Abstract

Provide a comprehensive review of disorders within the autism spectrum, specifically autism and Asperger’s disorder, as forms of developmental psychopathology that emerge in early infancy. The autism spectrum is examined through the lens of definitions, behavioral characteristics, communication and social interaction deficits, as well as biological and intrapersonal etiologies. Individuals with autism demonstrate qualitative impairments in social relationships, symbolic communication, and behavioral flexibility, marked by restricted and repetitive interests and activities. Additionally, autism is strongly associated with neurobiological factors, including abnormalities in brain structures such as the amygdala and increased white matter volume, as well as complex genetic components. The study also emphasizes early detection through behavioral observation during the first year of life and highlights the importance of early developmental-based interventions, such as integrative models and the Lovaas behavioral modification program. The distinction between autism and Asperger’s disorder is addressed in terms of language development and cognitive functioning. These findings underscore the importance of interdisciplinary understanding in identifying and treating autism spectrum disorders and the necessity of holistic, individualized intervention approaches tailored to developmental profiles.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the meanings contained in the Baritan traditional ceremony held in Buluagung Village, Siliragung District, Banyuwangi Regency, East Java. The traditional Baritan ceremony is held in the afternoon before the night of the Javanese New Year or commonly called ‘malem 1 suro’ at each village intersection. Based on the results of the research, the Baritan traditional ceremony is a form of local wisdom that contains the value of Javanese cultural acculturation and Islamic teachings. This traditional ceremony is held as a form of gratitude to God Almighty and prayers for safety from disasters. This research uses data collection techniques through observation and literature study.

Abstract

This study discusses the implications of Brexit on collective security in Europe, highlighting the dynamics resulting from the UK’s withdrawal from the European Union. Brexit signals a significant change in the security architecture of Europe, considering that the UK is one of the countries with the largest military and economic capabilities in the region. Brexit has created new challenges for the European Union in maintaining the effectiveness and integration of collective security in the region, and has triggered a shift in dominance toward countries such as Germany and France, which are vying for the position left vacant by the United Kingdom post-Brexit. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with a collective security perspective as an instrument to analyze the impact of Brexit on security cooperation in the European region. The findings indicate that Brexit not only weakens the cohesion of the European Union but also drives efforts to adjust security strategies within the European Union. This research clarifies that while Brexit is often referred to as a test for European collective security, the principles of cooperation and adaptation of security policies remain the key to maintaining security stability in the European region in response to evolving geopolitical challenges.

Abstract

The development of Bank Muamalat KCU Padangsidimpuan which has been reviewed shows that the lack of public interest in using Bank Muamalat is due to the lack of quality of service and existing facilities, causing people to prefer conventional banks over sharia banks. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of servicescape and frontliner service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCU Padangsidimpuan. The research method used is a quantitative research method. Data collection techniques used interviews, questionnaires and documentation with a sample size of 87 respondents and used the Slovin formula technique. The data analysis technique uses statistics, namely SPSS version 23. The results of this research show that partially servicescape has a positive effect on customer satisfaction with Tcount (1.666) Ttable (1.663). The frontliner service quality variable partially has a positive effect on customer satisfaction with Tcount (4.520) Ttable (1.663). Apart from that, there is an influence of servicescape variables and frontliner service quality together (simultaneously) on PT customer satisfaction. Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCU Padangsidimpuan with Fcount (10,594) Ftable (3,105).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jual beli hak atas tanah adat pada masyarakat hukum adat Suku Sentani di Kabupaten Jayapura dan untuk mengetahui perlindungan hukum terhadap pembeli dalam jual beli hak atas tanah adat pada masyarakat hukum adat Suku Sentani di Kabupaten Jayapura. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis empiris, yuridis empiris yaitu merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan mengidentifikasi dan mengkonsepsikan hukum sebagai institusi sosial yang riil dan fungsional dalam  sistem kehidupan yang nyata. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa jual beli hak atas tanah adat pada masyarakat hukum adat Suku Sentani di Kabupaten Jayapura harus mendapat persetujuan dari Ondoafi/Ketua Adat yang berwenang atas tanah tersebut, dan dihadiri oleh para saksi yaitu para masyarakat adat, selain itu perjanjian jual beli tersebut harus disahkan oleh Dewan Adat Suku Sentani, yang mana memiliki fungsi yaitu menggelar persidangan adat untuk mengambil keputusan berdasarkan musyawarah dengan cara negosiasi, dan mediasi. Putusan yang diambil oleh Dewan Adat harus dipatuhi oleh para pihak yang bersangkutan dan atas dasar pemerintahan adat yang sesuai dengan hukum adat. Sedangkan perlindungan hukum terhadap pembeli dalam jual beli hak atas tanah adat pada masyarakat hukum adat Suku Sentani di Kabupaten Jayapura yaitu para pihak yang bersangkutan baik itu pihak penjual maupun pembeli datang ke Kantor Desa atau Kelurahan untuk membuat kesepakatan mengukur tanah yang akan dijual dan Kepala desa atau lurah dan perangkat-perangkat desa sebagai saksi bahwa telah terjadi jual beli, selain itu juga tanah tersebut langsung didaftarkan ke Badan Pertanahan Nasional dengan membawa surat pelepasan adat dan syarat-syarat lainnya yang dibutuhkan untuk kepentingan administratif agar mendapatkan kepastian hukum dan perlindungan hukum

Abstract

Credit agreements that use mortgage collateral play an important role in the Indonesian economic system, especially in providing legal certainty for creditors. However, the application of rights and obligations in credit agreements involving mortgage collateral is often unbalanced between debtors and creditors, which can lead to injustice. This paper explores the rights and duties of debtors and creditors in mortgage-backed credit agreements, with a focus on the proportionality principle. Using a normative qualitative approach through legal analysis and case studies, it reveals that while mortgages grant creditors strong enforcement power upon default, debtors’ rights are frequently overlooked, especially in disproportionate execution. The proportionality principle within credit contracts is designed to maintain equilibrium between a borrower’s duties and a lender’s entitlements; however, its real-world application frequently falls short. This paper advocates for a legal overhaul that intensifies the focus on safeguarding borrower rights and enforces a more rigorous application of proportionality to establish just and equitable credit arrangements.

Abstract

This literature review comprehensively examines the utilization of Instagram as a business strategy tool for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. Analysis of various studies reveals Instagram’s significant role in enhancing MSME visibility, reaching new customers, and ultimately boosting sales.  Effective strategies identified include profile optimization, creation of engaging visual content, utilization of paid features like Instagram Ads, and influencer collaborations.  However, challenges faced by MSMEs are also discussed, encompassing digital literacy gaps, financial and technical resource constraints, and difficulties in maintaining consistent and high-quality content. The review underscores the importance of government training, mentorship, and policy support to empower MSMEs to fully leverage Instagram’s potential.  Further research directions are suggested to explore specific aspects of Instagram’s impact on MSME brand awareness, customer engagement, and loyalty, as well as comparative studies between successful and less successful MSME Instagram implementations.

Abstract

The study analyzes the implementation of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the repatriation of homeless individuals to their regions of origin by the Social Service for Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection of Bali Province. Bali, as a major tourist destination, faces complex social challenges with the presence of homeless people, many of whom come from outside the region. The research employs a qualitative descriptive case study approach, utilizing in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation to explore the stages, effectiveness, and obstacles of the repatriation process. The analysis is based on George C. Edwards III’s policy implementation theory, focusing on communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. Findings indicate that the relay mechanism—where repatriation is conducted in stages through inter-regional coordination—proves efficient but faces challenges such as limited resources, administrative complexity, and the need for strong cross-sectoral cooperation. The SOP, updated annually, ensures legal and procedural clarity, but recurring cases and the reintegration capacity of the origin regions remain significant issues. The study underscores the importance of effective communication, adequate resources, and responsive service in ensuring the protection and social rights of vulnerable groups in Bali.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze 1. How the implementation of technology lightens the administrative burden of teachers at UPT SDN 13 Binamu. 2. What are the challenges and strategies for utilizing technology in lightening the administrative burden of teachers at UPT SDN 13 Binamu. In the context of technological disruption and globalization, teachers are required to integrate technology not only in learning, but also in increasingly complex administrative management. Using a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and direct observation of teachers at UPT SDN 13 Binamu, this study found that applications such as e-reports and digital communication platforms (WhatsApp) significantly reduced the time and effort in recording attendance, managing student data, and communicating with parents. Teachers reported increased time efficiency, data accuracy, and ease of access to information, allowing them to shift their focus to core pedagogical tasks. However, the study identified the gap in technology adaptation among senior teachers as a major obstacle, leading to the delegation of technology-based administrative tasks to younger teachers. In addition, constraints on personnel administration applications and unstable internet connections are still significant challenges. Therefore, this study recommends targeted and sustainable technology training, as well as the provision of more reliable digital infrastructure to ensure equitable and maximum utilization of technology in supporting administrative efficiency and teacher professionalism at UPT SDN 13 Binamu.

Abstract

This study is entitled “The Role of PAI Teachers in Increasing Students’ Reading Interest through Qolbu Tourism Activities at MTsN 3 Medan”, there are chronic problems in reading books due to technological advances so that physical books have been abandoned especially for students at MTsN 3 Medan so that madrasah and teachers took the initiative to implement madrasah literacy called Qolbu tourism activities in an effort to increase students’ interest in reading at MTsN 3 Medan. This is the background for researchers to want to know the reading interest of students, the role of PAI teachers in increasing students’ interest in reading through Qolbu tourism activities, and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for PAI teachers in Qolbu Tourism Activities at MTsN 3 Medan. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis is data reduction, data presentation and data conclusion. The results of the study revealed that students’ interest in reading in Qolbu tourism activities has changed a lot as evidenced by the level of the level that more and more students are interested and happy to read books. The role of PAI teachers in increasing students’ interest in reading in qolbu tourism activities is as a motivator, director, guide and evaluator. Then the supporters and obstacles of PAI teachers on Qolbu tourism activities at MTsN 3 Medan are caused by internal and external factors. Internal factors are caused by motivation in students and external factors are caused by the environment, infrastructure and weather.
