Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pencatatan pendapatan sewa pada PT Era Trans melalui optimalisasi penggunaan Microsoft Excel. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) dengan melibatkan staf administrasi secara aktif dalam proses observasi, pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Pendampingan difokuskan pada penerapan sistem pencatatan berbasis otomatisasi formula, validasi data, dan analisis terintegrasi untuk menyempurnakan penggunaan Excel yang sebelumnya belum optimal. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan staf dalam mengelola dan menganalisis data keuangan secara mandiri, serta terciptanya sistem pencatatan yang lebih cepat, akurat, dan efisien. Program ini membuktikan bahwa optimalisasi teknologi sederhana dapat memperkuat tata kelola administrasi dan meningkatkan efektivitas operasional perusahaan.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman serta legalitas usaha bagi pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Pabuaran melalui kegiatan pendampingan dalam proses pembuatan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB). Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kualitatif Deskriptif dengan menggunakan Teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.  Kegiatan dilakukan dengan tiga tahap: persiapan, pelaksanaan serta evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Hasil menunjukan bahwa dari delapan pelaku UMKM yang didampingi, tiga berhasil memperoleh NIB aktif, sementara lainnya terkendala jaringan dan kelengkapan dokumen. Pendampingan ini meningkatkan kesadaran hukum, pemahaman pentingnya legalitas usaha, serta kemampuan menggunakan sistem Online Single Submission (OSS). Meskipun menghadapi tantangan literasi digital dan persepsi negaif terhadap perizinan, program ini efektif dalam mendorong pembinaan dan kemandirian UMKM berbasis legalitas usaha, serta berkontribusi pada pemberdayaan ekonomi lokal dan pembangunan berkelanjutan di pedesaan.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance the financial management skills of MSME actors and their ability to utilize digital promotion strategies. The activity was conducted in response to the low awareness of simple financial reporting and the limited use of digital promotional media among business owners. Assistance was provided to two partners, Ahya Food and Aqila Snack, through initial interviews, educational sessions, financial record-keeping practice, and training on WhatsApp Business and promotional banner design. The results indicate significant improvements in partners’ ability to record transactions systematically and use WhatsApp Business as a communication and promotional tool. Partners also gained a better understanding of the role of visual media, such as banners, in strengthening brand identity and attracting customers. Overall, the program contributed positively to improving professionalism, promotional efficiency, and the competitiveness of MSMEs. These findings highlight that structured assistance can strengthen the independence and sustainability of small businesses in the community.

Abstract

This program aimed to enhance the digital competence of elementary school teachers through training on the use of digital technology in English language teaching. The training was conducted at MI Nurul Huda Semarum on July 24–26, 2025, involving six teachers as participants. The activity adopted an andragogical, hands-on training approach consisting of orientation, demonstration, simulation, and evaluation stages. The applications introduced were Wordwall, Wayground, and Duolingo. The results showed a significant improvement in participants’ understanding and digital skills, with an average increase of 38% between the pre-test and post-test scores. The average score for the participants’ digital media projects was 21.2 (categorized as Good–Excellent), and the satisfaction survey revealed an average score of 4.6 out of 5 (Very Satisfied). Participants demonstrated high enthusiasm and were able to create interactive teaching materials independently. Overall, the program effectively improved teachers’ ability to integrate digital technology into English language learning in a more interactive and contextual manner.

Abstract

The community service program conducted by MP Ekolibrium FEB UNM, through its educational work program, aims to enhance elementary students’ motivation and understanding in Desa Pao by applying creative play-based learning in Mathematics and English subjects. The method used was a participatory approach consisting of preparation, implementation, teacher mentoring, and evaluation and reflection stages. The program was carried out over ten days involving students and accompanying teachers at SD Lembang. The results showed increased motivation, participation, and conceptual understanding among students through enjoyable and collaborative learning activities. Teachers also gained new experiences in designing creative and interactive lessons. This approach proves that game-based learning effectively creates meaningful learning experiences and can be replicated in other rural elementary schools.

Abstract

This community service program aims to support the development of the human resource management system at PT Acasia Sanjaya Suryatama and the Direktorat Sekolah Sanjaya. The existing HR management system remains limited and primarily administrative in nature, resulting in several aspects of human resource management not being properly implemented due to operational constraints. To address these challenges, the Community Service Team from the Faculty of Business and Economics, Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta, designed a workshop focusing on the formulation of a job competency profile analysis. The outcomes of the workshop, competency analysis, in-depth discussions and constructive feedback, significantly enhanced participants’ comprehensive understanding of the importance of identifying both core and functional competencies as key elements in achieving the organization’s overall objectives.

Abstract

The Periodic Service Activity with Astra Honda Motor conducted at IKIP PGRI Kalimantan Timur is a form of community service implementation and a reinforcement of collaboration between higher education institutions and the industrial sector. This activity aims to provide free motorcycle maintenance services for the academic community and to increase awareness and knowledge about proper motorcycle care among campus members. The implementation method consisted of three stages: (1) planning and coordination with Astra Honda and the local AHASS network, (2) carrying out the periodic motorcycle service, and (3) evaluating the activity. The results showed a high level of enthusiasm from the academic community. This program demonstrates that collaboration between universities and the industrial sector can provide tangible benefits for the campus community, while also serving as a practical learning opportunity for students. Such programs are expected to be conducted continuously to support skill development and strengthen community engagement within higher education institutions.

Abstract

Kinerja personel keamanan memegang peranan penting dalam menjaga mutu pelayanan dan kepercayaan klien. Namun, di PT Garda Wira Karya, proses penilaian kinerja yang ada saat ini masih bersifat deskriptif dan subjektif, sehingga sulit dijadikan dasar penilaian yang objektif. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu manajemen PT Garda Wira Karya dalam mengembangkan mekanisme penilaian kinerja personel keamanan alih daya yang lebih sistematis dan terukur. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada bulan September hingga Oktober 2025 oleh tim pengabdian masyarakat UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur bekerja sama dengan bagian Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dan Operasional perusahaan melalui tiga tahap: koordinasi awal, pengembangan mekanisme penilaian kuantitatif, dan implementasi awal di salah satu lokasi klien. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan adanya peningkatan objektivitas dalam penilaian, kemudahan dalam penyusunan data, serta landasan yang lebih terukur bagi pengembangan dan pelaporan karyawan. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi langkah awal penerapan budaya kerja berbasis kinerja di PT Garda Wira Karya.

Abstract

Perusahaan jasa alih daya berperan penting dalam mendukung operasional industri, terutama di bidang jasa keamanan dan kebersihan. Namun, persaingan yang semakin ketat menuntut perusahaan untuk memperkuat citra dan kepercayaan publik. PT Garda Wira Karya (GWK), sebagai penyedia jasa alih daya, perlu mengoptimalkan strategi komunikasi digitalnya agar tetap relevan di era digital. Menanggapi hal tersebut, tim pengabdian masyarakat Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jawa Timur melaksanakan kegiatan rebranding berbasis digital untuk meningkatkan kesadaran publik terhadap citra perusahaan. Dengan menerapkan komunikasi digital yang mengedepankan profesionalisme dan sisi humanis para pekerja, kegiatan ini memperkuat citra perusahaan dan meningkatkan pemahaman tim internal tentang rebranding digital yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This community service program (PkM) aims to enhance digital literacy in Laburinci Village to bridge the digital divide and increase participation in online public services. The program addresses the limited understanding of digital technologies, impeding access to e-government services. By providing basic digital training, the program aims to improve skills in using smartphones and computers for accessing public services such as population administration, healthcare, and online transactions. Furthermore, the initiative includes educating participants on digital security to prevent cybercrimes. The program employs a participatory approach, involving local leaders and the community, to ensure the sustainability of digital engagement. Through these efforts, Laburinci Village aims to become a model for successful digital literacy implementation, fostering inclusivity and improving public service delivery in rural areas.
