Abstract

Customer satisfaction is greatly influenced by several factors, namely service quality and employee competence, if the quality of service and employee competence work very well then customer satisfaction will be very good and vice versa. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and employee competence on customer satisfaction in the banking sector. The research method used is a descriptive and verification approach with a survey technique through a questionnaire distributed to 75 bank customers, the analysis uses multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 21. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that service quality (X1) is categorized as good, employee competence (X2) is categorized as good, customer satisfaction (Y) is categorized as good, service quality (X1) on customer satisfaction (Y) partially has a positive effect, employee competence (X2) on customer satisfaction (Y) partially has a positive effect, service quality (X1) and employee competence (X2) on customer satisfaction (Y) simultaneously have a positive effect, while the determination value is 0.545 or 54.5% and other values 0.455 or 45.5% are other variables outside the study.

Abstract

The application of sale and purchase acad in modern business is an important aspect of sharia economic law. Shariah principle compliant sales acad not only ensures fairness and transparency in transactions, but also enhances trust between the parties involved. This article examines the transformation of Shariah sales acad in the modern business context, the challenges of its application, the underlying legal aspects, as well as the types of disputes that arise. A qualitative approach was used to analyze how the Shariah selling accord is adapted in modern business practices, including electronic and e-commerce systems. This article aims to provide comprehensive insights for business actors, academics, and regulators to optimize fair and sustainable Shariah-based selling practices. This study examines the adaptation and development of the concept of sales accord (al-Bai’) within the framework of Sharia Economic Law (HES) along with modern business dynamics, particularly through digital platforms (e-commerce) and non-verbal transaction mechanisms (such as bai’ al-mu’āṭah in modern stores). The key issue is how the principles of Shariah, especially the pillars and valid requirements of the akad, are retained or transformed in contemporary practice, as well as the legal implications they pose. The results of the study indicate that a shift occurred from verbal sighat (ijab and qabul) to non-verbal and digital forms, which the majority consider valid by contemporary scholars based on the principle of ‘urf (habit) so long as it fulfills the element of voluntarism (an tarāḍin), clarity of object (ma’qūrangs babarang (maysur, tererba), and terrabah). This transformation could potentially give rise to disputes, especially regarding the validity of the digital ijab qabul, risk liability (ḍamān), and dispute resolution mechanisms in Shariah non-judicial institutions. The conclusion affirms the need for harmonization between jurisdictional flexibility of transactions and legal certainty in modern business regulation.

Abstract

Teachers hold an important role in fostering the learning interest of students so that the learning atmosphere becomes comfortable and the lesson material is easier to understand. One passable strategy is to use learning media that are interesting and appropriate to the material being taught. Media has an important role especially for lower grade primary school students, because at this stage their abstract thinking ability has not developed optimally so the material needs to be visualized in a concrete form. From a psychological point of view, learning media aid cognitive development while providing meaningful learning experiences. The implications of media use impact not only students, but also teachers as well as the dynamics of the learning process in the classroom. In designing learning media, several principles are noteworthy, namely: (1) media should be simple, clear, and easy to understand; (2) the medium is tailored to the subject being taught; (3) media should not be too complicated so as not to confuse students; (4) media should be made of simple and easily obtainable materials, without diminishing their function as well as their meaning; (5) Media can be models, drawings, charts, or other practical and affordable visual forms. Additionally, the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model can be an effective alternative. This model encourages students to actively engage in the learning process through solving real problems relevant to daily life. PBL not only increases students’ learning interest through critical thinking challenges, but also provides a space for collaboration among learners. If combined with the right learning medium, the application of PBL will increasingly make it easier for students to grasp abstract concepts concretely, so their learning outcomes and learning motivation can be significantly improved.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at Kawasaki Matahari Langgeng Jaya Motorcycle Dealer, Tambun Bekasi. Transformational leadership is a leadership approach that focuses on enhancing employee motivation, enthusiasm, and performance through inspiration, idealized influence, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. Meanwhile, work motivation refers to internal and external drives that encourage employees to achieve specific goals optimally in the workplace. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive associative approach. The population consists of all 37 employees, all of whom were selected as samples using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis includes validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test (partial), F-test (simultaneous), and coefficient of determination (R²), using SPSS version 29. The results show that partially, transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-count of 5.220 t-table 2.032 and a significance value of 0.008 0.05. Work motivation also has a positive and significant partial effect, with a t-count of 5.895 t-table 2.032 and a significance of 0.001 0.05. Simultaneously, both independent variables significantly influence employee performance, as shown by an F-count of 21.300 F-table 3.28 and a significance of 0.001 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.556 indicates that 55.6% of the variation in employee performance is explained by transformational leadership and work motivation, while the remaining 44.4% is influenced by other factors outside this study.

Abstract

Arabic is an important language for Muslims, serving as the language of the Quran and other Islamic sciences. Arabic language learning in madrasas (Islamic schools) needs to be directed so that students not only memorize vocabulary and grammar but also master comprehensive language skills such as reading, speaking, listening, and writing (Maharah Kitabah). Maharah Kitabah is often challenging, especially at the Madrasah Aliyah (Islamic Senior High School) level, as it requires an understanding of grammar and grammar rules, as well as the ability to construct accurate and systematic sentences. Maharah Kitabah learning has tended to be conventional and teacher-centered, resulting in low student engagement and suboptimal outcomes. This study implemented a Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model that focuses on solving real-world problems by integrating question-based games as a medium to increase student motivation and engagement. The study used a Classroom Action Research (CAR) method with 36 11th-grade students from MAN Purwakarta as subjects. The procedure involved two learning cycles, with data collected through comprehension tests, observations, motivational questionnaires, and interviews. The results of the study showed a significant increase in students' understanding of the Maharah Kitabah, with an average pretest score of 55 increasing to 78 in the final cycle posttest

Abstract

This study aims to improve students understanding of the subject of Islamic Theology through the application of the Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) model using ZepQuiz media in Aqidah Akhlak learning. The research method used was Classroom Action Research (CAR) based on the Kemmis McTaggart model, which was conducted in two cycles. The research subjects were 18 students of class XI.1 MA MAI Purwakarta. The research instruments were a Likert scale questionnaire and an observation sheet. The results showed a significant increase in the four main indicators. In the Content Knowledge (CK) indicator, the average score increased from 1.29 to 3.27 (excellent category). Pedagogical Knowledge (PK) increased from 2.30 to 3.40 (excellent category), Technological Knowledge (TK) increased from 3.17 to 3.70 (excellent category), and TPACK increased from 2.84 to 3.46 (excellent category). These results indicate that the application of the TPACK model through the ZepQuiz media can improve students' conceptual understanding and active engagement in Aqidah Akhlak learning. The conclusion of this study confirms that the integration of content, pedagogy, and technology in religious education can be an effective strategy for improving the quality of learning, especially for abstract material such as Kalam.

Abstract

In implementing learning methods, educators are required to be able to align the object being taught, the methods used, and the material delivered, as these aspects greatly influence the learning process and the success of teaching students. The more effective the method, the more effective the learning process will be. The purpose of this research is to examine how the implementation of the discussion method can improve student learning outcomes in the subject of Islamic Religious Education (PAI). This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) with the sample being twelfth-grade students of SMA Plus Arraudah. Data collection techniques were carried out through learning outcome tests, observation of student activities, and field notes. The success indicator was determined if at least 75% of students achieved scores above the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM). The results of the study showed that the application of the discussion method was able to significantly improve student learning outcomes in each cycle. At the pre-cycle stage, the level of student mastery was 17.4%, then in the first cycle it increased to 60.87%, and in the second cycle it rose again to 86.96%. Thus, it is proven that the implementation of the discussion method in PAI learning in grade XII was effective, with student learning outcomes improving significantly.

Abstract

This classroom action research was conducted to improve the speaking skills of eleventh-grade students of Islamic high school in the subject of Islamic jurisprudence, especially in the Jinayah material. The problems that emerged in the class were that most students were still passive, lacked self-confidence, and were not yet able to express their opinions clearly and coherently. To overcome this, a role-playing learning model was used that emphasized role-playing activities so that students were more active, brave, and trained to speak in front of their friends. The research was conducted using the Kurt Lewin model which includes the stages of planning, implementation, action, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were 24 eleventh-grade students. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation, with assessment instruments that emphasized aspects of voice clarity, courage, fluency, accuracy of Islamic jurisprudence terms, and expression. The results of the study showed an increase in students' speaking skills from the initial conditions to the implementation of the second cycle. The application of the role-playing model has been proven to be an alternative strategy for effective Islamic jurisprudence learning, while providing a more meaningful learning experience for students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa kelas XI.3 MA MAI Purwakarta pada mata pelajaran Fiqih, khususnya Bab 1 materi Jinayah. Rendahnya ketuntasan klasikal menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa belum mampu mencapai standar kompetensi yang ditetapkan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu model pembelajaran yang dapat membantu siswa lebih aktif, kritis, dan mampu memahami konsep materi dengan baik. Model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) dipilih karena tekanan pada pemecahan masalah nyata yang dapat melatih kemampuan berpikir kritis sekaligus meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses belajar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam satu siklus, meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah 20 siswa kelas XI.3 MA MAI Purwakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes hasil belajar untuk mengetahui pencapaian kognitif siswa, serta observasi untuk melihat aktivitas dan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa setelah penerapan model Problem Based Learning. Rata-rata nilai siswa meningkat menjadi 84 dengan ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 85%, sedangkan sebelum tindakan ketuntasan klasikal hanya 70%. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa model Problem Based Learning dapat memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi Jinayah. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model Problem Based Learning efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Fiqih siswa kelas XI.3 MA MAI Purwakarta pada materi Jinayah, meskipun penelitian ini baru dilaksanakan dalam satu siklus.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the use of video learning media in the subject of Islamic Cultural History (SKI), students’ learning motivation in the SKI learning process, and the contribution of video learning media to improving students’ learning motivation at MA MAI Purwakarta. The type of research used is classroom action research (CAR) conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The results showed that students’ learning motivation increased after the implementation of video media in cycles I and II. Based on observations and interviews, the improvement was seen in aspects of learning persistence, students’ interest and attention during the learning process, and independence in completing assignments. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of video learning media contributes positively to increasing students’ learning motivation in the Islamic Cultural History (SKI) subject for tenth-grade students at MA MAI Purwakarta.
