Abstract

The country's economy relies heavily on exports. The country's export performance has a greater impact on economic growth. From 2012 to 2016, Indonesia's exports continued to decline. Import-export activities can also reduce unemployment. In conditions like this, Indonesia absolutely needs to make strategic efforts. One thing that can be done is to increase exports. Indonesia is one of the world's top five spice producers, producing cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, pepper and vanilla - so it has a lot of room for expansion. The aim of this research is to find out whether spice exports in Indonesia can be optimal as economic growth increases and also to find out whether competition with other spice producing countries in the international market can affect spice exports in Indonesia. This type of research is qualitative research. Exports and imports are used to evaluate a country's progress towards economic development. Having a strong free trade policy allows countries to obtain cheaper raw materials and encourages economic expansion. Import and export indicators are also used to assess the progress of a country's economic development.

Abstract

This paper aims to find out what the paradigm and concept of knowledge integration are related to high specialization in varios disciplines which causes fragmentation of knowledge. This creates challengs in dealing with the complexity of global problems that cannot be solved with asingle discipline approach. A new paradigm is needed that encourages the ontegration of knowledge to be crucial in facing the dynamics of the times that demand comprehensive and collaborative solutions. The method used for this paper is qualitative research using library study data collection techniques. A paradigm is a person’s way of viewing themselves and their environment which will influence them in thinking , behaving and behaving. Apart from that , paradigm can also mean a set of assumptions, concepts, values and practices that are applied in viewing reality in the same community, especially in intellectual disciplines and integration is a combination of separate parts into one whole , in other words integrated means holistic or comprehensive. While syncretism is an effort to combine general knowledge with religious knowledge to create a new form of science and islam.

Abstract

English is an international language used by many foreign countries. In Indonesia, there is very little interest in the use of English because many people, especially students, are reluctant to learn English. To be able to learn English, you need to know the basics to make it easier to understand the lesson in question. Tenses are an example of the basic forms of learning in English. Through tenses, we can differentiate sentence forms by adjusting the time specified. The use of tenses also adapts to the time when used in conversation. By understanding tenses as the basis for mastering English, it will make it easier to communicate with foreign citizens, make it easier to get information related to education in English so that the insight we gain does not only come from our own country's language but we have insight from abroad. Very few people really understand mastery in learning tenses. This is because the delivery of the material is less interesting, so students are also reluctant to express their interest in English. For this reason, we gathered several students to find out the extent of their understanding of tenses. Having a discussion will make your peers understand more about learning that is not understood in class. Through peers it is possible to gain more efficient understanding

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment, competence, work motivation and organizational culture on job satisfaction and its impact on the performance of employees of the Aceh Office of Energy and Mineral Resources. The sample in this study was taken using a data collection method called the saturated sampling technique (census). The number of samples used was 117 respondents. Primary data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) from the AMOS statistical software package for hypothesis testing. The results showed that descriptively organizational commitment, competence, work motivation, organizational culture, job satisfaction and employee performance had gone well. Then the test results directly show that: 1) organizational commitment does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction, 2) competence has a significant effect on job satisfaction, 3) work motivation does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction, 4) organizational culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction, 5) job satisfaction has no significant effect on performance employees, 6) organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance, 7) competence does not have a significant effect on employee performance, 8) work motivation does not have a significant effect on employee performance, 9) Organizational culture has a significant effect on the performance of Aceh Department of Energy and Mineral Resources staff. Then the results of this study found that the results of indirect testing of competence had a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction at the Aceh Department of Energy and Mineral Resources (partially mediator).

Abstract

Examining judgment No. 54/Pdt.Sus-PHI.G/2020/PN.JKT.PST, which addresses business mergers and their legal ramifications for employees, is the goal of this study. The normative legal research approach, which is employed for this study, is conducted by examining relevant literature, statutory rules, and court decisions. The study's findings demonstrate that the ruling upholds the rights of the affected employees and clarifies the legislation that is applicable in the event of business mergers. This ruling might serve as a guide for businesses and employees to comprehend the legal obligations and safeguards that need to be in place during the merger procedure. In addition, this ruling offers guidelines for workers impacted by corporate mergers in terms of dispute resolution proceduresThis study advances knowledge of the legal ramifications of business mergers and labor laws. The findings of this study can serve as recommendations for businesses, employees, and attorneys. This study may be used to circumstances involving corporate mergers while upholding the rights of employees.

Abstract

This study explores the postponement of marriage among career women in Depok City in the context of dynamic urban life. Using a qualitative approach through case studies, 10 informants from diverse backgrounds were purposefully selected. The results show that marriage postponement is influenced by career considerations, fears of career setbacks, and financial and emotional unpreparedness. The negative impacts of delaying marriage include social pressure, feelings of insecurity, loneliness, and increased workplace engagement. The positive impacts include greater marriage preparation, a focus on career development, good time management, and personal growth. This study emphasizes the importance of understanding the various factors that influence the decision to delay marriage and its impact on the lives of career women in Depok City. The findings provide insights for policymakers, researchers, and individuals navigating their careers and personal lives.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how Jabar Saber Hoaks strategy in delivering hoax clarification information as Jabar Saber Hoaks work program, and how Jabar Saber Hoaks work program is related to content management on Instagram social media @jabarsaberhoaks with the scope of public relations work. This research method uses an exploratory research method which is a study that aims to collect data to answer problems that are of interest to researchers. Exploratory research conducts exploration or introduction to certain research symptoms. The activity carried out by Jabar Saber Hoaks is the management of infographic content which is then upgraded to short video content uploaded on Instagram social media @ Jabarsaberhoaks through the hoax media monitoring process, fact check, content packaging, and content publication to the official Instagram @jabarsaberhoaks. Jabar Saber Hoaks' objectives are in line with the objectives of public relations according to the dictionary published by the Institute of Public Relations (IPR), namely to ensure that the goodwill and progress of the agency concerned are always understood by its public, and Jabar Saber Hoaks also carries out its work program in terms of communication of hoax information in a planned and sustainable manner. Public Relations must be able to adapt and blend with technological developments, in line with Jabar Saber Hoaks which seeks to adapt to technological developments, by developing its form of communication from only clarifying information in the form of infographic content to developing clarifying information packaged in the form of short video content, and then uploaded via Instagram social media @jabarsaberhoaks.

Abstract

The implementation of the merit system in the management of Riau Province's ASN still faces challenges which are characterized by the fact that performance in aspects of promotion and transfer is low. This is because the current JPT filling does not yet implement a talent management mechanism as mandated in the merit system index assessment. This issue is important to address because it will have an impact on the quality of bureaucratic leadership and overall government performance. This policy paper uses a literature study approach and SWOT analysis to compare two alternative JPT filling policies, namely open selection and talent management. The results of the analysis show that talent management has strategic advantages to be implemented, with dominant internal strengths and external opportunities compared to the open selection mechanism currently used. Thus, it is recommended that the Governor of Riau formulate a policy in the form of a governor's regulation as a basis, guideline and technical instructions for implementing talent management. Furthermore, the Riau Province Regional Civil Service Agency as the regional apparatus that carries out personnel affairs can implement this policy gradually and comprehensively. The implementation of this policy is expected to improve the quality of bureaucratic leadership, encourage accelerated improvement in the quality of public services and achieve regional development goals in Riau Province, as well as contribute to increasing the merit system index assessment score.

Abstract

Efforts to increase MSME knowledge include issues related to considerations in terms of financial decision making. In order to increase financial understanding, MSME actors are required to control themselves against expenses that have no long-term value. The level of education, financial literacy, and financial planning is one of the determining factors for MSME actors to be able to improve their current financial understanding. This research was conducted by distributing digital questionnaires using google forms distributed via Whatsapp social media which were filled in by 70 respondents in the Betoambari stadium yard area, Baubau City, Southeast Sulawesi in April - May 2024. The research method used in this research is quantitative method using analytical methods, namely Validation and Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and T Test and F Test. After testing the variables of Education Level (X1), Financial Literacy (X2), Financial Planning (X3) and Financial Behavior (Y), it resulted in variables X1 X3 partially influenced and had a positive and significant effect on variable Y but not with the results shown by variable X2 which had no partial effect on variable Y. While the results shown in the F Test the three variables simultaneously had a positive influence on the Financial Behavior variable (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of Industrial Field Work Practice on improving the practical skills of students majoring in electrical engineering at the State Vocational High School 1 Katapang. The research methods used include surveys and case studies, with a population of students from the electrical engineering department at the school. Data collection was conducted through a survey by distributing questionnaires to students related to field work practice and their readiness to enter the world of work. The results showed that Industrial Field Work Practices had a significant impact in the development of students' practical skills, with most students reporting a marked improvement in their skills. The implication of this study is the importance of improving the quality of Industrial Field Practice programmes to provide optimal benefits for students and industry, as well as preparing students with solid skills to enter the world of work.
