Abstract

The role of educators is crucial in designing learning, choosing the right theories, strategies, and methods to make teaching more effective. Every teacher also has a different approach in choosing the theories they use. Behaviourism learning theory can be used to help the learning process so it needs to be further studied by delving into behaviourism learning theory according to the experts, the models of behaviorism learning theory and the perspective of Islamic education towards behaviorism learning theory. This study is a literature study using sources from written references. The result of this research is learning behaviorism according to the experts is a view that emphasizes that learning is a change in behavior that can be directly observed. The learning theory models of behaviorism emphasize that learning occurs through associations between stimuli and directly observable responses. Behaviorism Learning Theory in Islamic Educational Perspective is that it emphasizes on the formation of behavior through stimulus and response. In Islamic education, this approach can be integrated with Islamic teachings that prioritize the formation of morals and positive behavior through habituation (ta’dib), example, and repetition.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) dalam meningkatkan daya saing Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM), khususnya Warung Buk Saleha di Kecamatan Curug, Kota Serang. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dan teknik wawancara semi-terstruktur, studi ini mengungkap bahwa meskipun skala usaha kecil, pelaku UMKM telah menyadari pentingnya pelatihan dan pengembangan SDM untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, efisiensi kerja, dan keunggulan kompetitif. Pengembangan dilakukan secara informal seperti pelatihan langsung, pengarahan rutin, dan pembelajaran mandiri lewat media digital, yang efektif namun masih menghadapi tantangan, terutama terkait kedisiplinan tenaga kerja dan terbatasnya akses terhadap program pelatihan eksternal. Pengembangan SDM yang baik berkontribusi positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dan keberlangsungan usaha, namun perlu adanya sistem manajemen SDM yang lebih terstruktur dan dukungan dari pihak eksternal agar pengembangan kompetensi dapat berlangsung secara berkelanjutan dan kompetitif di pasar. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kolaborasi antara pelaku UMKM, pemerintah, dan lembaga pelatihan sangat diperlukan untuk menciptakan ekosistem pengembangan SDM yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan demi meningkatkan daya saing UMKM di era globalisasi.

Abstract

Quality of education and reduce the dropout rate in Indonesia. Although it has been running, the ideal of education for all has not been achieved. Based on the Regent’s Decree Number 188.45/422/HK/416-012/2023, Sidoharjo Village, Gedeg District, Mojokerto Regency was appointed as one of 8 P-ATS pilot projects. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The analysis was carried out based on the Van Meter and Van Horn policy implementation theory which includes six indicators: policy standards and objectives, resources, inter-organizational communication, characteristics of implementers, environment, and implementer disposition. The results of the study indicate that the program standards and objectives are running well and are able to motivate children to return to school. Human resources work according to SOP. However, education to the community is still lacking so that there is a need to increase socialization. The disposition of the implementers is quite good, while communication between organizations needs to be improved even though the budget is limited. The economic, social, and political environment is quite supportive. The researcher suggests that the Mojokerto Regency Government be more active in socializing the program and paying attention to the budget and supporting facilities for P-ATS.

Abstract

Career planning is an important aspect of student development, especially at the high school level where students are in the stage of choosing further education or a career path. Guidance and Counseling (GC) plays an active role in assisting students with career planning through effective and well-targeted assessment services. This study uses a literature review method to examine the importance of validity and reliability in developing career planning assessment instruments. The findings show that validity, including content, construct, and criterion validity, as well as reliability, including consistency and stability, are crucial elements in producing accurate and trustworthy assessment instruments. In conclusion, the development of assessment instruments in GC services must consider both validity and reliability aspects to provide a true and consistent picture of students’ potential and career direction.

Abstract

The Village Government of Jatirenggo in Glagah district, Lamongan Regency has initiated efforts to enhance public services through the introduction of an innovative application called Jatirenggo Integrated Online Services (JALANTOL). This web- and Android-based platform was developed to facilitate various online community services, including administrative processes, promotion of local UMKM, news and announcements, complaint submissions, and an e-library. Despite these advancements, some residents still struggle to understand or navigate the features within the application. This study aims to analyze public service innovation through the implementation of the JALANTOL application in Jatirenggo Village. Employing a descriptive qualitative method, the research is grounded in the innovation success theory by Bugge et al. (2018), which includes six key indicators: governance and innovation, sources of ideas for innovation, innovation culture, capabilities and tools, objectives, outcomes, drivers and obstacles, and collecting innovation data for single innovation. The findings reveal that the development of JALANTOL aligns with governance standards and has been socialized to the public. The innovation stemmed from the Village Head’s response to technological progress and the needs of a mobile population. The culture of innovation is evident through leadership support and active problem-solving by village officials. Additionally, most staff and residents have the skills to operate the system, supported by training and infrastructure improvements. The goals of the application are largely being met, as many residents have adopted it for public service use, despite persistent technical challenges such as server downtime. Collaboration with various stakeholders continues to improve the application through feature additions and interface updates.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Diklat as a human resource development strategy. This qualitative study uses interview and observation methods to collect data from Diklat participants and instructors. The results show that Diklat is effective in improving participants’ abilities and skills, as well as increasing motivation and job satisfaction. However, this study also found several challenges faced in implementing Diklat, such as the lack of adequate facilities and infrastructure. This study provides recommendations to improve the effectiveness of Diklat by improving facilities and infrastructure, as well as enhancing instructor quality

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between digital transformation and technology literacy in strengthening teacher professionalism in the digital era. Teacher professionalism requires an integration of pedagogical, professional, social, and personal competencies with digital fluency. The research applied a qualitative approach using library research, limited interviews, and observations of teaching practices in several primary and secondary schools. The findings indicate that teachers with high technological literacy are more capable of designing interactive and adaptive learning as well as keeping up with educational technology trends. Digital transformation also facilitates broader professional collaboration and development through online platforms and digital learning communities. This study concludes that technology literacy is a vital foundation for supporting digital transformation and serves as a key indicator of sustainable teacher professionalism

Abstract

In the fast-paced and dynamic digital era, data is an important asset in supporting the right decision-making process. However, the high volume of data generated every day requires a data processing system that is not only accurate but also consistent. Consistency of information is the main key in maintaining data reliability as a basis for analysis and policy. This material discusses in full various strategic efforts in improving the quality of data processing, which include standardization of work procedures, implementation of data validation and verification systems, integration of sophisticated information technology, and increasing the competence and awareness of human resources in data management. In addition, this material also highlights the importance of good data governance, ongoing supervision, and a work culture that is oriented towards information quality. Through these approaches, it is hoped that organizations or agencies will be able to create information systems that are not only reliable but also consistent in the long term. This consistency is an important foundation in supporting operational effectiveness and the success of digital transformation as a whole.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di Pendidikan Diniyah Formal (PDF) Subulus Salam Majalengka. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, data dikumpulkan dari 30 guru melalui kuisioner terstruktur yang dirancang untuk mengukur motivasi kerja dan kinerja guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja dan kinerja guru, yang mengindikasikan bahwa tingkat motivasi yang lebih tinggi berkontribusi pada efektivitas pengajaran yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang memotivasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memprediksi Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) di Provinsi Sumatera Barat berdasarkan faktor-faktor ekonomi dan sosial, yaitu Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) per kapita, Angka Melek Huruf (AMH), rata-rata upah karyawan per bulan, dan Umur Harapan Hidup (UHH). Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan pendekatan forward selection, menggunakan data sekunder dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) tahun 2020 hingga 2024 dengan total 95 observasi dari 19 kabupaten/kota. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel independen secara signifikan mempengaruhi IPM, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Model yang dihasilkan memenuhi seluruh uji asumsi klasik, seperti normalitas, homoskedastisitas, tidak adanya autokorelasi, dan linearitas. Nilai Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) yang rendah juga mengindikasikan bahwa model memiliki kemampuan prediksi yang baik. Dengan demikian, regresi linier berganda dapat menjadi pendekatan yang efektif dalam memodelkan dan memprediksi IPM di wilayah Sumatera Barat berdasarkan indikator sosial dan ekonomi.
