Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Penerapan model pembelajaran project citizen pada mata pelajaran PPKn untuk Meningkatkan Civic Disposition peserta didik di Kelas V SDN Taloyon Kecamatan Pagimana. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, tes tertulis, wawancara dan dokumentasi sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis hasil pengamatan kegiatan pembelajaran dan analisis hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Civic Disposition peserta didik di kelas V SD Negeri Taloyon Kecamatan pagimana mengalami peningkatan dan Nilai  rata-rata hasil belajar pada akhir siklus juga ikut mengalami peningkatan dari (75,62)  untuk nilai rata-rata siklus I menjadi (79,5) untuk nilai rata-rata siklus II. Demikian pula dengan ketuntasan klasikal juga mengalami peningkatan dari (75%)  menjadi   (100%) untuk siklus II  dan sudah mencapai indikator ketuntasan klasikal. sehingga dengan demikian pelaksanaan pembelajaran siklus II sudah maksimal dan penelitian dinyatakan dapat membuktikan hipotesis dengan kesimpulan bahwa penggunaan model Project Citizen dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar sekaligus Civic Disposition peserta didik (Relius, Tanggung Jawab, Jujur, Hormat dan Santun, Peduli, Kerja Sama, Pantang Menyerah, Keadilan dan Kepemimpinan, Cinta Damai dan Persatuan) pada mata pelajaran PPKn di kelas V SDN Taloyon Kecamatan Pagimana Kabupaten Banggai.

Abstract

Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS) lahir dari gerakan Tarbiyah dari beberapa kampus di Indonesia. Gerakan Tarbiyah sendiri awalnya lebih berfokus sebagai gerakan dakwah yang muncul di awal 1980-an di Era Orde Baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan latar belakang berdirinya PKS di Aceh, menjelaskan landas pergerakan yang digunakan oleh PKS, dan  sistem kaderisasi PKS di Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan sumber data dari wawancara pengurus Partai Keadilan Sejahtera wilayah Aceh dan sumber dari dokumen–dokumem dari media dan buku.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara dan kritis sumber dari dokumen dan buku. Teknik wawancra yang dilakukan adalah teknik wawancara terbuka agar data hasil penelitian dapat terpecaya peneliti mengunakan alat bantu perekaman berupa alat tulis dan media elektronik hand phone. Bedasarkan hasil analisis data, temuan penelitian ini dapat dikemukakan sebagai berikut, latar belakang berdirinya Partai Keadilan Sejahtera di Aceh awal mulanya di bentuk pada tahun 1998; landasan pergerakan yang dipakai partai keadilan Sejahtera di Aceh mengunakan dasar Islam dan asas Pancasila; dan Sistem kaderisasi Partai Keadilan Sejahtera di Aceh diawali Dengan pemahaman tentang tauhid dan diawali dengan pembentukan Halaqah. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah perkembangan Partai Keadilan Sejahtera di Aceh dimulai sejak tahun 1998, dengan ketua pengurus wilayah pertama Nasir djamil, landasan berpijak pergerakan Partai Keadilan Sejahtera di Aceh. The Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) was born from the Tarbiyah movement from several campuses in Indonesia. The Tarbiyah movement itself began as a preaching movement that emerged in the early 1980s in the New Order Era. This research tries to explain the background of the establishment of PKS in Aceh, explain the movement foundation used by PKS, and the PKS regeneration system in Aceh. This study uses qualitative, with data sources from interviews with officials of the Aceh Prosperous Justice Party and sources from documents from the media and books. Data collection is done by interview techniques and critical sources of documents and books. The interview technique used is an open interview technique so that the research data can be trusted by researchers using recording tools in the form of stationery and electronic media for mobile phones. Based on the results of data analysis, the findings of this study can be stated as follows, the background to the establishment of the Prosperous Justice Party in Aceh was originally formed in 1998; Movement foundations that use the Prosperous freedom party in Aceh use the basis of Islam and the principle of Pancasila; and the Prosperous Justice Party cadre system in Aceh begins with an understanding of monotheism and begins with the formation of Halaqah. The conclusion of this research is the development of the Prosperous Justice Party in Aceh starting in 1998, with the head of the first regional administrator Nasir djamil, the foundation of the Prosperous Justice Party movement in Aceh.

Abstract

Learning is essentially a process of interaction between students and their environment, resulting in a change in behavior for the better. The results of observations made at Nusalaut Central Maluku Christian High School in history subjects, it is known that the cognitive learning outcomes of students are still low. One learning model that can train students in overcoming these problems is to apply the problem solving model. This study aims to improve history learning outcomes through a problem solving model in class XI students for the 2022/2023 academic year. The subjects of this class action research were 30 students in class XI as the recipients of the action, while the subjects of the action were the history teacher as the teacher, colleagues as the subjects observing the learning process, and the school principal as the data source subject. Methods of data collection are done through test techniques, observation and documentation. This action research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation and reflection. The results of this study indicate that the use of problem solving learning models can improve the history learning outcomes of class XI SMA Kristen Nusalaut. This can be seen from the average value of student history learning outcomes which also increased, namely before the action of 70.93 in the first cycle of 77.85 and in the second cycle of 85.46. In addition, the percentage of student learning completeness, namely before the action was 66.67%, in cycle I was 73.33% and in cycle II was 93.33%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the history and performance of STKIP Bima in relation to the influence of organizational culture and communication on performance with lecturers' economic welfare as an intervening variable. The instruments of this research were questionnaires and history documents of STKIP Bima and the performance achievements of lecturers in carrying out the tri dharma of higher education. The results of the study show that STKIP Bima is a tertiary institution located in Bima City and was founded in the 70s so that it has alumni who are spread out and work in various professions in Indonesia and abroad. Organizational culture and communication have a significant and positive effect on performance with the economic welfare of lecturers as intervening variables. The managerial implications of the findings of this study are that the human resource development management of STKIP Bima must be supported by a proportional and performance-based increase in economic welfare.

Abstract

This study investigates how age influences emotional intelligence (EI) among 144 leaders working in non-governmental organizations (NGOs) based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Emotional intelligence is crucial for effective leadership, as it helps leaders understand and manage their own emotions and those of others. Building on recent research emphasizing the importance of EI in leadership, an attempt was made to explore whether age plays a role in shaping EI levels among NGO leaders. To answer this question, the ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) test was employed to analyze the data in comparing the EI scores of leaders across different age groups based on their age. The results of the analysis revealed significant differences in EI scores among NGO leaders of different ages indicating that older leaders tend to exhibit higher levels of emotional intelligence. This suggests that older leaders may have different emotional skills compared to younger leaders. These findings highlight the importance of considering age-related differences in EI when assessing leadership effectiveness within NGOs. By understanding how age influences EI, organizations can better tailor their leadership development programs to meet the diverse needs of leaders across different age groups. Ultimately, this research contributes to our understanding of the complex interplay between age and emotional intelligence in the context of NGO leadership

Abstract

In this digital era, it is not only the educational aspect that is progressing due to technology. The economic aspect is also experiencing technological progress. Just as conventional learning has developed into online learning, conventional commerce to digital commerce or digital marketing is the influence of technological developments. Therefore, researchers conducted a data collection survey by giving questionnaires to respondents to support media creation (LMS). The aim of this research is to create learning media, namely LMS Digital Marketing with the PHP programming language. This research uses a type of development research or Research and Development (RD) using the ILDF (Integrative Learning Design Framework) development model. The final result of this development research is a prototype web-based learning media (LMS) for digital marketing material which aims to help users understand digital marketing concepts without time and place limitations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh strategi harga dan inovasi produk terhadap keunggulan bersaing usaha sayuran hidroponik di kabupaten Ponorogo. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuisioner. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku usaha sayuran hidroponik di kabupaten Ponorogo. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel non-probability sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Penetapan harga penjualan memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing. (2) Keuntungan yang diharapkan memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing. (3) Inovasi produk memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing. (4) Penetapan harga penjualan, keuntungan yang diharapkan, dan inovasi produk memiliki pengaruh secara simultan terhadap keunggulan bersaing.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan dan mendeskripsikan tentang  pengembangan bahasa anak di TK Hosana Soe. Penelitian ini dirancang dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara kepada guru dan Kepala Sekolah yang berjumlah 3 orang, observasi kemampuan berbahasa anak kepada anak di Kelas B TK Hosana Soe yang berjumlah 11 orang anak.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa  pelaksanaan pengembangan bahasa anak telah berjalan dengan baik melalui strategi dan metode-metode yang telah digunakan seperti metode bercerita, bermain peran dan metode bercakap-cakap selain itu hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar anak telah baik dalam kemampuan berbahasanya, namun masih ada kendala-kendala yang dihadapi seperti kurangnya fasilitas dan kemampuan guru dalam memilih metode yang tepat

Abstract

This article aims to identify the management of a healthy canteen at SD Muhammadiyah 22 Surakarta. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The data used is primary data which comes from observations, interviews, and filling out questionnaires. In this study, researchers used data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and filling out questionnaires. To analyze the research data used descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the planning of a healthy canteen at SD Muhammadiyah 22 Surakarta starts from identifying service needs to determining the canteen schedule; 2) the organization of a healthy canteen at SD Muhammadiyah 22 Surakarta is carried out by establishing a canteen organizational structure along with its duties and responsibilities; 3) the implementation of a healthy canteen at SD Muhammadiyah 22 Surakarta is run by the school together with canteen guards; and 4) supervision of the healthy canteen at SD Muhammadiyah 22 Surakarta using internal supervision and external supervision from the local health center.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Latar belakang pelaksanaan adat Appinating. (2) Prosesi pelaksanaan adat Appinating (3) Fungsi dari pelaksanaan adat Appinating. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitin deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini melibatkan 6 orang informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Latar belakang pelaksanaan adat Appinating padi sebelum masuk ke Lempang padi itu dari Luwu yang kemudian tikus membawanya dengan melalui banyak perjalanan. Dari perjalanan inilah yang membuat masyarakat dusun Lempang meminta kepada sang pencipta agar padi bisa tumbuh dan menetap di kampungnya melalui sebuah perjanjian. Di Barru  padi menetap dan tumbuh serta Padi merupakan sumber penghidupan utama pada masyarakat di dusun Lempang. (2) Prosesi pelaksanaan adat appinatin di dusun Lempang yaitu pertama Tudang sipulung dan diakhiri dengan Mattoana ase. (3)Fungsi dari pelaksanaan adat appinating adalah menggambarkan kepada kita bagaimana caranya kita bersyukur terhadap hasil pertanian yang telah masyarakat dusun Lempang peroleh, sebagai bentuk penghormatan kepada padi karena bagi mereka padi merupakan sumber utama bagi kehidupan.
