Abstract

Kecerdasan kinestetik merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam perkembangan anak usia dini yang berkaitan dengan kemampuan menggunakan tubuh untuk mengekspresikan ide, perasaan, dan menyelesaikan masalah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran tari sebagai media pembelajaran dalam mengoptimalkan perkembangan kecerdasan kinestetik pada anak usia dini. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode observasi dan studi literatur, penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana aktivitas tari dapat merangsang berbagai aspek kecerdasan kinestetik anak, meliputi koordinasi motorik kasar dan halus, keseimbangan tubuh, ritme dan tempo, serta ekspresi kreatif. Tari sebagai bentuk seni gerak yang terstruktur memberikan stimulasi komprehensif terhadap perkembangan neurologis anak melalui gerakan yang melibatkan seluruh anggota tubuh. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran tari memberikan dampak positif signifikan terhadap peningkatan kecerdasan kinestetik anak usia dini. Anak-anak yang rutin mengikuti aktivitas tari menunjukkan peningkatan dalam hal koordinasi mata-tangan, keseimbangan dinamis, fleksibilitas tubuh, dan kemampuan mengikuti instruksi gerakan kompleks. Selain itu, tari juga berkontribusi pada pengembangan kepercayaan diri, disiplin, dan kemampuan bekerja sama dalam kelompok.

Abstract

One of the indicators of service effectiveness in Benowo District, Surabaya City, is the implementation of the E-kios program across various public service facilities, such as the district office. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the E-kios program as a form of public service in Benowo District, Surabaya City. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, using data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis. Informants in this study include district service staff, E-kios operational officers, and members of the public who use the services. The focus of this study is to analyze the extent to which the implementation of the E-kios Program is effective as an innovation in public service delivery in Benowo District, Surabaya City. This study uses five e-government effectiveness indicators, namely: Productivity, the program has had a positive impact on improving services; however, regular public outreach and increased community capacity to use digital services are still needed. Quality, The program has succeeded in improving the speed, efficiency, and convenience of public services. Nonetheless, challenges remain in technical, managerial, and community readiness aspects. Efficiency, The program has been running effectively. Flexibility, The level of flexibility is fairly high, as the system enables residents to access various administrative services without having to visit central service offices directly. Satisfaction, The program shows a high level of user satisfaction, although some technical issues still frequently occur. The research findings indicate that, overall, the E-kios Program has been quite effective in enhancing the accessibility and efficiency of public services in Benowo District. Nevertheless, some challenges in its implementation remain. Based on these findings, the researcher offers the following suggestions: 1.) Increase public outreach and education regarding the program, 2.) Provide training for the community on how to use E-kios, 3.) Improve the quality of E-kios units.

Abstract

Sustainable development is a global agenda that demands countries in the world, including Indonesia, to undertake transformation in state financial governance. One of the important strategies used by the Indonesian government is the implementation of performance-based budgeting. This article aims to analyze the role of state financial management, particularly through the application of performance-based budgeting, in supporting the achievement of sustainable development in Indonesia. The study used a qualitative approach with literature study and policy analysis as the primary methods. Study results show that performance-based budgeting has encouraged transparency, accountability, and effectiveness of state budget use, although it still faces various challenges in its implementation. The article recommends strengthening human resource capacity, integration of information systems, as well as stricter supervision and evaluation as strategic measures to strengthen the role of state financial management in supporting sustainable development.

Abstract

Zakat is obligatory to be paid by every Muslim. Not only as an Islamic pillar zakat is also an important instrument in building the country’s reeconomy. Islamic history has proven the effectiveness of zakat in alleviating poverty. Looking at the estimation of the potential of zakat in Indonesia and the reality in society, it seems that there is a gap between the rich and the poor. The potential of zakat funds in Indonesia is estimated to reach Rs. 200 trillion, while the poverty rate in Indonesia is still high. The meaning of managed zakat funds is still far from its predicted potential. BAZNAS as the state zakat management agency sees that there are several factors that make the management not yet optimal. One is the minimum trust of the muzakkis that arises because the reporting of the management of zakat funds by the zakat amil agency has not been transparent. In addition to seeking to improve public trust, BAZNAS implements programs in the areas of health, education, and community welfare. Thanks to these efforts, the poverty rate in Indonesia is gradually decreasing and in the future it is expected to eradicate poverty in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to explore students’ experiences in dealing with bullying at SMP SWT Utama Medan. Bullying is a serious issue that can negatively affect students’ mental health, emotional well-being, and social development. Using a qualitative approach and case study method, data were collected through in-depth interviews with students who have experienced bullying, as well as through school environment observations. The findings reveal that students encountered various forms of bullying, including verbal, physical, and social abuse. Their responses varied, ranging from withdrawal and seeking support from peers or teachers to direct confrontation. Factors such as family support, teacher involvement, and school policies significantly influenced students’ ability to cope with bullying. These findings are expected to provide input for schools to create a safer and more supportive environment, as well as to raise awareness of the importance of early bullying prevention.

Abstract

This study addresses the phenomenon of representation of ideal life and social pressure on Instagram as well as its impact on self-image strategies among adolescents. The research background is based on the increasing use of social media as a space of digital identity formation that almost features an engineered and curated image of life. This study uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach to describe in depth the dynamics of self-image that arise as a result of social pressures in interactions in digital spaces. Data sources were obtained from literature reviews that included scholarly journals, books, and articles related to self-image theory, social media, as well as digital identity. The data collection technique was conducted through non-participant observation of the youth’s uploads and interactions on Instagram. Data analysis used Klaus Krippendorff’s content analysis approach which allowed for a systematic interpretation of texts, images, and symbols representing ideal lives as well as self-image strategies. To ensure validity, a source triangulation technique was used testing the consistency of data between observations and scientific literature. The results of the study suggest that representations of ideal lives on Instagram play a role as social standards that create psychological pressure and encourage adolescents to strategically adjust their identities. Discussion shows that self-image on Instagram is performative, reflective, and loaded with symbolic value that is influenced by algorithmic logics and social expectations. In conclusion, Instagram has been a space of hyperreality that influences young people’s identity construction through its complex, adaptive, and simultaneously problematic visual imagery, Instagram.

Abstract

This study aims to explore in depth the legal provisions regarding the utilisation of collateral (marhun) in a pawn contract (rahn) based on the perspective of the Shafi'i Madzhab and the contemporary provisions contained in the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI) No. 25/DSN-MUI/III/2002. The study was conducted using a normative juridical approach and comparative analysis of classical fiqh literature and contemporary regulations. The results show that the Shafi'i Madzhab affirms the absolute prohibition of taking the benefits of collateral except for maintenance purposes, in order to avoid elements of usury and injustice. Meanwhile, the Fatwa of DSN-MUI allows the collection of benefits in certain situations provided that the agreement is transparent and the calculation of benefits is proportional. This research reveals how the interpretation of Islamic law can be dynamic in responding to modern economic challenges, while still maintaining the basic principles of sharia. The results of the study are expected to strengthen the normative basis of Islamic pawn and become a reference for policy harmonisation between classical fiqh and Islamic banking practices.

Abstract

In geography learning, it is closely related to nature, so the need for learning resources based on field laboratories is very much needed. The ideal implementation of learning should be carried out outside the classroom by utilizing the environment as a learning object in identifying and analyzing natural phenomena. However, there are difficulties for educators in implementing learning outside the classroom due to the lack of facilities and infrastructure, as well as location knowledge that is relevant to geography learning materials. This study is intended to analyze the utilization of the potential of the Bantimurung Natural Tourism Area, Jene Taesa Village, Simbang District, Maros Regency as a learning resource based on field laboratories in geography learning. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with triangulation methods, namely observation, interviews and documentation studies. With very complex natural phenomena, the results of this study indicate that the Bantimurung Natural Tourism Area, Jene Taesa Village, Simbang District, Maros Regency. Has great potential to be used as a source of field learning for geography learning that can be utilized by teachers and students in supporting geography learning.

Abstract

Research on Differences of Learning Outcomes moss plants Through Application Model Cooperative Learning Think Pair Share and Think Pair Square at Class X SMAN 4 Banda Aceh.The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is any difference in the implementation of cooperative learning model Think Pair Share and type of Think Pair Square on learning outcomes physics class students on the concept of Fluid Static X SMAN 4 Banda Aceh.The method used is a quasi-experimental research method (Quasi Experimental).This study population dalah whole graders X.IA SMAN 4 Banda Aceh.As for determining the sample use a sampling technique of non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique.Thus, the samples of this research is class X.IA 5 totaling 30 people (experimental class 1) and class X.IA 2 totaling 30 people (the experimental class 2).Data collected through documentation and testing. Data were analyzed using t-test statistic to test for differences in learning outcomes. Based on the analysis of data obtained t table = -0.55 2,002then Ho is accepted.It can be concluded that there is no difference between the use of learning outcomes learning model Think Pair Share with learning model Think Pair Square in physics concepts in the classroom moss plants X SMAN 4 Banda Aceh the school year 2024/2025.

Abstract

The background of this research is based on the importance of archive management in supporting the effectiveness of archival services, especially in archival reunion services. This study aims to analyze the management of archives on the process of reuniting archives in the Regional House of Representatives of Sidoarjo Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using models from Miles and Huberman. The theory used refers to the theory put forward by Widjaja (2003) regarding the factors of good archives, including the use of the right storage system, qualified archival facilities, and qualified archival officers. The results of the study show that even though the Sidoarjo Regency Regional People's Representative Council has optimized the facilities and infrastructure of the archive center, there are still various obstacles, such as the limited number of archive employees, the lack of storage facilities (archive boxes and shelves), and the weak classification system which has an impact on the slow process of rediscovering archives. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the capacity of human resources, provide adequate facilities, and implement a more structured archive management system such as archive digitization so that the archive reunion process can run effectively and efficiently.
