komunikasi efektif, melakukan presentasi diri, dan pengelolaan diri. Diperlukan adanya sosialisasi/penyuluhan hukum yang lebih optimal diatur dalam Peraturan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 1 Tahun 2016 guna mengingatkan kepada masyarakat mengenai arti penting penyelesaian sengketa secara damai melalui mediasi.
